    Adam was very efficient, he found the problem and fixed it quickly. He was thorough by making sure that all the heat ducts were working properly as well as the HVAC system when he finished fixing the problem. It was all working correctly and everything turned out great. He was friendly, polite, and answered all of my questions and concerns.     Blake and Brandon just finished the job, and Im very happy with their service. I have a system from the 80s that stoped the hot air. Blake was quick to diagnose, double check to make sure, and give me options of what to do. My favorite part, they didnt seem to mind dumming down the explanation of the how and why, on the what they are fixing. Awesome! A great representation for Mark Carpenter.

    The techs was very friendly and knowledgeable. Broke down questions in a way for me to understand. I just had them do a cleaning and camera snake for preventive maintenance, they walk me through process and let me watch camera as they snaked. I will use their services again in future when needed.

    Blake was very thorough, checking every thing he could think of to address my issue. He told me what could be a possible problem causing my issue. He went through the Vivint thermostat and found the emergency heat setting and fixed it so that now I can see that option on the panel and use it now if needed. It was not showing up before on my panel. He gave me information/options for me to think about to further improve helping my system work more efficiently.

    Our hot water heater when out last Wednesday yep the day before Thanksgiving. I read the manual, followed the instructions, tried to light it all morning running Fri, Sat, Sun, showering elsewhere. Today I opened a claim on my Home Warranty site. After four hours no vender picked up, I called Mark Carpenter. They came got it lit, gave me a lesson on draining my water heater every six months due to the hard water here. My heart and spirit are lifted. So lifted in fact that I just called again for another issue.

    Our main line coming in from the meter had a leak in it on Sunday. After a botched attempt to fix it, we asked Mark Carpenters for help first thing Monday morning and without hesitation Mark and Brian Carpenter ensured we were added to the daily roster of jobs. Later that day Eric and Ethan showed up and were super nice. They looked at the issue and got right to work. They had the issue fixed in about 45 minutes. And the cost for the repair was very reasonable. Definitely going to recommend Mark Carpenters for any of your plumbing needs. They also work on heaters and A/Cs, very good too!!! I had a leak in my water heater, when the technicians arrived they let me know that their company installed the unit with the previous owner of my house and that it was still under warranty. After talking to Blake about our older system we decided to just go ahead and upgrade to a new system. Blake and Jennifer helped us find the HVAC system that fit our needs and budget. The crew came in the following week and got the system installed which wasnt the easiest, because of our home being older there were modifications that had to be made. Daniel and Brandon were great and brought in the extra crew required for the modifications.     Zach & Trent did a fantastic job on the AC removal/install. Finished the work so quickly that I didnt notice we were without A/C!Only a few weeks later roofers put a hole in my water pipe! So Eric and Jimmy rushed into the broiling attic on a 100° day to diagnose and fix the pipe. There was damage to the sheet rock but I cant imagine how bad it could have gone if it wasnt dealt with so quickly. For every service that Mark Carpenter offers they can consider me a customer!
