I needed someone to come out and look at our unit, and they were able to come within a few hours. The technician, Wesley, was very courteous and thorough in his explanations. He was able to take care of our unit and give recommendations based on what he saw in his inspection, and he did not give us a hard sell. When he needed to go outside, hed put on these little disposable booties before coming back in to protect our floors from anything that might get tracked in. He worked quickly and efficiently, and everything has been in great shape since. He also was able to answer questions I had without being condescending. When I need assistance with our HVAC unit, Ill be contacting them again.

Wes was most efficient and very polite! Found the problem and got it taken care of. He was kind enough to take some extra time to explain the thermostat to me cause I was a bit confused about it. Wes is welcomed back to our home any time. Thank you!

Wesley Rhodes stayed with us all night working to get our AC running! And I mean ALL NIGHT. He didn’t leave until 5 am! I was able to sleep, knowing that he and my husband had everything under control. It blows my mind that anyone would have that kind dedication and commitment to good service, to work well past normal hours, forgoing sleep himself so that we could make it in time to work the next day...but Wesley proves it’s possible. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

If I could give this man 1000 star review I would do it in a heartbeat. My husband and I were no longer under their contract and he still walked us through PATIENTLY on how to fix our air conditioning. He is the nicest, kindest, and most helpful service person I’ve ever dealt with!! Give this man your business!!

I really appreciate the wonderful job Lochridge Priest Waco did on my heating and air conditioning install. From the beginning with JD and his presentation on my unit through the install with Kenneth and Caleb and the sanitation with Rudy everything was top notch. I could not ask for a better crew if I had chosen them myself. Great employees!

Wes was very thorough and spent the time with me to help me to understand what needed to be done and how soon it should be done. He took pictures to show me the unit.He was kind and un-rushed and spent the time needed to do a thorough inspection and informed of what was done and need to be done.

Technician was knowledgeable, explained issue with outside central unit in a manner that was easy to comprehend, friendly yet professional. I was NOT happy with what had happened to the unit (but is was in NO WAY a reflection on him or Lochridge-Priest. Unit was about 15 years old, a wire had over the years rubbed on copper line, arced, when it did made a hole in copper line containing Freon, blew all the oil out of compressor, and cost me $1600 to be repaired (several hours of labor, pulling vacuums, parts, cost of Freon to recharge, etc) … it is what it is, was a rare/fluke thing to have happened, but I have always trusted Lochridge-Priest as to being an honorable company and their technicians honest.

Lochridge Preist came through again doing a good. Wesley caught our low freon allowing our climitized attic home to heat up in the afternoons here in the Heart of Texas area. Highly Recommended!
