Jeff was awesome! Was very patient and worked with us for several months while we tried to navigate which option we were going with for an full HVAC system replacement and went above and beyond helping us deal with some home warranty and home insurance coverages. The install was incredible as well. His team were very professional, thorough and very clean. I’m pretty sure they even cleaned up some old trash previous techs have left in my attic over the years and left it cleaner than it was when they arrived. In the back yard around the condenser, they did some raking and added some sand to make sure the pad was perfectly level and even cut out a few roots from some old bushes that were around the previous unit to make sure they wouldn’t be a problem.

Great service. Easy yo work with. Will be my ac company going forward. These guys know what they are doing. They want customers and not victims. They know that if they make you happy and charge a fair price, you will be a customer for life. They do not make up work or add unnecessary items to the bill. Simple, straight forward honest work at a fair price. Happy I found them.

Mason was an absolutely incredible Indoor Air Quality certified technician! His genuineness, compassion, and professionalism were much appreciated as our family was in the middle of a health crisis when he first came out to our home. He was so perceptive and his willingness to go the extra mile for us was amazing.Not only did we order an entire new hvac system with him, but we also added on the Reme Halo LED that kills and eradicates mold growth. I have better peace of mind knowing that that added layer of protection is the running 24/7 and am thankful he took the time to thoroughly walk me through the best options for our family and our home.Thank you, Mason!

I have used this company both personally and professionally. I use Mairathon for all of my AC and heating needs for my personal home. I also use Mairathon for all of my AC and heating needs for my real estate business. Whether it’s a new install, maintenance, or just quoting. The owner is very attentive to customer needs and knows all of the ins and outs of the business. You can’t ask for more! They provide integrity, experience, and quality! They truly make you feel good about investing in your home and air quality!

Jeff was able to rearrange his schedule to accommodate our family and check on our heater at the coldest part of winter so far. He discovered that some maintenance needed to be performed and took care of it right away. He also found the reason why our heater went out, and in less than 24 hours, he had his team pick up the part we needed (which was still under warranty) and replace it right away. We were not home when the part was ready, but because he came highly recommended I trusted him and his team enough to let them in remotely. In under an hour the part was replaced, heater was back on and we came home to a warm home. The house was not disturbed, and I was able to provide heat to the guests we had coming into town the next day. I highly recommend Mairathon Cooling and Heating. If I had to describe them in 3 words it would be honest, responsive, quality.

We had an amazing experience with Jeff and his team at Mairathon. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and truly an expert at what he does. I am so grateful to have found Jeff. He answered all my questions and was very assuring that our new install would get done properly. With my situation there was so much fear mongering from other hvac companies, but not with Jeff. He was and is always available to help and answer any questions. I am so grateful for that. When it comes to HVAC you want the best of the best that knows what theyre doing and Mairathon is exactly that. We will always use Mairathon and they will always be who we recommend.

Jeff and his team at Mairathon Cooling and Heating recently replaced my aging and failing HVAC system. The furnace was over 22 years old had failed during the 2024 freeze. The AC unit was also failing. The existing ductwork was the old gray flexible type and was deteriorating. It was not suspended, it was simply laying across the attic floor. Jeff and his team professionally installed a new 2 speed Air Conditioning unit, new Furnace, thermostat and suspended R8 flexible ductwork. He also installed an additional air return in the owners bedroom, new decking for the units in the attic, overflow drain pan and new drain line The work was carried out very professionally and exceeded expectations. Care was taken to protect the floors by laying down tarps, and his team vacuumed any debris. I can’t emphasize enough how impressed I am with the quality of work. Jeff explained the details of the work to be done and clearly answered any questions I had to my satisfaction. He and his team were punctual and responsive to calls and text. I’m very satisfied with the work Mairathon performed for me.

Jeff has done all of the HVAC work since we bought our 80’s home. He has responded three times now in emergencies when we had leaks from old components. Eventually he replaced two of our oldest units and the duct work as well as going the extra mile to recommend additional return air vents, which have really helped. We’ll never call anyone else! He and his team are professional, extremely responsive, willing to do repair before replacement and very knowledgeable. Highly, highly recommend!

Awesome service! I got three quotes from other companies and Mairathon was reasonable compared to the others. They also had great financing options which allowed me to move forward with replacing all three of my units. The team that came out got the job done in one day and they were very respectful. The owner also came out the day of install to make sure we were happy with the service. I also signed up for the service agreement where they do a heat check in the winter and cooling check in the spring. Enjoyed doing business with a company/owner that really cares about doing good work and follows up to make sure all is well.

While I realize this might not be possible in the heat of summer, Jeff is extremely polite, very thorough and explains the issue in detail. Juston is the same and I was more than willing to sign these guys up to service my home system. Being retired from the air conditioning business, I can attest to their reliability and willingness to go the extra mile, like offering to return with the needed part on a Saturday. Job well done!

I was referred to this company by a coworker and I called them up for my husbands business. Jeff came out first thing that very next morning and fixed the problem. Unfortunately I needed to call him again on Labor Day when my home ac went out. His on call receptionist was very sweet and scheduled someone to be out the very next morning. Jeff was so knowledgeable of the problems and fixed it immediately. He was honest with pricing and didn’t try to over sell me extra problems. We will never use another ac company again now that we’ve used them. They’re quick, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
