I recently had the pleasure of working with an exceptional plumber, Zach Garcia, who truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. My sink had been causing me a lot of trouble with constant clogs, and I was at my wits end trying to fix it myself. Luckily, I found this skilled plumber who turned out to be a real game-changer!From the moment he arrived, his confidence and professionalism put me at ease. Our plumbing for our commodes was at issue for the second time since buying our home in 2019. The original contractor was unable to see us within a reasonable amount of time. However, Mike Staas was able to be at our home in under 72 hours. I recommend Mike Staas to anyone who asks about plumbing or AC issues. Two blocked drains in the hall bathroom: FIXED! Numerous issues in our utility bathroom: FIXED! Master bathroom (BAD LEAK IN TUB) per the meter reader that came to the house this week, the utility company sent him back to her house later that afternoon on the same day because the discrepancy was so great. It was determined that in those few short hours, she had lost over 800 gallons! ELI FIXED IT IN NO TIME. (my 87 years young mom is not to blame though, she is visually impaired & suffers from wet macular degeneration in both eyes plus no one was using that bathroom during the time of the leak). I have used Mike Staas multiple times and they have always responded to my calls quickly and have communicated with me what the issue is and what the cost of repair would be. I accidentally called Staas Plumbing on a clogged kitchen sink. They took a couple of days to come out which I understand. They diagnosed a broken pipe under the slab. I requested a quote but after a month and me calling multiple times, they never gave me one. I called Mike Staas Services and they came out, ran a camera to confirm the break, got me a quote within 2 days, and had started repair the following week. Mike Staas is my preferred plumber from now on!

I knew we had a significant leak in our water main, and was very worried. Mike Stass made time to send someone out to our house immediately. They fixed the leak quickly, and were easy to work with and courteous. The price for several hours of work was also extremely reasonable; I thought it would be much more expensive! So thankful for them helping us so quickly!

Amazing service. We broke our A/C this morning and Mike Staas Service was recommended to us. After calling, the technician Jeremy was at our house within 2 hours! He got our A/C back up and running in no time at all. I highly recommend reaching out to them for your A/C needs. I know if I have any issues who i’m calling first.

Without a doubt the only plumber I will use moving forward. Derek and team were professional, competent, patient, and thorough. They were happy to fully walk me through the issue when we had a pipe burst, offered a couple solutions and what they would entail, and then were quick to do the job once a decision was made. Couldn’t have asked for more.
