    Would highly recommend ON POINT! Memorial Day weekend and Saturday night our 10 year old LG dryer stopped working. Every place was closed by then and so we ordered a new LG dryer on Home Depot to be delivered the following Tuesday. Home Depot delayed the shipment by another week so we called ON POINT on Tuesday the day after Memorial Day to see if we could possibly fix the issue or if it was done for good. Juan showed up in 2 hours and fixed it in under 45 minutes. He is cordial, intelligent, polite and knows what he’s doing! Also we were able to cancel the new LG dryer from Home Depot. ON POINT saved us over 1k dollars and we are so happy that we have this reputable company to service Bastrop!The Hargetts

    Using On Point was a great experience! I had a refrigerator stop cooling on a Sunday night. They were able to get me in right away on Monday AND were super accommodating when I was unable to be home for the appointment. Juan called as soon as he arrived and diagnosed the issue. He was polite, informative, and up front about options and costs. He was able to repair the fridge and it was cold by the time I got home!

    Juan was fast and friendly. Scheduling was an ease. Freezer went out in LG refrigerator and being a family of 5 I could not wait for LG to cover under warranty. Juan fixed the issue in less than an hour and have had no problems since.Only gave 4 stars due to the price of the part and labor was a little bit on the expensive side. However, will definitely call them again in the future for any appliance repair needs.

    Onpoint was very responsive and quick, the technician knew what he was doing when he had to come fix my refrigerator. Juan has great customer service , repair was done same day and in a timely manner. Will recommend and continue to use Onpoint for our repairs.

    We had an issue with our AC compressor: the fan would not come on. I thought it was the fan motor start capacitor - an easy repair. After trying several capacitors I knew were good, I finally gave up and called On Point. Should have done that first! The dispatcher said they could have somebody there in 45 minutes. About 30 minutes later Juan showed up. Early! He took a look at it and starting checking the capacitors. Sure enough one was bad, but it wasnt the one I thought it was. He had a replacement cap on the truck, swapped it out, and it worked great.Prompt service, friendly, knowledgeable. Cant beat that. Highly recommended!

    So happy to have our new refrigerator working! Juan thoroughly explained the problem and resolved it on the spot. He also went the extra mile giving us recommendations on proper use of our new fridge and finding a better tube online for us to consider as a a replacement to the current tube. Juan is a very professional gentleman!

    Nobody wants problems with their A/C unit, especially during the summer in Texas! I have used On Point AC & Appliance several times and they always do quality work. Their team is very knowledgeable, professional, and fast too! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of A/C or appliance services or repairs.

    On June 5th, late in the afternoon, our AC went out. The air handler was working but the refrigeration unit wasnt. We were lucky to have ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Id already scheduled an inspection with On Point for the next day but called them the next morning and told them the AC was down so wed need more than an inspection. Rhonda said shed tell the tech and see if he could get there ahead of schedule. We spent the day with fans turning and windows open. By the time Juan, the tech, arrived, it was 90 inside the house. He inspected everything, explained what was wrong, and said he had the part. He said it would take 15 minutes to fix and it did. In less than an hour the AC was back on and Juan was on his way. Total cost under $400 - which may sound like a lot but not when its 90 INSIDE. Rhonda always answered the phone when I called - no Please leave a message.. and Juan was excellent. This is an A number one outfit. HIGHLY recommended.Just an update - Went out to dinner one night in August 2019, came home - no AC. Called Juan, at 7:25pm; he was off but said Matt would call me shortly. Sure enough, Matt calls and says hell be there in 15 minutes. He is. Takes a quick look around, in 10 minutes says Its a capacitor. May be under warranty. Ill get it going shortly. After a few mintues we feel the system coming on again. Cool air. Matt comes back in, I write him a check, tell him to look at the clock: 8:20. Less than an hour after Ive called its fixed. They are simply the best! Also - unlike way too many appliance companies he did NOT try to tell me the compressor was shot and we needed a whole new $6,500 unit - but they were having a special and it would only be $5,995. Hats off!

    Could not have been more PLEASED. I got the run around from the Home Warranty Company and Sears. On Point caled set up an appointment and then texted to let me know that they could come by and fix it the same day I called. Juan showed up a little after 5 and had it fixed in no time. Kerri was amazing with every communication. Best Service EVER

    When my commercial dishwasher broke down, On Point was quick to respond and diagnose it. Very courteous and knowledgeable crew and competitively fair prices. They are one of the only appliance repair companies in Bastrop County that can service commercial restaurant equipment.

    Oven crapped out the day before Thanksgiving. Out of the numerous places I called, they were the only ones that were willing to help. The bake igniter had to be replaced along with a loose wire. After 30 mins and $214 bill, we were able to start cooking. While pricey, it did save Thanksgiving.
