He didnt try to pressure me into replacing my old unit, instead gave me tips on how to increase the life of the unit. The immediate response to my phone call was the first excellent thing about this business. My technician Zumel was fantastic and professional. He educated me throughout the process and explained everything in detail. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order, and I never felt pressured to spend more money than I needed to. He fully explained the pricing of the service, and even checked on my breakers, and told me how to care for my AC units. I would absolutely recommend this business.

We had one coil and heat handler replaced plus the enclosure which came from Carrier. Zumel showed up exactly on time and explained the entire process along the way. All questions were answered and he was professional and did things properly by code. The install took only a few hours and they wore foot protection upon entering the house and cleaned up afterwards even using our vacuum. Attention to detail was important and I appreciated how quick and easy the process was. We will have him out agsin in the spring to make sure the air conditioner portion is working great and refrigerant levels are proper. I recommend!

Called the company I normally use and was told it would be a few days even though I have an active service contract with them and supposed to received priority service. 7/15/20AC went our overnight, called at 8am and they were here within an hour. The tech diagnosed the problem, repaired and got us back and running before 10:30am. Excellent experience and well use them againUpdate 4/13/23AC has been running solid for over 2 years since Zumel replaced the upstairs evaporator coil. The proof in his work is in the longevityof our aging system.We had Zumel back out again this week to do preventative maintenance and he identified and recommended the repair of a few minor issues that would have led to much more serious repair this summer if not fixed. Max care is an absolute pleasure to work with. They take pride in their work and their customers. Best AC/HVAC repair company that I have every had the chance to work with!

Very professional. Great communication, kept us updated on the whole process. We needed a completely new unit. Zumel walked us through what was wrong with the existing system, physically showed us what was wrong, and then gave us options on how to proceed. No gimicks, no pressure, just professional courtesy. Very prompt, always on time. Very courteous of keeping the home clean while working. We have absolutely zero complaints. Would recommend to anyone, and will 100% use in the future.

After not being able to get a weekend emergency appointment scheduled with some of the big names in town, our friend highly recommended Zumel at Max Care Heating & AC.Our service window was between 2-4pm and we were given a 30minute heads-up just after 2pm - prompt and accurate.Zumel was professional and courteous. He explained what he was checking for during his diagnosis. Fortunately, we had a simple issue of blocked drain line. While clearing the line, he explained to us why this caused our system to keep tripping offline and not cooling our house. He showed and explained to us easy DIY maintenance tasks.Very pleased with the service and second our friends recommendation.

Very impressed with the responsiveness of my Facebook inquiry. The same day as my inquiry I was scheduled for an seasonal maintenance. The technician Zumel offered an annual maintenance plan the covered two services for a reasonable price. Zumel is very knowledgeable and found a coil leak right away. Great company! We awoke one morning and it was hot in the house. MQy elderly mother does not do so well in the heat, and I was worried because it was a Sunday morning and I was afraid that I was going to have trouble finding someone to come out. I called several other companies with no luck, and some were charging so much that I had to pass them up. Then I came across Max Care Heating & Air Conditioning, great prices and great service. They came and had my air cooling again same morning. I am very satisfied with the service the technition provided, and love that it is a 24/7 company. Will be using them to do my yearly maintenance on my unit as well.

It was a Saturday night and my AC unit was running but inside was only circulating hot (82° temp in my house) air. Called Max Care and they told me it would be 45 minutes before they could get there. Zumel showed up about 30 minutes later and quickly went to work. He diagnosed my unit inside and out in about 5 minutes. After replacing the capacitor, my system was up and running again. Mr. Herrera came out the day after I called. Showed up with PPE and was even early. He thoroughly explained everything he did. I actually had a ceiling leak, but he was able to eliminate the A/C as the culprit. He did a complete system check and even flushed the drain line and cleaned the coil. I couldnt be happier with MaxCare. I definitely will be calling them for all my future A/C needs!
