His thorough approach led to the discovery of an overheating compressor, which he diligently investigated.He went above and beyond by spending considerable time troubleshooting the cause of the overheating. His commitment was evident when he ventured into the attic crawl space, despite the challenging conditions of nearly 100-degree temperatures. I realized that my heater was not working on Tuesday night about 9:15 and I called Milestones Electric and I spoke with a very nice lady that told me that they could not take anymore calls for the night and she told me that she would get someone out to my home from 8-11 AM today. At 8:00 Mr Perez knocked on my door and in a few minutes I heard my heater click on. He quickly found the problem and fixed it and set the thermostat on 73 and he got everything together and my house was back warm before he left. Milestone and Mr Perez took care of me in a flash just like the commercial says. Thank you for taking care of us!

This was my FIRST time to use Milestone. Most aspects of the company are great! Service was as expected and complete, technician was very professional. The only stumbling block was the excessive PRICE. The price was explained up front but the Advantage annual program ($240 additional expense) 15% discount was not deducted from the initial price quoted. After the work was completed and the payment was due the technician explained that the 15% Advantage discount was already included in the quoted price. SURPRISE!! As you can see with a 4 star review the price was the only issue. So ask a lot of questions before using Milestone.

Quick response time, courteous plumber, job well done. Our only gripe is the prices (!!!). In July 2020 we paid $117 for the exact same job. Today it was $266 -- AFTER A $65 OFF COUPON. Thats nearly TRIPLE the cost. Also, the plumber did not replace the toilet flap (didnt have the part) and did not discount for it. We dont mind paying a premium, we are loyal Milestone customers - but seriously, thats a bite to our budget.

Alvaro and Mike were fantastic. Extremely thorough in diagnosing the problem.. a slab leak .. using every precaution to ensure they were the least disruptive to our home. They stayed on the job the entire day into the evening to complete the repair as fast as possible. Al engaged me every step of the way to make sure I understood each step they were taking. Both he and Mike were consummate professionals as was Chris who came out in the pouring rain initially to do the initial tests to try to locate the leak. I needed to connect a new spa heater that required 220v connection. I called Milestone and they sent out an electrician. When he got here I found that there was some changes to Electric Code that meant the electrician would have to replace the disconnect boxes. Not what I wanted to hear but I want it done right. We agreed on the price and a new time to do it since they would need supplies.Once he got started we found that whoever previous owner had hired to wire the spa had used the incorrect wire size into the disconnect box. Had I not needed 220 instead of 110, I would never have known about the incorrect wire being used.All up to code and my new spa heater is ready to use. Thanks Darcy Thomas and also Matthew Lacey

We had the water heater flue and overflow pipe replaced. The tech made sure that it wouldnt be an issue in the future. The overflow pipe had the wrong angle and wrong piping. He replaced that and put a good pitch to make sure it drains properly and is up to code. I thought it was rather pricey but the craftsmanship was excellent.

Our AC stopped working on July 2nd when it was 100 degrees! I called the next morning at 6am and they gave us same day service! The technician was there by 8am; thank God! The Technician showed us the year on our HVAC when it was made. Ours is 13 years old; they showed us why they had to replace a bad (flux) capacitor, burnt wires & thermostat at a fair price that should get us through this summer. I recommend asking the technicians if they would want to be filmed; it would have made a great YouTube video with lots of views and probably would get the company more business.Happy 4th of July 🇺🇸

My special lights in the HVAC that help keep mold from developing are very old and should be replaced as soon as possible and so we set up for a call from him in a month to do that if I can manage the cost at that time. It will run about $900.00 and I am on a fixed income. That is a lot of money to come up with. The day was my special for ELECTRiC check up Milestone The guy came out did a great job. He did he checked all my breaker box all the plugs to electric plugs. He said everything looking good and I asked him some questions and he answered the questions and he was nice and friendly he before he left he said anything need to be done and I said no was great. Bryson was friendly and polite. He explained how long the hvac system check of the new heater would take. He replaced the filter for me, which was great since I can no longer climb the attic ladder. Bryson explained all he did and showed me the performance ratings for the heating system. He also answered my question about filters that are rated for reducing allergens. Bryson also showed me the filters on Amazon so I would know proper size to purchase in the future. It eased my mind to know the heater was working properly. Since the HVAC system was installed this past August , it is its first winter...so I was pleased to know the heater was working properly. Great job Bryson, much appreciated.

I want to thank Milestone for sending Terrance J. out to service our unit. He was on time, thorough, patient, very knowledgeable and very polite. He literally rolled out the red carpet for us. He took the time to explain and answer questions. Terrance also showed proof of work. I truly appreciate the transparency and integrity that Terrance displayed. I can tell he genuinely cared and was committed to seeing the project all the way through. Now our units are running great and we are staying cool for the summer. Thank you again Milestone!

Technician John Scarbrough did a thorough job of locating my water leak problem. He and his coworker were exceptionally patient and knowledgeable and attended to my issue as if it were their own home. Saw La is an excellent and diligent employee who meticulously repaired my leak and insured that the corrected pipe was properly reconstructed to my satisfaction. Each technician also cleaned up well after their work was completed. I am glad that I chose Milestone.
