    We have been using McIntosh for over 15 years with nothing but praise for them especially Tim B the general manager and of course his crew. They installed our A/C 15 years ago and with few problems and when we did have a couple they were there almost immediately to fix them at a fair price. Also. we have used them for our semi annual maintenance which has aided in our A/C running efficiently all these years.

    We were hosting 10 people for Labor Day Weekend and when I arrived at our lake house, the AC was tripping intermittently. I was panicked! I called McIntosh Air and Tim came out within an hour and solved my problem. Whew! Not only that, he checked out our other HVAC systems to make sure they were operating properly. I highly recommend McIntosh Air and will use them from now on as our go to HVAC company!

    McIntosh Air Conditioning &Heating Co. has taken care of the issues that have come up with both of our a/c units. They actually had to replace an old unit, original to our home from 1994! And they come back to service it on a yearly basis! I called them to check a problem on our other unit and the technician was able to come out right away, diagnose the problem and have it fixed two days later! The men who did the work were polite, courteous and explained what they would be doing and about how long it would take. When they were finished, they let me know and thanked me for letting them do the work! They also cleaned up after themselves so there was no mess involved!From my first phone call to explain my problem to Diana in the office, to this morning when the job was completed, it all went so well. I would definately recommend McIntosh Heating & Airto family and friends!

    I went into my office at my house and noticed water all over the floor. I called McIntosh A/C immediately. Within an hour of my call, they sent a service tech by and within another hour they had the problem fixed. This is the 2nd time I’ve called them and they’ve had their service man out the same day and both times fixed my problem. This type of service is almost unheard of. Where can you call and get a repairman out so quickly? I highly recommend them.

    Discovered a glitch with the auxiliary heating system. Tim came out and did diagnostics from thermostat to the system and determined that it had been mis-wired. Thankfully it was a small fix but Tim could not have been nicer and we discussed some other, future upgrades to system and ductwork. I will definitely call on Tim in the future.

    I cant say enough good things about this company. The owner actually noticed a problem with our HVAC system from our Nexia app and came by our home himself to let us know there was an issue! Diana, in the office, is always so pleasant on the phone and works with clients to make sure things go well. I contacted Tim because of great online reviews and discussed options for installing a second HVAC system and necessary ductwork to our house in place of a couple of failing ductless mini-splits.Tim quickly provided a quote (where others took weeks to reply), had materials available (where others were waiting months for supplies), and worked with me to schedule a time for installation. The team that came to do the work was friendly, respectful, and considerate of any mess they might make. Some furniture needed to be moved, and others were covered with drop cloths. On the day that they finished, I had to leave the house before them, and when I returned, I found that they had put my daughters bunk bed back in place and even re-strung the Christmas lights she had hung along the top.If I need additional HVAC work in the future, Ill be certain to call Tim and the McIntosh team.
