    I have 2 central units and both of my units have been replaced by this company and when I say they are truly amazing. They really are. I 100% would recommend them. They also have fixed my moms house and my mother in laws house and all three of us are happy customers. And on top of that the staff has the best customer service as well. 💜💜💜

    If you need an issue to be worked on, call these folks. We have used them several times in the last several years and I cant say enough good things. Honest, responsive and the work is completed for a fair price. We have recommended them to friends who also sing their praises. The tech even remembered the mustang that we had. CAll these folks when in need, they will help you for a fair amount. They just did it again. Awesome 😎

    The apartment complex we live at made the first contact attempt. Still, every interaction was pleasant and professional, and they put in every effort to get the AC up and running, which, in TX summer, was greatly appreciated! We will definitely remember this when we move to our own place.

    This team has been amazing! They’ve done work for my on several different appliances for me and always do a fantastic job! Show up when they say they will, professional, and fair pricing. What’s also important to me is explaining the process and what needs to be fixed. I like to ask questions and the techs are always patient with explanations!

    Yall, On Point Service Company saved the day again! My A/C has been out. It just wasnt cooling. I emailed Tara yesterday afternoon and she sent a technician out this morning! Josh, the technician, was friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly, quoted a price and got right to work! He had to pull the A/C apart, clean it and put it back together and did it in 3 hours! The price I was quoted is what I paid. No extra fees or mystery charges! I will continue to used this local company!

    This company was referred to me through my home warranty company, and my experience with them has been nothing less than outstanding! Theyve come to my house and completed several different work orders now, and theyve always called in the morning to give me a time frame for arrival, theyve always arrived within that time frame given, and theyve always been willing to work with me around my work schedule when they had the ability to do so.I believe the ladies who have called to give me the time frame were Trista and Tara, and theyve always been kind and courteous, and ensured that the time frame would work for me.The gentlemen who have been out to my house were Chris and Evan, both of whom completed the job in a timely manner, gave me an explanation as to what the problem was, and answered any and all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody.

    Amazing company!! We had a dryer break a few months back that needed a new part/repairs. Tara was great to work with and we were sent a repair person the following day. The part had to be ordered but it came in quick and the dryer was repaired the following day! I would definitely recommend for any appliance repairs needed!

    Josh at On Point Service is beyond AWESOME. I highly recommend this company for your AC needs! They know their stuff and are very professional!!They were a God send to my husband and I.     Strongly recommend this company. Straight forward and honest. Chris and Tara, the owners, were so friendly to talk to. Thomas ( their tech) was so easy to talk to and super personable. Gave us a ton of great suggestions to help out with ventilation concerns. They all showed genuine concern for my issue. Could have charged us a mint but didnt. Amongst a sea of crooked companies Ive come across and lost money to, THIS COMPANY will not steer you wrong.

    They were very fast in calling me to set up an appointment, came out the same day, the technician was very efficient, and they have excellent communication. They came out the day before Thanksgiving and had to order a part. On Monday they called to come out the same day to install the part. I highly recommend this company.

    Amazing service! Chris came out the day I called about my washing machine. The repair was going to cost more than the machine was worth. I didnt want to buy a new one at this time, so he found a used one that actually matched my dryer, did some repairs on it, and guaranteed it for six months. It cost much less than the repairs on mine would have been. Fast, courteous, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

    We arrived in Waco in our motorhome and our residential refrigerator had stopped working. After a couple of calls, I was advised by an RV repair specialist to call On Point Service. He said they were very good and honest. I called On Point about 8:30 am and got an appointment later the same day. Josh arrived only a few minutes after his appointed time but immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad relay, got a new one out of his truck and had everything finished within about 25 minutes.I highly recommend Josh and On Point Service.

    Chris and Tara provided quality service and repair of my oven and dryer. In fact, when I mentioned that my dryer had just gone out, Chris repaired it the same day he came to diagnose my oven. They also installed a new over the cook top microwave that looks great! I will definitely use them again.And I recommend them for their fair pricing and honesty!

    I called to make an appointment to get my refrigerator looked at. The person taking the call was very polite and said she would call me back and give me an approximate time they would arrive. Within a couple minutes she called me back to let me know that they would be at my house in about an hour or so.The owner and his helper were at my house within an hour. They started by trying the least expensive repair to see if it was a relay, and if it was not, it could be the compressor. Luckily, It was a relay, so it was $200 instead of over $500. Great guys, with great communication. I highly recommend them.

    I have used OnPoint foe multiple appliance and ac issues over the past five years. There is nothing negative to say about this business.
