We had a leak in the wall & ON AIR HVAC had Rafael come out within 2 hours of my call. Rafael was polite, professional and knew exactly what the issue was. He cut into a wall & found a pipe that was not connected. Fixed & were busy keeping the blower on until the area dries, but very lucky we received such quick service. They were at my place within two hours of when I first contacted them. I was told by a fly-by-night contractor there was a leak in the evaporator coil and the entire unit needs to be redone. OnAir Hvac did a thorough inspection for an hour and said they could not find anything wrong. They were very professional, charged only a small service fee and left.

October 2024 update: We just had our autumn service appointment, which was completed on time and completely to our satisfaction. *** Original review: We had a great experience with On Air. We contacted them initially when our old system began acting up in December. They provided competitive quotes for repairing and replacing the old system. We decided to replace, and they ordered a new, highly rated system for us. When the system arrived, we scheduled the installation. The crew arrived on time and completed the work flawlessly. We are completely satisfied.

Called at 3pm and they showed up by 3:45....had A/C fixed by 4:45Simple fix, but diagnosed problem and fixed within an hour, this after receiving a 5K repair quote from another company earlier in the day. This shows me they are trustworthy and honest.

On Air is a trustworthy and honest company. I have a rental property and I called out another company to service the a/c. The other company had multiple bids ranging costs from $1000+ repairs to over $5500 for a whole new system. On Air came out to give a second opinion and found that the disconnect switch was off. That’s it… they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of work I didn’t need. They found the real problem and saved me time and a lot of money. I will definitely be calling them for all my HVAC needs in the future!

Eli highly recommended in my neighborhood last year by several neighbors when my compressor went out when the temperature was running over 100°. He was able to repair it in less than two days at a better price.I believe in yearly maintenance for furnace and AC and asked him at that time if he had that type of program which he did. The previous group that I had I felt was always trying to sell me something so I was happy to change even though Eli cost me a little bit more.Eli was very detailed in his maintenance. He told me what he was doing and what he saw, and I felt comfortable that he was telling me the truth.

On Air provided me with a reasonable quote. We held an open discussion about what needed to be done, agreed on the price and a timeline was set. I needed a new evaporator coil, the old one was leaking coolant.When I asked a question, I received a prompt reply. On Air was on time, professional, easy going, performed the work in a minimum amount of time, and the end result was great.Our HVAC closet was put back together neater and cleaner after he was done. The initial install by a different company left something to be desired, some extra PVC piping was removed and lines were run in a more logical and orderly manner.Our hardwood floor was covered up, all old materials were hauled away, and clean up was thorough.In a few short hours our A/C system was up and running again. If I have any issues with any other part of our HVAC system, I am calling On Air again. Overall, no complaints or issues. An entirely agreeable and easy going process, no stress or worries.
