    UPDATE: 2-10-25– Lyons AC came and did my whole AC and heating system IN ONE DAY! And it was ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT in every aspect of the job! They did high-quality work with high-quality parts, and they were gentlemen as well… They answered all my nosy, dumb questions with patience and understanding and even installed an extra concrete pad to put the new Condenser Unit on per my wifes request … They cleaned up every single particle of trash …. And actually, did more than the job required or was mentioned on the estimate by extending the unit in the attic to where the ductwork was more spread out so to speak, and it seem to tap into better the high-quality unit by GOODMAN who is part of the Daikin AC Comfort Family of companies--On a job if they discover something that would be better or add to the over all quality of the job they just DO IT!--iT IS more about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION than a few extra dollars at every turn which is THE OLD FASHION WAY OF ALWAYS PUTTING THE CUSTOMER FIRST----THEN I set the AC temperature to lower by 3° and neither my wife nor myself even noticed any noise at all! We are very, very happy with our new system … Thanks Shane with Lyons AC & Heating You have a great company with great workers as well as the office folks Lilly and Stacy…. You just can’t go wrong with this company!!———ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO--I was going out of town bird hunting and did not want to leave my wife worrying about the AC. I knew him from a personal transaction and JUST PLAIN TRUSTED HIM...I called him, and he came all the way to my house and took care of the problem. He is SUPER FRIENDLY and professional and courteous and knowledgeable and so his office. He just does it right!. Thanks Shane. and he told my wife dont worry if something happens just call him.

    Great company! Great people! Great service! Shane came out to give me an estimate on work that needed to be done. Gave me several options to choose from and very reasonable pricing. Shane and the guys that did the work were very friendly and courteous and did a fantastic job. They worked for hours under my house in very tight places and late in evenings and never a complaint. I recommend anyone needing a/c and heat service should definitely call these guys. Thanks a bunch Shane and your crew!

    Very glad we found this company who was willing to come out after normal business hours. Shane was friendly, courteous, and patient with explaining what had gone wrong and offered advice to keep our AC in working condition. Set up for cash, check, or charge for convenient payment options. I definitely recommend Lyons AC & Heating.

    I am tempted to do 2 reviews on Lyons AC because Shane and his crew deserve ten stars and I can only give five.The saga started last May when the compressor on our AC unit died, I randomly chose McWilliams & sons to repair it. Since the unit was still under warranty it only cost us $560.00, well that compressor lasted all of two months. McWilliams said they would not honor any warranty on that two month old compressor.Called Lyons AC this time, told Shane we were tired of screwing around and wanted a whole new outside unit. Shane came out, figured out exactly what we needed, gave us a price several hundred dollars less than we expected and told us that IF he had one at his shop he would have us running that night.Sadly he didnt have the size we needed but promised that he would have us up and running by the end of the next day, then offered to bring a window unit to help us out with the awful July heat.Shane was good on his word and before midnight of the next day there was cold air... blessed cold air coming from the vents.Shane and crew gave us back some faith in Texas business owners after having seen way too much lackluster customer service since we moved here from Georgia two years ago.Thank you Shane, you will get all our business from now on and I will tell anyone who will listen how honorable and professional you are.

    Awesome company. Not only were they friendly, their work was top notch and everything was done when they said it would. Highly recommended Shayne and his crew.*Its been a year and they have been out to our home 2xs for some minor issues. I still stand by my review. They came the same day we called, took care of problems all with the same friendly and professional attitude. This company will take care of their customers.

    I was really happy with the service from Lyons AC & Heating service. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our AC. The price was reasonable. The technician offered me basic tips on how to take care of our AC. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

    WOW...finally found a great HVAC service provider. Not only did Shane come out on a Sunday but it was Labor Day weekend. Fixed the unit in less than an hour. Also, how many business owners do you know is on call during a holiday weekend and lets his team off? Shane is my “go to” when it comes to my AC.

    I could sit here and write an entire blog on how well this company has done. First time using them and the owner of the company came out and fixed our aircondition on Memorial day mind you. Thank you so much Shane me and my family are so grateful. We will definitely use this company again .

    Update owner called and it was a mistake on getting back with me, he made it right and I appreciate it.He came highly recommend, but tech was an hr late. I had to call the office to find out where he was. He was supposed to do a AC check and fix my mistake on installing A thermostat. Well he charged me for fixing thermostat and left. I call the office to pay and ask him hey he was supposed to do an ac check as well. Well guy on phone says he is gone and I will come out tomorrow no charge. Well that was 2 weeks ago and he never came back and I feel why should I chase them for something they promised to do .

    Came out in less than 2 hours and fixed problem right away. (Had to replace a burnt out switch), then they cleaned the outside coil. Very personable, friendly and the price for everything was only for a visit. I will use them if I ever need them again and would recommend this business to everyone. Thanks to my friends here in Onalaska, tx who referred this company to me. Finally an honest, old school AC company that puts trust back in the business...

    I cant say enough about Shane and his crew he was the first one to come out and give us a price on mini splits he was punctual and he was the most reasonable of them all they did a fantastic job I highly recommend this company will definitely be using them again

    First they really know what they are doing, yes they can fix what others cant, and also correct what others mess up.they are also very reliable, and all very nice and have perfect Texas Manners. the lady that answers the phone is great, and also has those good Texas Manners. there prices are honest, and very fair. they installed a new one in an add -on, and have repaired two others. All 3 are different brands. best I have ever seen.
