Mr Wilson did a fantastic job! TheSales team was on time and the owner even showed up to our appointment to introduce himself. They had easy financing options, made every appointment and installation easy and were thorough in their explanations. We asked a lot of questions and they answered them quickly and patiently. They gave us several AC options and helped us understand which machine would better suit our needs. Highly recommended.

I called Mr. Wilson after I caught, and ran off, the tech from the big company that does all the TV advertising because he lied and played games to sell me a new unit. Mr. Wilsons tech showed me the obvious point of failure and it was where the TV ad company had repaired the unit after they screwed up the installation. Mr. Wilsons installation crew was the best Ive ever dealt with and the office staff was a delight to deal with. Neat, professional and no sales games. I knew exactly what I needed and they didnt play games about giving me an estimate. I got a new and better unit with a new warranty for not much more than the first tech wanted to repair his companys faulty workmanship. Im tired of paying for all the TV ads and Mr. Wilson will be my first call from now on.

Love Mr. Wilson’s Heating and Air!! Always easy to get ahold of and quick to book for service, which is so helpful when you are dealing with an a/c issue in SATX! Tim(our service provider) called ahead, was well versed in the issue, solved our problem and gave us tips to avoid further issues like we had down the road. He even explained how Mr. Wilson’s preventative maintenance program would save us a lot of potentially expensive service calls in the future by 2x yearly “tune-ups” to our units.If you can request Tim Rock by name when booking your service appointment, do so!! In a world that has all but given up customer service completely it is a huge relief to find a company that has the good sense to know that CARING for customers can only be good for business. I dont know about you, but I am completely sick of companies who refuse to talk to people leaving no alternative but on-line and phone robots.My HVAC recently died during the start of real heat. So I called Mr. Wilson who have come out for other more minor needs. First off let me tell you Mr. Wilson is one of the extremely rare companies that has not bought into doing all communications digitally. A living person ALWAYS answer the phones and an email requesting info gets answered in a day, 2 if the weekend. They are also courteous, respectful of keeping your home clean, and even kind.Mr. Wilson and his crew took good care of me starting with allowing me to sidestep any high pressure sales, then temporary A/C, delivered by Mr. Wilson himself, till the new unit could arrive and throughout the removal and installation of the new.My home had been fitted out for a mini unit tucked into a tight closet over top my mini-water heater during the building of my home 24 yrs ago. Wrangling a new mini into that small space was no simple switch-out. The new indoor unit while measurement-wise was a fit, albeit a very tight one, having to ANGLE it in changed the dynamics completely and so it became a 30 minute, very tense, wrestling contest in Texas heat nearing 100°. Admirably, they won, and the unit went in.Im very happy with my new unit, the technicians Danny & Robert who installed it, and the companys quick response to any questions Ive had.

Ryan Delgado is awesome! First off, Mr Wilson still has knowledgeable humans who pick up the phone when you call, which is sadly becoming rarer as the days go by. I called in with a mini-split leak and even though they don’t typically repair this type of unit, they still offered to send someone in to give it a try. Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem and remedied it. He treated me like a human and explained the issue in down to earth terms. He went above and beyond, and Mr Wilson is lucky to have him on board.

I was blown away (yes, I get the pun) by the service I got from Eric Bernal and Mr. Wilson HVAC. I had been recommended by the neighborhood Facebook page and everyone was right. Customer service was topnotch from the person who answered the phone to Eric, who actually came to my home. They phoned me twice to keep me apprised of Erics schedule and again when he got closer to my home.Eric taught me about my thermostat and how important it is to download the App to my phone to control all aspects of the cooling experience in my home. He put shoe covers on when he came in and took them off if he had to go outside for anything.He gave me some other pointers that I will remember and that will help me in the future. Great from beginning to end. Called on a Friday morning in August with a non-emergency situation, and the phone was answered on the first ring. Explained my situation - a constantly running air handler that would not shut off, but the system was still cooling. Sandra, the person who answered the phone, listened attentively and was able to set me an appointment for the following Monday. The technician, Tim, arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a bad fan control board. Tim checked for part availability and provided me with a quote, which was very reasonable. Part was delivered in less than an hour and the repair was accomplished. Very happy with the level of professionalism, knowledge and service provided. This was my first experience with Mr. Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning, and I could not have been happier with the service I received.Definitely will use them again. Keep up the great work. Excellent service!I had multiple companies come over to give me quotes to replace my AC. Mr. Wilsons tech did a very comprehensive inspection of my home and made solid recommendations that compared favorably to recommendations from the other companies. The price wasnt the least expensive but it wasnt the most expensive either.When it came time for the install Mr. Wilson sent a very capable crew that was very detail-oriented. They completed the install in the timeframe they had estimated and did a great job cleaning everything up.Highly recommended!

Home warranty companies are not what they use to be. After a very difficult 35 days and three different repair companies, no one could assist with a poor blower motor. I got a recommendation from a Trane dealer who could not work in my area and was provided with Mr. Wilson Heating and Air Company.First contact was a blast of fresh air. They understood what my problem was and called back that they had the part, offered a quote for that motor and the fee for a service call. I agreed and two days later Eric appeared with the part, installed the replacement within the hour and briefed me on the entire system with clear detailed information. Begining to end the service was preformed at the highest level of respect, professionalism and quaility fast service speed. I will use this team again and thank you.Well as I said, i would use them again and I did. This company is great! Call them this morning told them what the problem was and what I needed and before lunch. Juan appeared with the correct part and fox the AC. After wasting a service call and over $100, I called Mr. Wilson to solve the problem.They sent their tech out the same day. He brought the parts he needed because he called ahead to understand the problem before he showed up. He found the issue the other company missed, fixed it, and gave me advice on possible issues I might have going forward without trying to be a pushy salesman. Within an hour of showing up, my issue was fixed, my bill was paid, and the tech was gone. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.I need a new AC unit soon. If you want the best in town at a fair and reasonable price ... then call Mr. Wilson. Tim has done all the a/c work at my office and home for 15 years. He is fair, he is timely.... but more importantly... he knows air conditioners inside and outside (get the pun!) He is meticulous and will go to any length to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy with the work done. After a recent install, I had to call back at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. Tim answered the phone and within 2 hours was at my house taking care of the problem. He has an excellent staff and crew!

This past weekend had a water leak coming from the A/C unit at a friend’s house. Mr. Wilson had installed the unit approx. 1 1/2 years ago. The technician (Daniel) was excellent. Not only did he find the problem within minutes (there has been other attempts with less success) but he also spent extra time explaining how to care for the unit should we experience any excess water in the future. He took his time to cleanup any excess water damage and was extremely professional, personable and polite. repairs and the service from Daniel. I recommend the company and if possible, the technician after this experience with them.

I recently experience a problem with my AC. Eric showed up on time and promptly diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor.He had a replacement part but it was a top of the line, 5-year warrantied, turbo capacitor. Rather than use the far more expensive part, he called the office and then went to the nearest AC parts center and obtained a far less expensive, but perfectly acceptable unit that solved the issue.Eric was professional, transparent, fast and efficient. It was a highly satisfactory experience. I would certainly use this company again and will recommend them to others.

Mr. Wilson is reliable, professional, and most of all trustworthy. We had an issue with what we assumed humidity due to breathing issues in my home and Mr. Wilson came to troubleshoot the issue. Turns out, the AC unit was installed incorrectly during the initial home installation. This issue caused mold in the unit which subsequently caused breathing issues with my family. They couldve easily suggested replacing the unit but Mr. Wilson offered a solution to fix the unit and install UV light filters in the unit to remove the mold. Not only have we been breathing better but our utility bill decreased significantly in price as well. Apparently the unit was working twice as hard as it should have been. I am extremely pleased with the service Mr. Wilson provides and will most definitely recommend them, its truly difficult to find professional and honest service and Mr. Wilson provides that and more.

Great service! Fast, efficient, and affordable. Our AC unit went out on our newly bought home within our first week of living in it. It just so happened to cut out on us around 6 in the evening. Not many HVAC services were still open at that time during the week so we called Mr. Wilson’s. They attempted to trouble shoot with us over the phone as their on call technician was already in route to three other jobs that evening. After the trouble shooting didn’t work they informed me their tech couldn’t make it out to the house until tomorrow. They said they would be their first appointment the following day, and they held their word. 830 in the morning a technician was out here and got the repair done within a half hour. I’d highly recommend Mr. Wilson’s services to whoever needs AC repair. You can’t teach their level of professionalism and efficiency, it’s genuine and purposefully developed.

My 24 year old ac finally bit the dust at 4:45 PM on Friday. Freon spraying out of a pin hole leak and breaker tripping. No fun with temps expected to be in the low 90s on Saturday. I met with Jeff on Saturday afternoon and had a deal to install a new unit on Monday. Best part was Jeffs quote turned out to be some $3300 than my first quote for a similar type of system. It pays to compare. Install team of Jeff, Roland, Mike and Shilo showed up on time, were very personable and professional and by 5:00 PM my home was finally cooling down. The entire team was great and answered all of my inane questions which I truly appreciated. Mr. Wilson himself showed up on site and I got a chance to visit with him. We called Mr Wilson late on a Friday evening after our air conditioner went out. Trying to save us money, he spent an hour troubleshooting the problem with us on the phone. Once it was apparent that more was required than a quick fix, he immediately sent a technician over. By this time it was 830 on a Friday evening. Come to find out, our A/C capacitor had blown. With the age of the unit we went ahead and decided to get a new one instead of trying to replace/repair.By the next morning, Saturday Morning, he had guys coming by first thing in the morning (to beat the warming of the house as much as possible) to take out the old unit and replace it with the new one. Not only did he replace the AC (a 5 ton unit) but he and his team found out that the intake air panel was only big enough for a two ton unit. He worked with me to come up with a way to get more airflow in and very professionally cut out new air intake panels. Our AC has never been as efficient!! As his guys were bringing the new unit upstairs to install it, they scuffed the paint on the railing just a little bit. It was noticeable but not too bad. Mr Wilson saw it before I had to mention anything and brought in a painter to fix the scuffs.The technical expertise AND customer service that Mr. Wilson and his team provided was top notch. His prices were honest and reasonable. We probably could have gotten lower quotes and waited for a better deal, but I highly doubt we would have received the increase in efficiency for our unit and the OUTSTANDING customer service.He completely replaced the indoor and outdoor unit, fixed our drain line, repaired the scuffs on the paint, stopped by twice to ensure we were happy after the install, provides a TWO year service warranty, filled out and submitted all of the rebate paperwork for us and all of this within the original quote that he gave on Friday night. Never was there any hidden fees or up charges. I have never been so impressed with a company

A recently shattered leg bone has me feeling poorly. Couple that discomfort with a home air conditioning unit which decided to die on us a mere five plus years after spending premium dollars having it installed. So, Im a hot mess.We used the app Nextdoor to ask our fellow neighbors for recommendations for a trusted a/c professional. A number of satisfied customers in our neighborhood suggested Mr. Wilson Heating & Air. It was a Saturday morning when I phoned...and they answered on the weekend!!! Mr. Wilson bless his heart was just returning from a conference out of town and was probably looking forward to relaxing a bit to relieve the jet lag of travel. Still, I spoke to his wife who promised to send him right over to us to look at our situation.Mr. Wilson himself took a generous amount of time to look at our system and confirm what we feared and revealed the dont always get what you paid for news regarding our out of commission air conditioner . Our system which we paid a premium for over 5 years ago was a mismatch of pieces with the one that holds the freon being the older more expensive type of freon using unit. Great *said with sarcasm*. It is a lesson learned to make sure to use licensed professionals and make sure to ask the questions of professional licenses, unit functionality, city permits and such. All heating and air businesses are not equal. We now know.Mr. Wilson gave a portion of his Saturday to diagnose our issue and provide options on a day Im certain he would have preferred spending with his family. A/C went out on a Sunday. New one installed on Thursday. Everyone was so pleasant to work with and talk to. Roland & Carlos did an awesome install. Roland even helped me set up the thermostat so I could control it from my phone. And he vacuumed up the debris tracked in. Mr. Wilson himself showed up to help haul away the old system. Did I mention they have financing options? Life saver!

My A/C went out Friday at midnight, the night before my sons 7th bday party. I was expecting over 30 people, and I was desperate for a 24 service to fix it before the party started. I called 5 different places, but Mr. Wilson’s was the only one who was honest about time, and called me back to confirm. Their technician was also extremely professional and friendly. He found the problem immediately, and fixed it in less than an hour. I recommended them to everyone at the party, and will continue to.

I had an unexpected water leak from my AC handler. Come to find out, the installer of the unit never cemented the joints so one came lose and water did what water does - it found a way out. Thankfully I got someone here within a few hours. Justin was amazing and came up with a solution to stop this from happening again. The damage was nominal. Could not be more pleased. Thank you!

Ninety-Five in the house. Had a technician from another company over earlier in the day and several hours later in the day, the AC was not putting out cool air. Called Mr. Wilson and found that since it was a local holiday (Battle of the Flowers), the office was closed. Tim Wilson called me back at 7:00pm and said he was on his way and within an hour, we are good to go. Wish that I had called Mr. Wilson Heating and Air Conditioning from the very beginning of issues with the AC unit several weeks back. Mr. Wilson explained what the issues were, made suggestions to improve efficiency and there was no hard sell. Highly recommend their services.

Mr. WIlson Heating & Air and his team are always responsive to calls for service or questions. Pricing is fair and the work is quality. Its hard to find good contractors that explain the difference between required repairs or recommend services for your HVAC system. They do an excellent job at this and not adding in extra costly items that are not required.
