If you want an honest and reliable company call Montgomery HVAC. We have been using them for years. We had another company come to our house years ago to fix our A/C unit and they said we had to replace the whole unit. We decided to get another look and so glad we did. Montgomery was honest and said that it was a small issue (capacitor) and we did not have to replace our whole unit. The staff is very nice and we usually have the same technician out to our house every time. They are a family owned company which we also like and we feel like their pricing is fair and honest. Unlike the big commercial companies who like to ad in their advertising fees into your price. My A/C or Heater unit seems to always fail on a holiday and they are always willing to work with us to make sure they can get it fixed as fast as possible. Highly satisfied repeat customer!

Our repair man was Zack and he did an awesome job. Our capacitor went bad and this was the only company that was able to quickly respond and be here in the same day. Zack did a good job of explaining the problem and helped us plan ahead what we should do in the future. He did the job very quickly and got our A.C. working again in the same visit. Ill be using this company again in the future.

Montgomery HVAC has provided both maintenance and repair on our AC unit over the past few years. They have been great to work with from initial inquiry to the completed service. They even came out within 2 hours on a Sunday morning of a holiday weekend and had our unit cooling before the day heated up!

I called Montgomery HVAC due to my second floor AC was blowing warm air. As this was not an emergency (we have a first floor unit that works well), I was able to accept a next day appointment. Duane came to my home on time, dressed professionally in a clean uniform with his name and company visible. Duane evaluated the system and was able to determine the cause of the problem. Normally, I would agree that I received the service call that I paid for ($50 coupon for system inspection). Where Duane REALLY impressed me was how he made recommendations to correct the problem as he explained in layman terms what was wrong. He showed me all the components that were not working. Finally, during our discussion, Duane learned that I had purchased my home the week prior, he recommended that I contact the warranty service before going any further. He also was able to determine that the system was only two years old, and probably covered by an installer warranty as well. Duane wrote up a detailed quote, citing all the components and pricing. I have absolutely zero faith that my home warranty company is going to stand up to this (I have dealt with too many of these shady companies), and the installer who created this mess probably wont either. When the decision is made to replace the system, I will be calling Montgomery HVAC. You should, too!

We had a fantastic experience with this company when they replaced our entire HVAC system. Our furnace was 30 years old, so they had some pretty nasty grandfathered stuff they had to bring up to code, too. They are very polite and professional, and its obvious they care a great deal about the quality of their craftsmanship. They definitely went the extra mile for us, and we are glad we went with Montgomery HVAC.

I called one of the big AC companies that advertises on the radio, they suggested a new $12,000 system. I called Montgomery HVAC, who was recommended by a friend. They fixed my issue for $200, with no issues since. Great, friendly and honest service....I have used them now for over 2 years.

The only issue I had with Montgomery HVAC is they were TOO EARLY! ; ) I requested same-day service but Scott arrived 1 hour before scheduled, so I explained I was 45 minutes away from Home so Scott adjusted his next call schedule to accommodate. Once he got in he diagnosed the issue with my broken A/C in less than 5 minutes. He subsequently checked the freon on my other 2 units and charged me a very fair price for all work and parts. From the time I requested a service call to the time all work was complete was < 5 hours.VERY PLEASED... Thank You Scott and Montgomery HVAC!!

Air conditioning was not working and we were miserable! We called Montgomery HVAC Services and within hours a very polite and professional serviceman was here and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Called Montgomery yesterday, and got in on a special that was better than my home warranty (about half as much) and had an appointment scheduled for today. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely friendly and helped to avoid buying the Amazon Local/Groupon special that was for inspection whereas I needed a diagnostic on a ill-running system (saved me money).They told me 5-7, and as Im rushing home I get a call at 5 till 5 from Dwayne saying that hes waiting at the house! How many other companies come at the start of the window? He hooked up his gauges and told me immediately what the problem was, added some refrigerant, and gave me some tips on maintaining the system. Even with the home warranty, Im likely to call Montgomery again. Ill definitely recommend them to any who needs A/C service. Even got a magnet for the fridge so I can tell my wife who to call in case Im away!

These guys are the best . Very Fast and responsive, I called them at 11 AM and the technician showed up at my door on the dot at 1:00 PM as promised. Quickly address the issue on hand and told me a bunch of dos and dont for a better HVAC system maintenance. I felt as if they are looking out for me rather than trying to sell me stuff. Would absolutely recommend them

Montgomery HVAC saved the day! Air conditioner was having trouble---called Scott and Linda at Montgomery. Linda was super friendly and Scott showed up at the door within the a few hours. Scott took care of a blockage in the drain line and everything was back to normal. Super friendly and professional!

Every aspect of this company gets an A+ ! Betty (who answers the phone)felt like an instant friend! Steve was right on time and worked diligently to find the problem and tried to resolve it without having to replace the unit. When it was know that we would have to replace the unit, they were so kind and almost hated to have to give me the price! We did get another estimate and immediately (!!!) called Betty back! The other companys charge was almost twice as much! Ive actually never done a review before...and since reading others reviews is what made me call Montgomery in the first place, I wanted to add mine! If there were more than 5 stars, I would use them all!

So, I rarely...and when I say rarely I mean this is my first...write a review on a company. One because I truly have high expectations, second I have high expectations. That being said, Betty and her son have my business for a lifetime. My air conditioning went out on Tuesday night. I called around to a lot of companies, and got exactly what I expected to get. The sales pitch. I called Montgomery and Betty answered. Let me tell you what I didnt get out of Betty. Betty didnt try to sell me anything, in fact, I told her I needed a quote for replacing both upstairs and downstairs systems. She said that she would prefer if she could send her guys out to check, because I may not need to replace the systems. Now who the heck does that nowadays. Youre right, nobody. So let me make a long story short. Tuesday night no a/c. Call Wednesday for quote. Thursday morning she has two crews replacing both systems, and man they were phenomenal. The price was cheaper than what I was priced anywhere else. Fair, honest, fast, quality, and the best service I have ever had. If you dont take care of your customers, someone else will. Betty you and your son definately took care of me and my family and for that I am grateful.
