MKC is the best! They have now replaced both AC systems at our home. Johnny and his team found us a 4 ton unit and had in up and running the same day. Top notch service and price. I would recommend them to anyone looking to repair or replace their HVAC system. Not to mention they have connections when the unit won’t fit through the gate!

Mkc recently serviced my outside condensing unit for my ac. They quickly observed the issue and got my ac running on a Sunday 1 hour after I contacted them.They were fast, efficient, and affordable. I would recommend mkc for any air conditioning issues you may have, I know Ill be using them from now on.

We just hired MKC Solutions to do our biannual HVAC inspection. Odell Caraway was our technician, who was friendly and personable and patiently answered all of our questions. What I had come to dread about our prior provider was the feeling of fear that permeated every visit, with tales of all the things that might happen with our HVAC unit, with the goal of getting us to buy a new unit. While I acknowledge that our HVAC unit is near the end of its life, Odell provided a fair assessment of our aging unit and noted that while it was old, it seemed to meet all the criteria he assessed. Rather than inducing anxiety during his visit, he reassured us that our unit had a bit of life left in it and it wasnt necessary to replace the unit today. I appreciate the honesty of Odells assessment, and Im happy we made the change to MKC Solutions.

This Company has the sweetest Team out there, Johnny came out to my home to Bid and Install a Brand new Indoor and Outdoor unit! I was Updated throughout the Whole process and they worked around my schedule, He was a pleasure to work with and was Very Respectful and Kind! Kudos to mkc solutions. House has not cooled properly in years. Kim and Dean went above and beyond, in my opinion, climbing around in my attic in June on the Gulf Coast. Woke up this morning with the whole house cool and it felt great. Thank yall. Highly recommend.

Old panel heater went out. Never had central so no ductwork. Called MKC. They came out right on schedule. Very professional. I decided I wanted them to do the job. The work was finished on time. Kim and her co worker did an amazing job. Installed all ductwork and of course the a/c heater. Cleaned up what little mess there was. I am very pleased. I have recommended them to friends that have needed their unit maintenance done. Big thank you to MKC in Orange.

I cant recommend MKC Solutions enough!! From the moment they arrived for an estimate, to the time they left our house after a full install of 2 new HVAC systems, they were able to spot issues with our current system that others had never address with us. In speaking with them for what would all be done if we signed with them for services, they let us know what they would be doing. They were even willing to take out an original furnace system that was left in our attic, when the previous owners had a heating system replaced prior to us.From the moment they were scheduled for delivery and installation of our 2 new units (and replacement of some duct work), they were superior. They called when they were leaving their office to give us time to secure our pets. Once they arrived, they laid out cloth tarps to protect our carpets and flooring. The crew would take time out of whatever they were in to process of installing or doing to answer any questions if we came to them with any. They elevated our outside systems to a point where their foundations would be protected from standing water in a trouble area when it rains. When I asked about being able to add a vent into a closet area, and they had no issues to get the extra work done for me.Just hands down, a pleasant experience from start to finish. Replacing a HVAC unit is never fun, especially cost wise. Especially when you have to do 2! They were affordable, didnt have a high mark up (trust, we have 5 bids), just did a quality job, and they did exactly what they promised.I cant recommend MKC Solutions, the owners, or the installation crew enough. We decided we wanted to use a company that was local to the area, and whose work/results would have weight on the owners name. This company is top notch for sure!!!

They showed up and thoroughly explained the problems we had with our drain line and duct system. They quickly fixed the drain problem and gave us a free bid for a new duct system. He could have sold me an expensive product, but he didnt. He counselled me on how best to utilize my current system. He was very honest, dependable, with high customer service. I highly recommend.

It means more than you can know! Top that off, one of my girls, who has some special needs, wanted to show Kelsea something. She immediately went with her to see what she wanted to show her.You guys are amazing! I tell everyone that we used MKC Solutions for our AC needs! On two separate occasions, Johnny was able to come out to our house same day… and one of the times it was within 30 minutes! Which is huge on a hot summer day.He provided great service, was knowledge, very friendly and was great with our dogs. Even adjusted our air vents to get the airflow going better to a certain bedroom once the job was finished!Highly highly recommend MKC Solutions!
