Sufficient communication throughout the whole process, after my employer (Buddy’s Home Furnishings) had approved the repair order, they came to complete the repairs approximately a week after, completed the repair in less than an hour. Our heater went out the Thursday before this last attic cold spell. They came out and checked out the heater and of course the part that went out was a control board. They tried to make it work until the part came in but was unable to. So we were with out our heater for one week until the part came in. At one point they sent a guy to pick up a part they were thinking would work and put it on Monday but as my luck goes it didn’t. As soon as the part came they were out and I had heat that day. The whole crew showed concern that we were with out head for the week. I have used Noble for many years and will continue to use Miller/Noble services.

I have used this company for a few years and really like them..I had an AC/heat unit installed..I feel like a little preparation could have been done before installing..the fan unit is in an upstairs closet. The guys installing had a hard time getting the unit to fit in there. The door frame was taken off(which was broken) several adjustments had to happen to get this in there. Again.. not an easy task. This unit was very heavy to haul upstairs. What was supposed to be a 1 day job turned into 2. I understand things happen and dont always go as planned. I wanted to put something down on my carpet to protect it but was afraid of someone tripping and getting hurt. I have a spot that wont come out of my carpet and have what looks to be burn patches. I do not know anything about AC/heat units or how they are installed..I do appreciate the guys for trying to fix the frame work. Their manners were very professional and the unit runs great. I applaud the installation guys for how they handled a task that wasnt easy. I will continue to use this company because I think they are reliable and trustworthy..

My a/c went out on 9/12, i called Miller Noble and they sent a tech out right away. Do to my motor type we had to order one. Terry in the office gave me a portable unit to use until he could get the motor. What a life saver when it’s 105f outside. Upon the motor arriving Terry dispatched a tech out to do install. Tech was super friendly, knowledgeable, and had my A/C up and running. The price was more than fair for the parts and service. You see a lot of these a/c companies in lawton with great reviews but most are family and friends as that’s the only review they have ever written. I have written 160 reviews.My advise is if you need air and heating service call Miller/Noble.

Not as responsive as they once was but still does good work. Knowledgeable and stays on the job until working properly. We have been using them for a very long time and quality of service has dropped and I had to call twice to find out where we were on the list. We were assured that it would be the next day after I called for service. I was at home all day and didnt receive a phone call to update when service would occur. I called the next day and was assured service would be that day. The service tech arrived after 8:00 P.M and he professionally charged the unit .

We chose this company based on their 5 star reviews... and let me tell you, they were all accurate! We needed our AC serviced, as it was not holding up the Oklahoma heat. When I called in the morning, they worked us into their schedule for that afternoon. They called just before getting here; to let us know they were on their way. Once here, the quote we received was exactly on the money, not a penny more for the service. The only thing additionally we had to pay for was a replacement part (which seemed very fairly priced). While the technician was here, he needed to use our hose to spray off the unit. The faucet was leaky, and without a second thought, he pulled out a tool and fixed it! (it had been leaky for a while, and not even the plumbers that had been here fixed it). He continued to work on the unit, and I happened to notice a hornets nest near where he was working. I mentioned it to him, for his safety. He went to his truck, came back and he killed all the hornets for us too! Now that is what I call ABOVE and BEYOND service. He cleaned everything, and inspected everything for any other problems. Our AC seems to be running great now, and we highly recommend this company... and we will definitely use this company in the future!

Was during the ice storm, sent out the first two guys, said it was a bad motherboard, kept on blowing fuses. Flo arrived on the scene days later when the new board came in. Temporary installed the new one, and it still blew the fuses. Flo then troubleshooted the whole wiring system, and found wires from the blower motor were exposed, repaired them, got them out of the way and it started right up. No problems since then. I highly recommend Miller and Noble for all your heat and a/c work.
