I recently had an issue with my AC unit not cooling properly, and I called Lonestar for help. They were quick to respond and sent a technician out to my home the same day. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what the problem was with my unit. What impressed me the most was their willingness to work with me on the cost of the repair. They understood my situation. Thanks to their prompt and excellent service, my AC is now working perfectly, and I’m really grateful for their flexibility and customer-first approach. I selected Marty for my dual fuel HVAC install using previously purchased equipment. He was one of the few contractors that was willing to do an install with my equipment and wasnt pushing me to puchase equipment through him. Of the few that were willing to work with me, he undercut in price by quite a bit and completed my custom installation per my desires within the estimate he gave me. My custom installation required a couple of revisits due to lack of preparation on my part. He didnt charge extra for the revisits even though he could have. Additionally, he came out at no charge to fix an install issue that developed once the cold weather started. I would highly recommend LoneStar HVAC for any and all of your heating/cooling needs. On a personal note, Marty is very professional and friendly. He provided much needed advice and tips for setting up and maintaining my system.

Bought a new house and had Marty over to look at some things the home inspector brought up. System had a lot of issues. Also issues with ductwork, mold, improper installation, etc. Decided to rip it all out and put in new HVAC and ductwork. Marty and crew did a great job with prep and install. Very happy with the work and look forward to Marty being my HVAC guy for the future.

Marty(owner) was prompt, courteous. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Did maintenance on my central HVAC unit and also my sons mini/split. Marty explained to me and adjusted different settings on my unit to make it more energy efficient . Very pleased with his work and will definitely use again for all our maintenance. He was on a job but said he could come by and take a look when he was done. 40 minutes later he was at my door. He was extremely professional and quick to diagnose the issue.
