    If I could give Cris P and Alexis a 1,000 stars, I certainly would. I had a sewer issue and they were sent to my home. They worked a couple of hours with camera and what not, determined a problem was at my alley. They gave us estimates along the way. Explained everything including options. They went and got a small digger and promptly returned. They carefully dug and shoveled until they Found that Vexus had sent their fiber optics directly through my sewer pipe. These two guys were very courteous, respectful and worked well together. We feel we have found the Best of the Best. We hope we never need them as it’s literally a “$hitty” job, but someone has to do it. Thank you guys!

    George and Jesse came out and installed a circuit breaker and wired a new outlet in our upstairs loft. The new outlet is dedicated was required for a piece of equipment that was recently purchased.Excellent work on the wiring and breaker box outside. The work was done promptly and it was nice and neat, as if it was originally installed when the house was first built. Would definitely recommend them for any electrical work. Not the first time having Mike’s do work for us. Their AC work was also excellent.George and Jesse thanks. Greatly appreciated, hope y’all get a gift card or something nice for your work.

    The Tech from Mike’s Plumbing was great. Very nice and professional at his job. Very Knowledgeable and explained all aspects of what was going on. Did the job in a very short amount of time and a very good job. Would ask for this tech again if I ever need more work. Would also recommend him to family and friends.     I needed some electrical work done as my new home was recently renovated and they just left circuit hanging out of the wall with not receptacle to plug in a modern stove.     Mikes plumbing has never failed us. They sent us a very knowledgeable man today. We had some cleaning done on our a/c. We are having some more work done soon to maintain our system.     Chris Perales & Alexis Martinez installed my new kitchen sink faucet, normally I would do myself but not much room with the Culligan reverse system, they were in and out in 30 min, faucet looks great. These guys were very professional even to the detail of shoe covers not to leave any mess. I am thrilled with the job they did, it is so hard to find not good but excellent service.     Steven Fuentes and Ricky arrived, explained everything and got the job done very professionally. They were courteous, respectful and friendly. The pipe and outer spigot were replaced timely and right the first time. Rhey both did an exceptional job and even patched up the brick that had to be broken to access the leak. Im extremely pleased their confidence, proficiency and the outcome of the job. In addition, I like their successful communication skills, appointment secretaries, technician bio and tracking system so you can estimate when your tech will arrive. With the little info I gave them, they were able to reproduce & remedy the issue in a timely manner.     Booking online was super simple. Recieved a call the next day with a sooner availability date which was very much appreciated. Ram & Luis, both professional and respectful of property, came out to replace two hose bibs and a toilet valve. Parts and labor come with a 1 year warranty.     This review encompasses 2 visits:1st visit: Plumbing issuesMemo and his son came to our place and introduced themselves and put on booties to inspect and fix a couple of plumbing issues. One thing I can say is their honesty was the best I’ve encountered thus far. I really appreciate it and their workmanship in repairing an issue was amazing!2nd visit: AC inspectionDorian came by and again introduced himself and even asked politely if he could enter the home. He put on booties and took his time looking at the unit, attic, fan and gave some great advice to keep unit in good shape for years to come. I did not expect such a detailed inspection…great customer service I tell you!Every visit I’ve had from this people of this company has always been very honest and professional and for that they have a customer for life. What I appreciated as well before each visit was the text confirmations and updates on the whereabouts of each person doing the service along with ETA.

    Jorge and Lupe showed up to install a oven that needed a new run from the breaker box. They provided me multiple options on how they could install it.     Our technician Steven Fuentes was very professional. I appreciated the fact he put shoe covers on before entering the house. He was pleasant and answered all the questions my husband had. He replaced a Kohler reverse osmosis system. We were pleased with the prompt service and knowledge of his trade and will use Mike’s plumbing should we need any repairs or new plumbing work.

    We went through different companies, and three different quotes. All seemed to have the same recommendations, and all around the same price range. However, Joe seemed the most sincerest and most honest in his evaluation of our AC dilemma. Joe along with his AC crew Jorge, Mario, and Sam were all vey diligent in performing the work. This home repair was far more than we projected and financially we hadn’t prepared ourselves. However , Joe and his guys helped in every way to make this expense as painless as possible. Therefore, we jumped on their membership plan and used there Team of Electricians and their Team of Plumbers as well, to ensure our home is not only upto par in repairs but also in giving us peace of mind that our home is secure from any further devastating damages to our home and health. I love that it’s a one stop shop with a great and professional crew!!

    I woke up to an unexpected leaky water heater. I quickly called a few companies, but did not receive prompt response. I spoke to Brenda with Mighty Mike’s and quickly got an appointment. Within about 45 minutes, Jesse and Mike arrived at my home ready to resolve my issue. Prior to them coming over, I had called the water heater manufacturer and had not gotten a favorable response. I was so happy that they took over and got the issue resolved. They quickly removed the detective water heater and installed a new one. They cleaned up the area really well.     Great service even on the weekend! Our water heater gave out and was leaking bad. We were worried cause it’s going to be extra cold next week so my husband called Mike’s plumbing and Chris came out to help us. Steve even called the water heater company and took care of the warranty information and Jesse hauled off my old water heater and went and got us a new one.     Elliot came out to our home this morning for a plumbing inspection and did a great job. He advised us of a few things we need to keep an eye on and provided information on some additional services we were curious about. We eventually extended our plumbing contract and signed up for Mikes Electrical and A/C services at a phenomenal rate. Elliot always provides great explanations of why and how certain things work or why they are or not needed and constantly leaves us with peace of mind when he finishes his service calls.     I decided to choose Mighty Mikes plumbing because it had really good reviews on google, and I wanted to make sure my plumbing issues were done by professionals and done right. I am hesitant to bring strangers into my home as a female, but Rodrigo the person they sent was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, and he was nice. They fixed the plumbing issues, the scheduling worked great, they were fast and do honest work. After a week I was sent chocolate chip cookies, and a lunch bag by the company. I am very happy I chose them, and I would definitely be calling them if ever I have issues with the plumbing again.

    My air conditioner was not cooling so my daughter suggested I call Mighty Mikes. I contacted them and they came the same day. I had small hole and my freon had almost all leaked out. They were able to repair the hole and filled with freon and soon had me going again. A few days later I didnt have any hot water. Again I called Mikes and they came the next day. I needed a new water heater. They installed it for me and did some rerouting of water pipes. I would very highly recommend them.

    Steven & Cesar quickly and professionally fixed our plumbing issue today. We have a clean out on the side of the house that is also used for backwashing the pool. I suspected that the old pool company we had knocked several big landscaping rocks into the clean out line, and our toilets started backing up fairly often. So Mikes guys came (on time and friendly) and ran a camera down the line. They were able to see the various rocks and jet sprayed them out to clear the line. They also gave us some recommendations to prevent future problems. I didnt know if you can ask for them by name but I will!

    I have never in my life received such professionalism as my family (and our home) did from plumbers Rigo and Jose.We live in an older home that is in great shape but requires a lot of small projects to keep in tip-top shape. But as much as I consider myself a handyman and can tackle projects, I know when it’s time to call a professional.What I thought was going to be a simple faucet replacement turned into more when I saw the corrosion of the valves under the sinks in our home.I called Mike’s (at the recommendation of my mom who had used them before) and the lady answering the phone was extremely helpful and professional. She said they could come to my home for an estimate that same afternoon! The company also sent real time updates via sms to let me know the location of the plumber which was helpful.When Rigo arrived I showed him the problem areas and asked him to visually inspect a few other areas. He made pointed out some problem areas and made some recommendations. He gave me a quote (which was VERY reasonable) and less than 48hrs later he was back (with Jose) working on my plumbing issues.One of the problem areas which he pointed out was my washer connections, after he replaced them upon further inspection of the old hoses and valves, I could see that the wall connections were almost corroded straight though the metal and the other end was almost rusted straight through too. HAD HE NOT NOTICED THIS I WOULD HAVE A HOUSE FULL OF WATER ANY DAY NOW!!!He also replaced the valve on the main waterline that runs inside my house. The pipe was 40yo and falling apart and the valve was leaky too.I’d also like to add that they worked quickly, efficiently, and were extremely clean and organized through the process leaving zero mess. They really respected our home. That’s hard to find with any worker these days.Thank you again Rigo and Jose (and Mikes Plumbing),I feel confident and happy now that I have a go-to plumber for my home!

    We’d like to say Thank You to Mike’s for having the patience to work with us on our bath remodel. There have been weeks of delays in getting materials since our initial agreement with them, and we’re finally underway. We commend journeyman plumber Rigo Rivera and his apprentice helper, Steve Fuentes for their courtesy, neatness, and dedication to getting the job done right. Rigo assured us that our needs as his customer are the most important thing. He and Steve have worked hard to earn our confidence.A couple of photos show where we are in the remodel process after 4 days: After getting our new shower head and valves located, and running some new copper lines, Rigo and Steve completed installing the new drain and p trap in the shower. They’re ready for the shower pan liner now, and in the days ahead, we’ll have them installing two new lavatories, one soaker tub, and a new highline toilet. We’re in good hands and we rest easy knowing that these plumbing jobs will be completed by pros. Thanks again, guys.     Weve been in a cold snap.. lows 30s. My water heater decides to break down. I wasnt sure who to call. Havent needed a plumber in a long time. I then remembered Mighty Mikes plumbing. Spoke to Delma and she promptly put me on the schedule. Got assigned to Ramiro. He came out, evaluated situation, gave us a quote. We approved quote and he proceeded to bring in new water heater. He was joined by Steven and Luis as the job ended up being bigger than we thought because of installation issues with the LAST guy.They got me up and running within 3 hours. They DID NOT increase my quote but fixed the issues to make it compliant. HUGE PLUS!!!!!Mikes plumbing was ultra professional, quick and communicative.     About a year I had an issue with my kitchen drainage. Back then I had many plumbers come and take a look at it and try to fix it but I had no luck. Not until I called Mike’s plumbing and a plumber Mr. Guillermo Alfaro and his son fixed our problem.About a week ago we encountered another drainage issue and I called again and they came to look at the issue . However this time they were not able to fix anything and they even created another problem with my drain . I called them again to try to get it fixed and they came again and gave me no hope. They told me my drainage had “died” and had no way to fix it unless I installed new pipes and a whole new drainage.I called them again since they had created another problem and water would get stuck in the sink, which this had not been an issue prior to them coming the second time. This time the same plumber from the first time Mr. Guillermo came again to my house and he finally unclogged my drain and fixed the problem. He is a very kind man and he actually knows what he is doing. I had lost faith and I thought I was going to have to spend so much money to fix this issue. If it hadn’t been for him this would be a struggle.Highly recommend it and be sure to ask for Mr. Guillermo because he in fact knows what to do to fix your plumbing issues.!!!

    I had a fantastic experience with this HVAC company! Our air conditioner broke down during a really hot day, and they sent Pedro Garcia out to help. Pedro was punctual, professional, and very friendly. He quickly figured out what was wrong and had everything running smoothly again in no time.He took the time to explain the issue and gave us some helpful advice on how to keep the system running efficiently.     Extremely happy with Pedro and his handling of issues I had for a long time on 3 different light fixtures. Finally was referred to Mike’s when my front porch light quit so got all 3 done and only required replacement of two. Pedro was very polite and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail as well answering questions on other things like outlets and more that I will call them back to replace. Would definitely recommend them.Also Rodrigo came the same day to check a problem with one of my sinks and was able to take care of it right away.     If youre checking reviews to find a professional plumber, these are the guys. They wont give you that handyman anxiety. We had water coming up out of the garden. Not good. They got here quick and the repair was fast. Cris showed us the problem and the fix. Price was right and includes warranty. We got on the annual membership because we know well need them again.     Called Mighty Miles office at 2:00 pm, able to schedule next day service, discussed plan to replace shower faucet as well as “Out the Door” pricing before any work done, polite, efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. Will be using again in the future and can easily recommend to others. Final bill is within $25 of an earlier estimate I received from a competitor plumber who was no longer available due an out of town commercial project commitment.Addendum: plumbers were Riso & Julian.

    Angel Lopez is a true professional. He diagnosed the issue with my tankless water heater and with the assistance of a Navien associate, bypasses the gas fault sensor. This allowed for continued use of the appliance until a replacement is sent from the manufacturer. Mr. Lopez saw premature corrosion on the heat exchanger and explained the details to the manufacturer’s representative which prompted the company to exchange the entire unit under warranty. Angel has assisted me with multiple plumbing issues at our home and we couldn’t be happier with his service.     I was having problems with my tankless water heater, so I called Mighty Mikes to come out and hopefully repair the heater. Thank goodness they dispatched Jorge and Ruben to diagnosis my heater issue. When they removed the outside cover, the insides were covered in black smoke and left unnoticed, could have resulted in a fire. So they replaced my heater with a Stiebel Eltron tankless water heater and I couldnt be any more happier. The unit provides efficient hot water endlessly. I also had a shower issue that Rodrigo came out and solved in no time. I cant thank Jorge, Ruben, and Rodrigo enough for their diagnosis and skillful repairs for my water heater and shower problems. I definitely recommend Mighty Mikes for all of your plumbing issues.

    Update. April 2024. Had the return duct widened at my house and cleaned the blower and housing from the attic.Pedro Garcia did a great job getting this started and Joe, who has a ton of experience, recommended this widening from 20x20 to 20x25. A lot of times I expect any tech or mechanic to say I need some work done just to sell me something. I ask alot of questions and I make sure they are justified.There are 3 things that I think are very important that Mikes techs and supervisors do:1. They consistently speak well about their owner and they do it organically. They talk about how he expects excellence and for procedures to be done by the book. I respect this as a leader. They dont have to do it, and if they hated or disliked their owner, theyd say nothing or worse.2. There are quality checks done by senior techs/managers on bigger jobs. This is important. At first, you might say, Why do you need to come check on the work? But I was taught in the military to inspect what you expect. Some techs and apprentices are newer also, so this means the management wants to make sure the work meets the standard. I respect this, too. And this work is expensive. It should be right the first time.3. If they make a mistake or break something or find that a prior Mikes tech did something NOT to standard, they fix it and let me know. No one is perfect, and I have been using these services for a few years now. Mikes has to get techs that sometimes come from prior employers, where they learned bad habits. Why? Theres not a million guys who are actually qualified that also want to go into super hot attics all day. I think with all these things in mind, this company is worth every dollar Ive paid in both the annual membership and the individual services or repairs. For the record they have replaced, fixed, or improved 2 of my toilets, 2 kitchen ceiling lights, this AC work, and prior AC services over the years.Joe is going to tell you how it is. He suggested the widening of my return duct where the air goes through the filter and we got significantly better airflow through our home. Thats not why I called them either. And Im a HARD sell. But they measured the CFMs for me before and after at my vents with state of the art equipment, and I was pleasantly surprised.Pedro and Juan did a great job on the build of the larger return duct and cleaning the blower. These guys always answer any questions I have. This kind of service is hard to keep going for a long time with a large staff. But Mikes leadership must be strong because they manage to do it.If YOU go outside or into the attic or garage and ask about these things, they will teach you. The photo with the 3 pins is the electrical connection of the compressor motor and you can see it has wear from being old and possibly losing a bit of the seal. Its a lot of electricity passing through there and outside in a rough environment. You can ask what that means. They arent psychics but you might be told that Ive seen this before and usually it means it is on its last leg. You might have several months or a couple years left with it. BUT when your compressor stops on you down the road, you will have had that knowledge to prepare yourself for it.I will update this every time they come if i can.2023. Recently had Jeff come by. He was super helpful and he listened to my issues which were not obvious fixes but he went and did some diagnosing and ended up fixing our issues pretty quickly.He was thorough and he fixed things he saw in the attic unit when he could have left them the way they were.Mikes techs always take pics and explain to you what is going on and what you need.I have the Home Shield package and I think its a little high but honestly when you really need that after hours visit, you will wish you had it.I appreciate Mikes. I always expect them to offer or sell me something but they are never pushy, and its usually relevant. 🤷I would call Mikes a good company and Jeff is a tech Id totally ask for again.

We noticed our AC went out around 6am on a Sunday morning and we gave Mikes a call immediately. We were back up and running, only paying for the capacitor and got additional advice on both our AC units. Always extremely helpful and caring for the customers situation.     I elected to go with Mighty Mikes Plumbing after a recent plumbing leak in my foundation. The only complaint I had was they would NOT come inspect the problem the Saturday that it happened because I was not a member of their extortion plan. Seems they only take weekend calls if you are enrolled in their Home Shield Protection Plan. I called another national plumbing franchise who came right out and found the problem within minutes and quoted me a price to repair the matter. Since I have used Mighty Mikes eight years ago for a similar matter, I decided to get a second opinion on Monday. The additional cost to call someone reliable on a weekend was undesirable but I felt I needed to see where the issue was in order to make a sound decision. On Monday Memo and crew showed up, diagnosed the problem and provided a quote. Since i was basically dead in the water, so to speak, they prioritized my issue and began work that day. The resulting solution was to replumb the entire house with PEX. The crew was professional, on time daily answered all my questions, and the result was as good as it gets and at a price significantly more affordable than other quote.
