    These gentlemen did a great job although they left debris outside my house it was an early stat and a late finish so I can understand the desire to just get home, when Randy came back he said he will have them comeback and clean up which made my day even more let alone throwing in a small discount. So for no sniffles and no dry throat. A/C running smooth as baby poo.

    !!!!Highly recommend!!!! If you need polite customer service and quick timely response. A great experience... use these guys!!! Lockey really came through for me! Have been having issues with my maintenance team with my landlord and after a little over a month of back and forth with hearing issues, I couldnt hold onto hope anymore. I have 3 small kiddos under the age of 10 and its 40° in my house. Lockey talked to me with respect when others I called didnt. They helped me problem solve and had a tech out within an hour working on my system. The tech is currently here as Im typing this review and hes such a kind person and so informative. I highly highly recommend them to any and everyone!!!! Update they got it working! Dimitri should get a raise! His customer service is above and beyond!!!! He is simply amazing!

    Contacted Randy and he sent someone out to handle the AC issues I was having, turned out I needed a new Coil, he got on top of it and followed up with my Home builders warranty! House was fixed ASAP! Worked with me on the payments and allowed me split them up! 100% solid man!! Employees absolutely professional and on top of their JOB! Would recommend his service to anybody!     Luckily I stumbled upon Lockey Heating/AC several years ago when our AC quit working.The Lockey team quickly responds to HVAC repair requests, offer military discounts & most importantly, are honest/trustworthy.Recently our heater stopped working and they arrived same day & didn’t charge us as they determined the issue was a programming glitch.The technician was transparent & honest regarding the error, when he could’ve gone the other direction.     Was switching out a thermostat and ran into an issue. Called Randy at Lockey and they were able to show up same day, a Saturday morning first. My technician, Demitri, was very friendly and professional and solved my issue without a hitch! Explained what we did wrong and how the system worked and got our heat and ac working in no time!     Texas heat is no joke and when your family needs to get your AC fixed or replaced quickly, Randy and his team at Lockey are the people to call! We have used them for the past few years and they always come out in a timely manner. This year our unit was 16 years old and just wasn’t working any more.     Highly recommend! It was difficult at 1st to locate exactly what the issue was with our AC but lockey never gave up! They worked hard to help us find the issue, offered us several options and the pros/cons of each so we fully understood what was needed. The job was well done, each person we worked with was great, took great pride in their work, and as a sweet surprise I found out they had taken a few minutes to fix my broken fence latch!     Our capacitor went out tonight on one of our units we purchased from Lockey about 9 months ago. We called the office at 8pm on a Sunday night and they had a tech out here by 9pm.     Extremely professional, Tech called 10 mins out before scheduled time. Showed up, ran through the system, ordered the part and came back another day upon receiving the part and installed it. The tech was extremely polite. He answered any and all of my questions. The downside is if its a part they dont have on hand you will have to wait, but that isnt Lockeys fault. Definitely recommend 👌 👍

    Thank you!!! Our Air Conditioner system went out while we were out of town. I contacted this AC Service and Repair Company on a Sunday at 900 am and someone answered the phone. I was relieved to get a person instead of a voicemail. The gentleman said they do have on-call Service Technicians and we requested someone to come out. Within a short reasonable time for Sunday, Ronnie Williams came out, diagnosed the issue and recommended a repair. I had no issue agreeing to the repair due to the knowledge Mr. William had. Its Texas, its hot and man, Ronnie came through. I cant be more pleased with the Service, Pricing and overall Customer Service. Top Notch.

    The service was fantastic! We were in an RV out at the Dana Peak Park, Stillhouse Lake and having trouble with our heat and air conditioning.     I can not thank the Lockey people enough, they were the third company I called and they were the only ones that answered. My house was at 45°f inside and my family and I were freezing. Lockey answered first ring when I called them. They didn’t waste my time and money, instead they told me what to do over the phone and it worked. One other place told me that it would cost me about $200 just for the part they said was bad. Thank you Lockey and bless all of your workers.

    I have a long list of medical problems, so when the Lockey crew arrived at my house this morning I wasnt doing all that good. These guys were so respectful and quiet I was able to get another couple hours rest as they got started. When they were done completely replacing my old AC unit inside and out everything was so polished and clean. I thought there would be a couple holes to spackle over where the new parts didnt line up exactly with the old parts...something. Nothng. No dust, no dirt, no debris, and no holes. Everything was so clean and polished youd never have know there was a small crew hard at work in here. Financing so low I didnt go directly through my bank to entertain the project (I ALWAYS use my bank!!!) No one likes to spend thousands of dollars on anything, but its nice to know who to call when you need to get something done right. Thank you for taking good care of me and my house. I have taken the liberty to add this company directly to both my phone and email contacts, though itll probably be a while before I need more AC work now. =)
