    I had A/C service done at my residence on the 1st of November, 2024. Micheal, the technician with On point A/C and heating service was absolutely awesome. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. My service was complete in about 30 to 40 min and my unit was working back normal. I would recommend On point A/C and heating service to my family and friends if service were ever needed.

    MikeI just wanted to let you know your guys were great and professional. The installation was spot on and we are very happy with it. We noticed immediately the difference between the old system and the new system. The crew was super polite. The installation is clean and professionally installed. They installed the HEPA filter and UV light system back into the new unit and provided a report of the condition of the air-ducks.

    We experienced an AC breakdown during the very hot August weather. Initially, we had scheduled an appointment with On Point Heating and Air for the following week. However, after reaching out, Michael responded promptly and kindly squeezed his schedule to accommodate us by visiting on Saturday morning, given the intense heat in Texas. He is very professional and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

    Michael Jensen and Raymond were very professional, mannerly and kind. I am 71 and kindness is at the top of my list these days. They arrived timely and discovered the issue to my ac issue quickly. After the repair they continued with the same professional courtesy as when they arrived. I highly recommend On Point Heating and Air! These two are keepers in my book and make your business one of the best.

    Mike was professional and empathetic, considering my needs after assessing the problems I was having with my hvac. i saw 3 different hvac techs, and he was the only one that told me i needed a good cleaning, and explained how this could get my ac working again, so i took his advice and cleaned the unit. Within 24hrs im getting nice cool air again. Thanks again for your professionalism and expertise!

    Very professional and thorough. Works on the issue and doesnt try to charge you for work not needed.     Having been without air for 5 days in my downstairs unit, Travis with Onpoint was a God send in my opinion. Extremely professional and knowledgeable!     Highly recommend On Point. Our A/c was out not running cold air for over a week and he came out the same day he was contacted.     They saved my daughters 22 birthday!!! It was friday afternoon at the lake house this past week, end of June 2024. My daughter and her friends got to the lake house and the house was melting. within 2 hrs on a friday evening they got to the house and got it cooled down. THis allowed my daughter and her friends to enjoy the lake and the weekend. This meant the world to us and we can not thank them enough.

When my financing fell through I though I would still have time to get a loan, but due to an incredibly poorly timed mini stroke, though is there really a good time for that. Michael could have gone straight into legal measures, but choose instead to very graciously work with me.     My name is Marlyn, Im elderly and on a fixed income. My central heating went out and was leaking gas. My warranty with TXU did not cover the whole cost to fix it and they refused to help me but on point heating and air came into my home and saw how cold the house was -11 degrees. Out of the goodness of his heart they inconvenient there chrismas, neglect there family, to come and help me they fixed and paid for the bill out of there own pocket for me. They were all so professional and they cleaned up after mess and them selves and came very quickly to help me. I cant believe what they have done for me.     I wasn’t sure what Kind of service I would get when dealing with a home warranty company. So far it’s been everything it’s supposed to be. Quick install for an air handler unfortunately the home warranty company would not approve a compressor all in the same stroke. Anyhow, everything was hooked up and the compressor is a “No Go”. On point is getting it worked out and should be back Monday to finish up. Thanks guys!
