    Weve been Kellys customers for almost three years now and they are just as exceptional as the reviews say they are. When we first bought our home (first-time homeowners here), they came and helped us clear the duct work of mold and dust. Every step of the way, they educated us, and even showed us what we can do or buy ourselves to keep everything running as efficiently as possible.About a year ago, we used them to install a new handler box (which had been shorting due to moisture) in the attic, replaced the duct work, and added another 6 inches of insulation. The difference the insulation, especially, has made is staggering. Electricity bill-wise, we can keep the house about 2-3 degrees cooler with no change in our bill. Beyond that, the humidity is down a discernable amount. Our home even stays cool for longer when the power goes out. We appreciate Kellys because they walked us through the problem, the best solutions, and price points so that we knew we were making the best choice for our home. They even explained why higher-price fixes that you might see around arent nearly as effective or economical.Recently, they helped us in the midst of Hurricane Beryl even though their office didnt have power back yet and many of the technicians homes didnt either. We are so grateful for the incredibly dedicated and knowledgeable staff and management. Thank you guys!

    I found this company through a local magazine ad. They replaced my air duct system and installed insulation. During the process, they noticed my AC drain line was clogged. They went above and beyond making sure everything was clean and working properly before leaving. They disinfected everything, gave my AC a check up, and made me feel like I was a VIP. They NEVER once tried to sell me anything other than what I requested (Ac ducts and insulation). This company has my permanent business. My Kelly’s offers honesty and integrity, stellar workmanship, and just the absolute best customer service ever! I want to give extra kudos to Raz, Elie, and Sergio for taking so much time to make sure I was taken care of. These guys are seriously the best! Thank You So Much!!!!

Aaron did above & beyond job on fixing, designing & installing a very complicated system.Can’t say enough good things about kelly air & their awesome team.The photos below won’t mean anything to anyone but me…. They were the HUGE problem why the ac return vent wouldn’t suck air & what little it did went into the hot attic that was not connect to the duct …. Long story short. I had 4 different techs come look & Kellys has a super star guy… Jose !!!!! who went above & beyond to crawl the whole hot dark attic to find the problem. He was outstanding.     Raz came out Monday morning the day that it started to freeze. He worked hard to diagnose my insulation problem. He quoted me a great price and did not gouge me even though he knew I was desperate to get insulated before the freeze. He ordered the supplies and came back later that day before the hard freeze hit and got my attic insulated!!! Mind you, it was 30 degrees outside! They even vacuumed before they left at 6:30 pm. I will definitely be calling for some additional work needed soon! I highly recommend them!

    Kellys is a top-notch company. Over the years I have dealt with many shady and dishonest A/C companies so it was refreshing to find a company like Kellys who didnt even once try to upsell me or think they could confuse me (a nuclear reactor mechanic) with confusing jargon to make a sell. They are very professional!!! The work they did was above expectations. It was great to have a contractor actually do the work you hired them to do without trying to cut corners. I will gladly hire them again in the future.

    Raz was extremely thorough in explaining everything that I needed done and how often I need cleanings, to change my filter, etc. I upgraded to the UV light in my AC system and I could not have asked for a better experience. He made sure to clean my vents along with the debris that fell to the floor when cleaning. Tommy did the attic work and installing the UV light, bless his heart in this heat (heat index 109°.) They were both very pleasant and courteous. Will definitely recommend and use next time!

    Raz (our tech) arrived right at the scheduled time, was very polite and professional and completed cleaning out our clothes dryer duct (which exits our house vertically through the roof) very quickly.     So Ive been working with Kellys HVAC since I 1st got a home in Houston. I had bought an older townhome and there have been some necessary upgrades thatve been needed to be addressed and updated.I 1st met Michael last year and he helped me out with some cooling issues on an already older system that was preinstalled from 15+ years ago.With the new Insulation and some new ductwork he recommended, there were some major improvement in the overall comfort as I like my home to be COOL and comfortable.I was very happy with Michaels professionalism.This year my entire HVAC system was basically on its way out & on its last breath. Damien from Kellys came and quoted me on a solid upgrade on highly rated equipment which I researched after I got his proposal. I was getting estimates from other companies but decided to still go with Kellys due to Michaels professionalism the year before & now Damiens.Jose & Jesus came to do the install and it was a very good, clean & professional job.Very happy with my new Goodman AC system.There have been some secondary issues thatve arose AFTER the install has been done like some rattling of one of my vents since the system is more powerful, but I attribute it more to the fact that its an older home and there are bound to be certain things that will pop up which I do understand, however Kellys has sent over their people like Jose, Raz and Roy to address these things as theyve popped up, to make sure Im up and running as I should be, especially with a BRAND NEW system like this.Awesome company, wonderful people and solid service from true professionals.     Installation team did a great job and completed work installing full system in one day. Outside condenser unit was quite noisy after install and after some research, I discovered that installing an after market sound blanket on compressor can make a big difference. We purchased this item and Raz and team came out and installed free of charge. Overall, excellent service though I had to rely on my own research to discover how to quiet the unit.

    I recently had the pleasure of using the services provided by Kellys - Raz for comprehensive air duct cleaning, new attic insulation installation, and a new duct in my master bedroom. I am thoroughly impressed with the results and professionalism Raz and his team demonstrated.Our home had been plagued by uneven temperatures, particularly with the upstairs area sweltering, even when the air conditioning ran at full blast. After discussing the issue with Raz, he promptly recommended a seemingly simple yet effective solution – adding new insulation in the attics and introducing an additional duct with a register in the master bedroom.The transformation has been remarkable. Despite outside temperatures soaring to a scorching 108°F, the upstairs of our home now maintains a comfortably cool 73 degrees.     Been using Kellys for two years now and will keep calling them back for the usual AC and Heating inspection. Had the ducts cleaned and they did a fantastic job getting to all ducts and even hand cleaning the dirty vents when required. The tech noted the insulation was low in the attic and since they did the insulation a year ago, they came back today to add another layer at no cost! Highly recommend using Kellys to help us get through tough Texas summer and winters.

    We were very pleased with Kellys sales and service team. We found them to be professional and courteous. The service/install team of José and Robert did a phenomenal job and took pride in their work. We purchased 2 complete systems and the finished installation was absolutely top notch. We ended up going with Carrier equipment because of the extreme efficiency of 26 SEER and the most quiet condensing units. You literally have to walk up to the units to see if theyre on because they are that quiet. Also we found the system routinely goes in into a dehunidifying function which seems to make the air more comfortable inbetween cooling cycles. I would recommend this top of the line system to anyone interested in next generation efficiency.
