Cant say enough good things about this company. Ive used them in three separate homes in three separate cities with consistent, responsive and cordial service. AC went out at 10pm one night and I spoke to a live person on their 24hour hotline, who called me back twice to confirm and make sure they understood my issue. Then, they called me to tel me they were getting someone over there an hour EARLIER than promised! Technicians have always delivered on their promises with no hidden fees.Great service Ill be using often. -

We interviewed four companies and had Roman a couple of times to answer questions. At the end of the day they were an EXCELLENT decision !We got a phone call in the morning before the crew came. The crew couldnt have been nicer and more efficient . We have a big dog and they worked around her . Everything was picked up and they swept up as they went along.Everything that Roman promised in his pitch was delivered. Thank you One Hour Air for a great job. -
