    The mini split in my travel trailer has become a little weak on the job. Called Mangrum heat and air and they sent out Aaron and Blake.     Very pleased with Mangrum’s service. Technicians Shelby, Collin and Pablo arrived on time and were friendly and answered all my questions. They worked quickly and cleaned up after their work. They fixed my attic air duct lines and an AC drain line and now I have heat/AC throughout my house properly. Will use them for all my HVAC needs from now on. Can’t recommend them highly enough. 5 Stars!!

    My pregnant wife calls me at the end of the day while I’m at work and tells me the ac is not kicking on. Mind you this unit is 24 years old and was installed by mangrums which should tell you how good their installs are but I called them and they came right out to Dublin and very quickly determined my fan motor was burnt up and installed a new motor and had me fixed up before dinner. Over a dozen ac companies out there and I will never use anybody else. 100% recommend Mangrums air conditioning.Ps if you’re not a participant of the 212$ / year - loyalty program u are missing out . They prioritize your needs at all costs and come out twice a year to ensure you never have to go with out conditioned air.

    I have used Mangrum for several years, and I like the service they provide. I didn’t have to wait that much for service. They only can tell if they go in the morning or afternoon, but they always call ahead. They are very professional. I recommend this business 100%.

Had to set appointment for further repairs in December. Techs arrived and corrected problem. Happy with them all around.

    I have always had prompt and professional service from the people at Mangrum. I have had some issues with my HVAC (not installed by Mangrum and not a Carrier problem) and they have helped me immensely as I worked through them. Yesterday, they replaced my compressor and coils. Bryan was the salesman and was knowledgeable, honest and professional. Xavier and Cole did the installation. They were prompt, efficient, polite and worked really hard on a 100 degree day. Tim has often been here to work on the problems and has delivered kind and expert service. The office is run efficiently. Nikki is always polite,and personable. I would recommend Mangrum to all my friends.

    Today has been so hot for Eric and Daniel but they worked continuously all day replacing our whole unit. It has been record heat and they worked without one complaint. They cleared what they were doing with my husband before they proceeded with each step, and did a fantastic job of getting us cool again after a long hot weekend.     Mangrum installed our new furnace and AC last summer. When my daughter and I began experiencing an illness we determined must be caused by environmental factors, Mangrum AC was extremely expedient in responding to my request to check out the system so we could eliminate it as a contributing factor. Justin K. came out within a couple hours of my request; he was was expedient, knowledgeable and thorough. As suspected, the unit was operating as it should.     David shared his professional observations the unit, was seriously worn out and had cracks in the heater exchange box... The previous owners, had hired substandard service techs, that didn’t do a proper repair job. David asked if I had headaches, I replied yes..     It was 5:40 PM on a Friday evening, near triple digit heat outside, and with a friend from out of town staying the night that I received a call from my wife, saying that our air conditioner was out! I called Mangrum Air Conditioning in Stephenville, TX, who had installed the unit a few years before. But being after hours, I reached only a voice mail. I went ahead and left a message, not knowing if anyone would hear it before Monday morning or not. Lo and behold, in just a few minutes, Justin King returned my call. After telling Justin my dilemma, he said he was packing up his tools from another job and would be headed toward my house in a few minutes. I was just about to leave the grocery store at the time he called, and by the time I got home, Justin had already been there, fixed the air conditioner, and left!
