He went step by step to diagnose the problem(s) and worked diligently to ensure both of our systems were fully functioning properly before he left for the night. He explains everything in ways that are easy to understand. In 2022 I ended up having to replace my outside a/c unit. I sought bids from 4-5 companies. Out of the four that provided bids, Lonestar gave the most additional services for the money. They went above and beyond. Two days ago when I called and told them about the blower motor going out, they quickly got me scheduled. Bill was the most precious young man. He not only did exactly what needed to be done, he listened and engaged with this older woman. He had to return to the shop to get an additional part. Got back asap and got everything back up and running and stayed to make sure it was working properly. He got here before 5 and left before 8. House was cool by midnight. This company and its employees are the epitome of service, doing what’s right, getting your house comfortable again. 100% recommend. Anytime.

This is the second time I’ve called Lonestar for my AC needs. This most recent visit I was astonished to see that the box that supports power to my AC unit had arced over severely to the point if my home wasn’t brick it could have resulted in a fire. Unsure why the component failed like this, I immediately assumed improper installation when the house was built only 5 years ago. I was fortunate that my tech, William, found the problem immediately replacing the damaged part. After replacing and re connecting the unit my AC appears to be running colder at a higher setting. The unit doesn’t appear to be drawing as much power to turn on either. Since Lonestar has been nothing but professional, extremely courteous and focused on fixing things right I would not recommend anyone but Lonestar for my AC and heating needs from this point forward. They are truly Amazing to work with!! Thanks Lonestar!!!

Billy our tech thoroughly checked out our transfer unit because another company frantically told us we needed a new one because it was leaking stuff everywhere. He said it was running perfectly and saw no issues. I had a sub floor replaced and said the odor I was smelling could be the chemicals on the wood. I appreciate his calm demeanor and integrity. I would highly recommend this company!!

From when I first saw the commercial and seeing the truck as I was driving to work I knew they were the company to call if I ever had any AC issues. I cannot say enough good things about level of service Lonestar Comfort Services provides. Below is an account of my second interaction with this company and both times, I have been in awe of their attention to detail.My first point of contact at the company is Rita, who schedules the services and sets up reminder messages for the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I received a picture and background of Billy, the AC specialist, which provides a level of security for both parties. When Billy arrived, I immediately felt at ease knowing who I was meeting. When I opened the door, he was standing an appropriate distance from the door and introduced himself and waited at that distance for me to initiate contact (handshake) and invite him in. Once here, he explained his process, put on little booties to protect the floors, and started working. Once finished, he provided a full report on the findings, and a few options that I may be interested in the future (in a non-hustled manner). He also took the time to look at an issue for me in our garage area, providing a quote for that work as well as the other items previously discussed within an hour of the service.It isn’t often that I can say a business goes above and beyond, but Lonestar Comfort Services absolutely does. I really appreciate their business model and the care provided by both Rita & Billy during every interaction. I also love supporting a local small business.

When I initially contacted Lonestar Comfort Services, I initially spoke with Ms. Rita and she is an absolute sweetheart. She sent Keith out to the house and he was very professional and very knowledgeable about the products and services. With every visit I was sent a text with the technician’s bio, name and picture.Then on install day Richard and Roland (brothers) came to do the install. Richard and Roland were very professional and very cool. These guys were an outstanding team and worked their behinds off in the 100+ degree Texas heat. Air Conditioner units are not cheap and the Lonestar Comfort Services personnel provided my family and I with service and professionalism that makes spending this kind of money a lot easier.There are plenty of great businesses out there, but I have to say Lonestar Comfort Services provide a level of customer service that I have not seen in a very long time. I definitely plan on being a Lonestar Comfort Services client for many years to come and I will definitely be recommending Lonestar CS to everyone I know looking for HVAC maintenance. Always great service with Lonestar!An additional update after several years of service with Lonestar. Ive had nothing but great experiences with them. Ritas always taking care of us when something unexpected happens. She does everything in her power to get someone to us ASAP, and her pleasant personality is a joy when my AC is at its worst. Billy and Brandon have been the two main techs that have come out, over the years, to do repairs, and both are very personable and knowledgeable. To date, I have no regret choosing a Lonestar membership for my cooling service and repairs. Its too hot outside to fool around with questionable companies and sketchy repairs. Lonestar doesnt fool around. Im a happy customer!

Fantastic company! they take their time and do the job right they don’t stand there and look at their watches every three minutes, they’re very professional and even if I asked dumb “questions” they’re very respectful and they will make sure I understand and they don’t make me feel Dumb for asking questions they might find obvious. They’re very detailed in what they do and take pictures, clear and very good pictures on exactly what they’re doing and explain it. These guys checked off every box that you expect from a company servicing your house if I could give more than five star I would. To be clear, I do not work for them. I found them on Google. I do not know anybody that works there. I’m getting to know them as they service my home. I’m just honestly a very happy customer.

Called on the recommendation of someone else. They went out of their way to get us seen within 48 hours. Showed up promptly and figured out the issue with our A/C very quickly. Fixed the problem and put everything back together quickly. They are affordable, fast, courteous, and competent. William took the time to answer some general questions about the new thermostat. We have been without A/C for almost two weeks and have tried to have 3 other companies come out. Lonestar was the only one that came through!

Lonestar stood out above the rest with their affordability and great customer service. Rita was so helpful and kind- she answered every question I had, and ultimately gave me the best estimate. Keith is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. His team of installers- Margarito and Richard were on time, professional, and worked through the entire project. After they were done, they reviewed and explained the installation process and answered our questions. Keith returned 10 days post installation to check on the system, answer questions, and deliver a swag bag!! I highly recommend Lonestar Comfort for your AC/heating services.

Everyone at the company was so helpful along the way. Couldnt of asked for a better company to preform the replacement of my old unit. Brandon got our system running after 9 pm in an emergency situation. Worked with us on pricing so we could be in comfort that night. Even though we needed more time then we thought to gather the funds for the replacement this company still checked on us the whole time to make sure their repair was still holding up. We were blessed to have Lonestar Comfort Services come out & take care of my familys comfort. No need to look into another company to service our A/C unit ever again. I had a great experience with this company. When I called Rita got me in even though it was Saturday. Brandon worked later than I think most would to make sure our cooling got going. This was very important because my husband was disabled by a stroke and has a great deal of trouble walking and getting too hot makes him sick. Our system was 22 years old and we decided to replace it so we would have something more reliable. Brandon really impressed me with how honest he is and how willing he was to explain all of our choices. Rene and Richard did great work and in one day they all got the new system in. Rene and Richard did not leave any mess from their work everything was cleaned up. When Brandon checked the system after it was installed, he was very thorough. Brandon is very informative and obviously knows his stuff, he doesnt mind being asked questions or taking the time to explain. I really appreciated the way these people treated us. I contacted Lonestar this past month to get an estimate on changing the ducts, plenum, and add insulation to my attic. Brandon got in touch with me and inspected my attic and unit to give me the best possible options for upgrading the system. After settling on the work I needed, Richard, Roland, and Keldon showed up within a few days to do the work. They were excellent workers! Brandon kept in touch with me throughout all this process. Keith also came by and did a secondary inspection to correct any minor issues. All the work has been completed, and I am completely happy with the results. I believe they were all professional, responsible, and thorough throughout the process. They were able to come out quickly to assess our needs, and even though there were challenges on our service date, they pushed through and finished the jon with minimal impact to our day. Brandon was amazingly thorough and took the time to explain all our options and make sure we fully understood them and could make an informed decision. I love that they offered multiple tiers of service and ongoing support, allowing us to choose the option that worked best for our situation. I was over our existing unit and ready to rip the whole thing out, but rather than jumping on the sales opportunity, Brandon broke out the pros and cons of replacement as compared to thorough cleaning and performance improvement. I’ll go with a company that puts the customer’s best interest first over anyone else. I’m happy to be partnering with Lonestar to keep our air clean and my family healthy.

Noticed my house getting very warm Friday near 5PM.Chose Lonestar due to proximity and good reviews. Not knowing if I could find any Company that could help me afterhours I gave Lonestar a call and pleasantly spoke to Rita and after I explained what I needed she said she would check with her technicians for availability and to my surprise she called back to make appointment for few hours later. Very punctually Brandon showed up as scheduled. Very knowledgeable. professional and respectful gentleman went on to work on the unit and and not to long after I had cold air again. He was very punctual and arrived right after 9PM and left my house after 11pm. Im very greatful to Lonestar for offering these services at dire times. These guys were extremely professional and yet friendly. Since it had been raining and was so muddy I was quite concerned about the carpet in my house but they had that covered. They brought lining to protect my floors and I was thrilled! They were very thorough with the installation and took their time to make sure the job was done right. They werent rushing everything. After the installation was completed they stayed around to make sure all the systems were functioning properly and at optimal levels.I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know and even those folks I dont know!
