    Steve, Scott and the rest of the team at Moore are an absolute pleasure to work with. They just replaced two furnace units for us, and everything went seamlessly. They simply do what they say they will, and there are no surprises. It’s great to work with a family owned and operated company that treats you like part of their family, while at the same time offering world class expertise and knowledge, with a servants heart.     Noticed air conditioner was not blowing cool air around 2:30 Friday afternoon. Moore A/C said they could have service technician to our house between 3 and 5. Technician called around 4:30 to advise he and assistant were on their way. They arrived on time and fixed our problem at a very reasonable price. They were both very professional. We highly recommend this dependable, knowledgeable company.

    Update: Still using Moore A/C & Heating Services and am SO glad because they continue to take care of me and dont overcharge or upsale things I dont need. Very trustworthy company.Moore A/C & Heating Services has serviced my HVAC system and even replaced the entire system many years ago. There was a brief period of time when I was drawn away by A #1 Air and that was the biggest mistake I ever made. (I even apologized to Steve Moore for cheating on them!). Moore Services has been built on the principle of integrity. They tell you the truth, give you options and never upsell you products or services you dont need. They have excellent customer service, terrific technicians (Luis is awesome) and are forgiving when you fall for flashy ads and get burned. I will never use anyone else ever again!

    I’ve been using Moore Services since 1993 for regular maintenance and emergency calls on my A/C and furnace. Always professional and courteous. Also, they will let you know when it’s time consider replacing a part/unit or what to keep an eye on. Never a hard sell but they want you to be an informed homeowner so you can be comfortable in all seasons and avoid potential problems.

    Moore A/C installed our A/C system 18 years ago. They have serviced our unit since then with semi-annual preventive maintenance. They recently installed a new coil due to refrigerant leak. Steve and his crew are courteous, well trained technicians who do quality work ,arrive on schedule, are friendly and answer any questions. I would recommend Moore A/C for any and all A/C & heating services.

    There are a few trades that you need to make 100% sure your provider is looking out for your best interest.     Diane and I are extremely pleased AND impressed.I contacted Moore A/C on a Monday morning that my AC had stopped working. A technician, Luis, responded on same day and restored service :) He was thorough, professional and courteous.Fortunately the weather had been cool most of that week; unfortunately, the following Saturday evening, it was again not cooling. (Our home was built in 1996 and still using most of the original HVAC.) As had been my experience with other companies, I called it in, expecting to leave a message with a messaging service, hoping that we would be put in the que for early the following work week. My expectation were at best, hopeful; instead, Steve Moore personally called back and came out 30 minutes later and, worked well into the evening to get my working again! My AC is working better than ever. Diane and I quite impressed; in fact, she stated, I guess weve found another HVAC company.

    Moore A/C is our go to for HVAC issues. This past summer, 5th hottest in Texas, we had some issues at our business. They were always responsive. One evening, we were preparing for a large event and one unit went down. I contacted Moore at 5:05pm and they were out to look at it by 5:45pm. They got us going for the night and saved us from the 105 degree temps. Highly recommend Moore Heating & Air.

    Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Called on Monday and they were out on Tuesday to fix the problem. They explained what they were doing and why and fixed the problem in a quick and efficient manner. I will definitely call them again if anything comes up.

    Needed emergency help with my daughters furnace on an 11 degree day. Steve responded to my call early in the morning and sent Luis our within an hour. Luis was friendly and knowledgeable. He solved our problem of a bad flame sensor and had the furnace back on within 45 minutes. I just found them on the Dallas BBB website. They did not try to take advantage of our dire predicament. I have a new heat and a/c company in my own backyard.

    Excellent customer service, starting with my phone call requesting HVAC repair. Nate in the office was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He listened completely to what I thought may be the issue and made a tech appointment that fit my schedule. The tech, Luis, arrived on time and quickly found the issue with our thermostat and HVAC and repaired our system on the spot. Price was very reasonable, and services were excellent.     I had a different company (call them company X) install my new high efficiency outdoor unit. There were a number of reasons that I questioned X’s competence. After 17 months the compressor in my new unit died. I decided to not use the original installer but research companies that specialize in Bryant. Moore’s fit the profile I was looking for.Moore not only replaced the compressor, but corrected installation issues from both the replacement install along with the original install This required extra time but Moore maintained the original price quote even with the extra work.I’ll be using Moore for my HVAC needs in the future.

    We had used another hvac company for 18yrs. A friend referred Moore A/C Services to us when we decided to get a competitive quote when we were told we needed to replace our 10 yr old Lennox compressor,18yr old Bryant furnace and 10yr old Lennox coils. We chose Moore Services and they replaced the Lennox coils and old Bryant furnace with new Bryant coils and a Bryant Evolution furnace. There was no need to replace the 10 yr old compressor. Mr. Moore and his crew were very professional and the install could not have been better. They now have a new customer.
