We have only good things to say about the service, the savings, and the professionalism of Next Door Heating and Air Conditioning. We have had our home serviced by James and Brandon Walker since 2019. We just had a new A/C and heat pump system installed and they saved us thousands of dollars compared to other bids for the same system. The installation was done very neatly and cleanly.The performance of the new system is very much improved with quietness than the previous system and the volume of A/C is so much greater. We were kept informed of the progress being made. After this installation, the clean up was completed by Brandon and James and made it appear as if they had never been here. We are extremely pleased with their service and we know that they will continue annual maintenance of our new system. James and Brandon Walker are very dependable, honest, and hard working men. We trust the work they do and highly recommend Next Door Heating and Air Conditioning as your first choice for any HVAC needs.

I needed a complete air conditioning system I had a number of options but thank goodness I made the right decision to go with Next Door air-conditioning, The price was right and they did everything they said they would do and more. I am completely satisfied with the work they did and if anyone needs A/C work I highly recommend Next Door Air-conditioning iam sure you will be completely satisfied.

I have had all of my AC work done by James and Brandon walker for at least 20 years they have done four new installs on my properties complete with ductwork and numerous repairs on older units and everything has always been great. I called James around five weeks ago when my mothers AC went on the blink And he made a special trip from Nacogdoches to Bastrop the same day because he didn’t want my elderly mother to be in a hot house. No other company has ever treated me so well I highly recommend them for any kind of AC work. They are both very knowledgeable and professional.

We chose Next Door Heating and AC in Nacogdoches to replace the AC in our home in Zavalla. We had an issue with our AC not functioning properly, and called to have it repaired. When the guys showed up to check out the issue, they were very informative on the state of our air conditioning. They told us they could fix it, explained how it would happen, what would be needed. Due to the age of the system, we asked them how much it would cost to replace the AC. With no pressure to install a new system they helped us understand our options for replacing the entire air conditioning system. We asked them to send us a couple of numbers from which we could choose. We liked what we saw and within a week we had a new system. I highly recommend this company!
