    NTx Air Pro serviced/repaired my HVAC this last Friday. We have a complaint the furnace fan is not kicking in sync with the outside compressor. They approach the issue by going at the most probable cause, the capacitor. The capacitor was in a awkward position still they were able to get to it with very good attitude. They were very professional, on time, clean. First, they check the condition of the old capacitor, verify it was out of spec/bad and they replaced with a new one. Before they install the new capacitor, they verify the value is good. After that, they ran diagnostic on the compressor and charge the AC. This thorough verification of the HVAC system earns our respect and trust. Its been a few days, the AC is running like a champ and very cool down very quickly..and the best part is, they did not put a dent on our budget.Thank you NTx Air Pro for a no BS service. Keep up the good work.

    The owner and his crew was very prompt, honest, great with communication and very detailed to explain everything with our a/c issues. They are very clean too. Even though our house has 100% tile, they still put on shoe slip covers. During the HVAC system replacement, they had floor coverings to protect our tiles. They replaced the outside unit, condenser in the attic, adjusted vents and improved air flow to rooms that we had issues with. Highly recommend!

    NTX Air Pro is a great and reliable company.I have three units that NTX Air Pro serviced. Khoi Nguyen, the owner of NTX Air Pro, showed me the before and after pictures/videos of the work that needed to be done as well as a detail explanation of the work required.NTX Air Pro also replaced the furnace blower motor on one of the units and now all of the three units are working perfectly.     Ive had my ac unit down for almost 3 weeks, called several HVAC techs out and all of them said I need to replace something.. either my low voltage wires, reversal valve or buy a whole new unit. NTX actually took their time and rewired my low voltage wires, replaced my thermostat and everything is working great. Id greatly recommend anyone to use their services. They are honest, and they saved me thousands of dollars because everyone else would rather want to sale me a new unit than troubleshoot and fix this root cause. Thank you NTX Pros!

    Top notch. Can’t get any better AC service than from Khoi. I texted him this morning (Saturday) at 10:30, he called me within 5 minutes and said that he happened to be nearby and showed up at my house by 10:50, and got the two AC units checked out and repaired by 12:30. This is the second time he helped me with AC problem. He is always thorough and informative, taking picture or video of the problems that he found and need repair.. up in the attic or outside.. and recommending DIY maintenance… In addition, his prices are pretty reasonable. I will certainly call him again for any future AC needs, and will tell all my friends about him.

    NTX showed up at my business to replace our entire system. I was worried I needed to close my store for the day. The men assured me they would be quiet and there would be no need to close. So impressive! They replaced both the indoor and outdoor A/C units, got everything installed and running within 4 hours and my clients didnt really even notice them being here!     Khoi really helped me out! I had a large HVAC company come and do a Tune up for my two furnaces, and I felt like they were scamming me into purchasing new equipment that I did not need. So I called Khoi for a second opinion, because he came highly recommended from the neighborhood. I called him in the morning, and he came by that afternoon. Very professional, clean, honest, and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns on safety and was very thorough. He confirmed my suspicions, and provided proof through pictures as to what was wrong with my system and my issue was resolved without having to buy a new furnace but simply by doing a proper tune up and replacing broken sensors.     We had a positive experience with NTX Air Pro. Back in Aug 2020 during the heavy summer heat, our AC had issues and couldnt cool down our house below 70 degrees. We called NTX Air Pro and the technician came out fast and showed us the problems and presented various solutions. The technician was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and up front about the costs. NTX Air Pro did an excellent job fixing our AC and duct/vent issues and gave us a fair price with no hidden fees.     NTXAIRPRO was the most professional HVAC company that I have ever used. Khoi quickly responded to my call, set a time to come out that met my work schedule and the compressor issue was accurately diagnosed and a repair price was set. Khoi worked with my Trane warranty and ordered the part.     Khoi and NXT Air Pro is nothing but professional and responsive. He services my mom’s house too and is always available and very detail in his explanation of any issue.He found an issue (kill switch accidentally bump) that I caused myself trying to search for the air filter by opening up the furnace panel. He could have stated it was a blown transformer or anything else and I would have most likely rolled with it.I appreciate the honestly and he just charge for a service trip! Highly recommended!!

    Had annual maintenance done and getting prepared for the Heat.     Our air conditioning unit went out last week, and Khoi and Donald, the repair men with NTX AIR PRO, fixed it in the Texas heat, replacing the entire compressor in an efficient and timely manner. I was so happy that they did such a great job and fixed it quickly, as we both work from home currently, and had nowhere to go after checking out of the hotel that we had to stay at for one night. They were both very professional and knowledgeable as they explained to me the mechanics behind what had happened with our air conditioning unit, and I appreciate them being so nice and courteous. Couldnt have asked for better service and if we have any issues in the future, I would 100% go to these guys again because I know they know what they are doing and can be relied upon.     Great service at a great price!My A.C. broke down Sunday night and everyone I called wanted to charge me a premium price to come out. Mr. Khoi came to my house at 9:30pm and worked until 11pm to diagnose the problem. Came back the next day and replace my outside unit and rerouted a vent that was too close to the unit. Im very happy with the customer service and the quality service I received. Highly recommend this company.

    It was a pleasure having Khoi(NTX Air Pro) service my A/C problems. Due to previous work done on my unit, the insulation within the AC unit was coming off and flying into the fan. He quickly worked and resolved the issue.A few weeks before that he quickly came over during the summer heat to identify a capacitor issue and even taught me various ways to trouble shoot some of the basic issues to either diy or receive better consultation over the phone.Update 2021-05-31 service.Khoi came out for a service on Memorial Holiday himself to help out with our second AC unit running heat when set to cool. He diagnosed the possible issues and worked each issue until the AC started cooling again. Hes been very patient in explain the problem and steps to resolve each issue along the way. I appreciate Khois knowledge and hard work!

    My AC was making death noises and the company our home warranty sent out did nothing to fix the issue. When NTX came out, he was professional, and explained everything in plain language.     First time using NTX Air Pro, and I was very impressed with what Khoi has done for my family and I. Last Saturday night we noticed that our AC unit was not working. Mind you, we have a 8 month old baby and trying to sleep in the heat was not good. I called Khoi at 7am on Sunday expecting to leave a voicemail and later receive a call back stating that he would come on Monday between the hours of 8am-12pm. That was not the case. Khoi said, “I’ll be there at 9am.” He arrived at 8:30am on a SUNDAY! He checked our whole AC system and fixed it. Super quick and professional. We will be forever grateful for him. THANK YOU, KHOI!
