Was very knowledgeable, as well as professional and patient. I had a leak in my Kohler spigot that needed a hard to find part. Kevin searched locally until he found the part, now obsolete. If you are looking for honesty, excellence and fair pricing then On the Way is your go to.

Excellent service, fast, fair, and honest! Virgil diagnosed our problem in about 10 minutes and got us fixed at a fraction of the price that we were quoted from another company. We had another company come by the day before who wanted to charge an outrageous fee and still could not diagnose the issue. On The Way A/C is a great company and we will be a lifelong customer!

One less thing on my list!December 11, 2024: Gas Floor Furnace Install. I love my fully non-electric gas floor furnaces. The project ran smoothly from start to finish. I appreciate the care that the guys took in placing the furnaces and the associated gas plumbing, especially when sawing out the holes in my 100+ year old floors. The time and effort that Virgil put into tweaking the thermostats, pilots and air/gas flow was not lost on me. Its another example of the care and dedication your team provides. Im just tickled at the job yall did. Thank you!

I had my heater running all night Saturday and noticed my home was still cold. Went outside and noticed the motor blades had stopped spinning and ac unit was frozen. Got ahold of on the way and technician was sent out the next day. I had told them my blower motor fan had went out since it wasnt spinning. When they came out the next day to give me a diagnostic he mentioned the freeze ice on unit had pushed out tubing lines causing the fan blades to hit the lines. Honest technician told me the motor was still good and only the blades needed to get swapped. He also mentioned an electrical cable wasnt connected from manufacturer causing the sensor to fail and freeze up. Anyways, I could say they did an honest job even after the initial report by me was said to be motor issues. Recommend for any services needed.

My wife has been wanting to get electrician(s) to install HMDI Cable and Electrical outlet behind our TV above the fireplace. Have been hearing a lot of good comments about On The Way. I called On The Way to get a quote, Michael came out, looked over what was needed, sent me a quote later the same day. After talking around, found I have received a good quote. I called Lisa, accepted the quote with material needed. Today, Tuesday, February 18th, Michael and Dustin were thirty minutes early, started on installation immediately, already had a game plan, installed boxes behind the TV, no wires showing, they did a great job, cleaning up afterwards, waited to make TV came on, had a good picture, I happily paid the bill, my wife is very happy, she has been waiting Thirteen years to get this accomplished. Michael and Dustin were very easy to talk to, enjoyed conversation with both answering questions in user friendly vocabulary. Both worked very good together, constant communication, did the job safely. Once again, thank you Michael, Dustin, Lisa for helping me complete one of my wifes biggest to do list items in a very Five Star Quality and Long Term Success !!!! We had a project at my house involving several thousand dollars of plumbing repair.These guys were fast, efficient, courteous everything you want when you have a big expensive project.I meant Ronnie Bedford, the owner of the business, and after talking to him for a moment I discovered he was a really neat guy. He works hard to surround himself with quality men, men who can be trusted, men who know what they’re doing.I met Lee and Jacob, the two plumbers who worked on my project, and I have the highest regard for them.I have no second thoughts about recommending these people for Plumbing, Electrical, and Air Conditioning work.Also these guys sell and install home generators.

Professional, Courteous, and Knowledgeable!!! Give them Call and try them out. My AC went out yesterday evening when I got home from work. I called them when they were about to close, and they sent someone out right away.Thank goodness it wasnt a major issue, but it was an easy fix. Now Ive signed up with their Yearly Maintenance Service Plan for which they (Randy Carr) came back out TODAY to service my AC system. On the way Electric came through yet again following the purchase of our home. There were some issues stemming from our home inspection that needed to be completed to ensure electrical safety. Had GFCI outlets installed in the kitchen and bathrooms, junction boxes added to ceiling wiring, cut off and wiring installed on the water heater and 3-50 amp RV hookups to our shop. The electricians worked hard and did a great job. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you guys!

Although it was a huge inconvenience the company accepted responsibility and repaired the job to the correct measure. Things don’t always go as planned and we together fixed the issue the CORRECT way!

Lisa and Maya (sp?) are super sweet and great at efficiently scheduling work to be done. Jason did our plumbing work on a toilet and was incredible. A part had to be order which would take 2 days to come in, but knowing the urgency he tracked down the part and found it in League City, got it and fixed the problem for me in a lot less time. I highly recommend Jason for plumbing as he is highly efficient and reliable. Micah came out and checked all of my gas lines (heat, water heater, stove, and my outdoor meter). Incredibly thorough and friendly. Pricing is absolutely fair and affordable.Having AC work completed this evening and will updated review at that time.This is my new “go to” company. I called to report the power to my kitchen light just went off. I called On The Way to help...and guess what....they were On The Way and on time! Art was very professional and explained everything he did. I appreciate the fact they got here so fast! I work in a kitchen and cant work with no lights! Job well done! Will definitely use their services again in the future! Keep up the good work!09/27/22..a/c stopped working..outside unit. Luke is the best! He checked it all out, fixed the motor/fan unit and charged it up with freon. Hopefully my electric bill will go down a bit and since it was really low on freon, i should feel cooler air now. Just in time for the cooler weather!Thanks On The Way and Luke for the professional manner in which you have handled my equipment the last 2 times you have been there! I vote for the owner to give that man a raise! Thanks again!

Ronnie and Luke are amazing!!! Our AC went out and they are here at 9:30 at night putting in a new one even after an extremely long day and a record number of calls. They were helpful the whole way through from helping us get the financing to getting the unit in all in the same day the old one went down. They were extremely communicative, friendly, and dependable. I will definitely be recommending this company to all of my family and friends!!!

I can’t say enough great things about On The Way!We purchased a home that had been remodeled with poor workmanship and we have continually used On The Way to repair plumbing and electrical.The guys are all very kind and professional.
