Mr Snowman came in to help after another company couldnt figure out why our furnace wouldnt heat our house. They replaced parts and did troubleshooting extensively to make sure we got heat. It was a long process but it was necessary. Every time they communicated when they would be here (2 hour window thankfully!) and were quick and informative after each visit. I highly recommend these folks for any HVAC issues! They are top notch!

My AC went out on me on a day when it was 106 degrees. My home warranty set me up with Mr. Snowman Air Conditioning & Heating and Michael was at my house fixing my AC the next morning. Michael quickly identified the issue and got me up and running in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is ever in need of AC or heating services.

Michael is a great guy. Hes serviced my HVAC three times now and each time I learn something new from him. He hasnt once tried to upsell me on anything and would be completely frank about the cost that he would charge for something vs me doing it myself.When he shows up, I know the AC will be kickin on soon!

Elijah was my airconditioner technician he called me this morning with a time frame and was punctual. My air had not been cooling but was running up my bill.Made an appointment through my house warranty and it was super easy to make an appointment. You can even track your technicians so you know exactly when they will be arriving. He came out and got my air cooling in no time. Would recommend this company again 5 star service

My home warranty company dispatched Mr. Snowman to my home the beginning of last summer when my air conditioner seemed to be broken. Michael and Elijah immediately determined the problem and communicated it to the warranty company. Initially, they denied my claim, but Michael fought hard on my behalf and they ultimately approved it. My new unit was installed just days later. At that time, they informed me of the condition of my outdoor unit, which was over 25 years old. Elijah let me know it was a good name brand and may keep working for a while, but Michael also provided insight into what the cost of replacing the unit would be so I could prepare for the unexpected. Sure enough, a short four months later the unit stopped working. These two men came out around my schedule to ensure I would not return from a short vacation to a sweltering home in the middle of summer. They were accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I cannot recommend them enough!

I woke up this morning to a very hot house due to an AC unit that was not working. My home warranty company told me that I should enter a service request but that the issue probably would not get fixed until Monday or Tuesday since today is a Saturday and its currently the weekend. An hour and a half later I received a call from Elijah and he said he could be at my house in 10 minutes! I told him I had left (because it was so hot) and that I was 25 min away. He told me he could wait in the area for me to get home. He showed up promptly and ready to fix my issue. Not only did he find the issue quickly but he included me in the repair in the sense of education so that I can be informed for the future. I really appreciated that! He was very kind, respectful, and I could tell he knows what he is doing! I will definitely keep their information for any future AC issues I might have. Thank you Elijah and thank you for making your customers your priority!

Stayed in constant contact with me about appointment time and everything he did to get my AC working in my home again. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future issues I might have. 100% satisfied with Mr. Snowman AC and Heating. I submitted a claim through Home Warranty program and my claim was assigned to Mr. Snowman and I am so glad it was. Elijah came out the same day the job was assigned. He was knowledgeable, honest, and able to pinpoint AC issue quickly and worked diligently to solve the problem. Although the cost of the job was not covered under home warranty at 100%, the end cost was more than fair. I will be utilizing Mr. Snowman for ALL future AC and Hearing needs. Thanks again, Elijah!

Micheal and Elijah were very professional on diagnosing our A/C issue , within no time , I have 210 home warranty, they are so unorganized , lack of communication within the company... Mr. Snowman , Michael the A/C technician took care of us immediately as soon as it got an ok plus part. To complete our AC repairs which it was our A C blower motor in the attic, to come find out once he was removing old part the old part overheated causing the squirrel cage to melt. Thank God he had a brand new squirrel already in his truck, which saves us from waiting another week or so, Michael did not leave our home until he knew we had AC and completely repaired, these Guys are lifesaver. THANK YOU MICHAEL AND ELIJAH For ALL YOU BOTH DO.and thank you for caring ... KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK . Unfortunately I cant say the same thing about our home warranty 210.

First my wife was upset because we had to wait for a part that was on warranty. We waited for a week because it was coming from Houston. Which was very upsetting because living in Texas is very HOT HOT and it wasnt pleasant. I knew it wasnt his fault. When the part came in, on Saturday, he gave us a discount and told us if any issues occur that we had 1 yr of service with no charge. My wife was very pleased and happy. Remember happy wife means a happy life. Now our home is cool. Thank you Mr. Snowman and Michael.

Eli was out the same day I called. I was told my ac unit would need to be entirely replaced. Eli told me that was not true. He only replaced my air coil and my ac has been working great ever since. Super thorough and extremely efficient. Very friendly service and they take the extra measure to make sure youre satisfied. We have OneGuard Home Warranty and they sent them. Elijah and David made quite the impression and if we ever have to hire outside of warranty, we definitely will be using them again.
