    First time using this company and it was a good experience. I had already had someone else check/fix my unit and they had to come back twice because it stopped working. The third time he came out he didnt fix it but still charged me $60 just to check it and tell me I needed a new unit. I decided to call Norway and they came out the same day I called them and gave me a free estimate and 2 quotes on what my options were. They came out the next week to replace my outdoor unit and charged me exactly what they said they would. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    After our first attempt at a fix was not successful, I had Norway recommended to me. The repair was quick, professional, and at an appropriate cost. He made certain our issue was resolved. As a result our positive experience with Norway encounter several months ago, we called them first as were having a different issue. I called yesterday morning and a service team was here in the afternoon. We needed the outside unit replaced, and again, Norway provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Less than 24 hours later, our A/C is functioning perfectly.

I called first thing in the morning when they opened asking for their help in repairing my AC unit that just went out in this horrid heat. We are a family of 5 with three littles ones, and we were nervous about the upcoming 110 degree day. Even though they were completely booked, they managed to squeeze us in within mere hours!     Let me start by saying this by far has been the best experience Ive had with trying to find someone to repair my AC. I had been without AC for about 2 months, with Laredo heat that feels like an eternity. Different companies would go to the house check the unit inside and out then try to over price and over sell me parts I did not need or just would not get back to me at all. Finally a friend of the family gave me a contact number for Norway and within an hour they were at the house and by the next day I finally had my AC running again. Price was great and financed at that which was a HUGE help!! I dont reccomend any other place other than Norway Air Conditioning! Excellent customer service, quick and simple explanation and quotes given, as well as great pricing and financing options. Great job Norway and Thank you!!

    Mr. Dominguez answered right away, accurately identified the problem and repaired the unit. I am glad I asked Norway A/C for a second opinion. The first company I called was trying to sell me the whole equipment when it was not necessary to replace it, and they did not even try to understand what the problem was.     My A/C unit suddenly stopped working. I went outside to check on the unit and discovered an oily substance leaking for the unit. I called Norway for service and Mr. Guillermo Dominguez showed up. Right away Mr. Dominguez discovered the leak and went over options on what could be done to fix it. Since the a/c unit was still under warranty, Mr. Dominguez immediately took the appropriate course to get the defective part replaced. Within a couple of hours the defective part was removed and replaced with a brand new one. Mr. Dominguez along with his assistants were extremely professional and courteauos. I would highly recommended Norway Air Conditioning.I believe the cost was fair and appropriate for the amount of work completed. They did not try to upsale any unneeded service. 5 Star Service!
