Carlos installed a new HVAC for us. The price was right and the service was excellent. Our unit had a couple of issues so Carlos had Chris come everyday until it was resolved. That’s the kind of customer service I look for when making a large purchase like this. He and his team have earned our business for a lifetime.

After getting an OUTRAGEOUS quote to replace my coils and plenum, I looked around and called Mother & Son. They came out the next day to take a look and give me a quote. Carlos came out and was quick, efficient, and professional. He confirmed the repairs that I needed but gave me other options that were much more affordable than the big name company. He even told me about a hospital grade UV light for the plenum that kills bacteria. He was very knowledgeable and spoke in layman’s terms. I booked an appointment and they were out a couple days later to do the repair and they were on time (something that doesn’t happen much in Houston). The crew was courteous and made sure to care for my home by placing down drop clothes to catch debris. They worked quickly and before I knew it they were done. They fixed my issues and fixed one of my vents to get more air flow! They also checked and refilled my Freon, included in the cost! They did way more for less than the big names company. I am very happy that I called them and I would highly recommend them. Ask for Carlos he’s the man.

Absolutely best customer service! My AC went out and after calling around this was by far the most reasonable in pricing. The technician was very knowledgeable,professional, quick and efficient. He quickly resolved the issue and knew exactly what he was doing. They came out and provided a free quote with no hidden fees. He was very honest on what repairs were really needed. I highly recommend Mother and Son for any HVAC needs! By far the best customer service.

Carlos installed a new system in our new retirement home, his crew did a very professional installation. Sadly, the Trane compressor failed after about 18 months of service. Carlos replaced the unit under warranty, and responded quickly and cheerfully. Impressive service, great pricing. Highly recommended.

We haven’t been in Humble very long (right @ two months) was having AC problems so I looked up who to call... While driving around I seen a van reading Mother & Son AC business. Well was ALWAYS told to do your homework sooooo I did...... I called around buttttt NO one could beat their service fee andddd if you have them do your service they take the difference off. Called and Carlos said he would be to our home within the hour, and not long after......he showed up... I’m saying all this to say we always ready to spread bad business, WELL let’s also get in the habit of spreading GOOD honest people business. Thank you Carlos for being professional, quick to come out and a very hard worker!!! Also I love the name, Mother & Son, I shall keep that number. :)

Ok These guys were cheaper in price and did great work . I called explained my issue with my air Conditioning drain pan . Corlos knew exactly what I needed and they were very professional and prompt.

Came out on a Saturday shortly after I called them and they had my ac up and running in about 40 minutes. Thankfully it was something simple, and I thought the pricing was very fair.
