As a property manager, it’s rare to find a vendor who services your property like it’s their own. But I can without a doubt say that we have had Maldonado Mechanical out for over 10 jobs this past year at multiple different properties and I have never felt more confident that they are looking out for our owners best interest, over their profit. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the experiences I’ve had working with them this year and I wouldn’t hesitate to give them another job. HVAC companies are common in SATX, but their level of service and quality really exceeds any other company I’ve come into contact with in the 210.

An exceptionally professional crew and they did an outstanding job. They installed a completely new system for me (heating and AC) and it is perfect. They were courteous and took a lot of time making sure everything was working properly. Dante assisted me in setting up the thermostat and getting the app on my phone. Great customer service. I will never use anyone else.
