In case I forgot to say… Liberty Mechanical has been terrific!!!! They picked up the phone every time I called, which was a lot last week, and got someone over sooner than they said they could! I feel much better and relaxed about getting through our crazy weather throughout the year because of Liberty Mechanical!

Shawn & Cody did an outstanding job of listen to a description of the issue .. informed them another HVAC repair service responded last year to the same problem .. based on this information .. they quickly diagnosed the issue .. insulation had come undone .. and .. was preventing fresh air gaining access to the plenum causing an overheating situation .. they reattached the lose insulation .. resolving the issue! The company was very responsive and timely .. Special Thanks to them and the company!

I’ve been looking for a replacement HVAC co. For awhile. Shawn & Felix, at Liberty Mechanical, cleaned my entire blower system and installed an ionizer/air purifier system, today. They are extremely nice, knowledgeable and thorough. They were efficient and answered all of my questions. Prices are affordable. They assured me that if I had further issues to call them and they would return if needed. I definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

They were able to diagnose the problem, suggest recommendations and provide the needed parts to correct the problem in a timely manner making sure to explain each and every required part and purpose bringing my system back to its most efficient operation. All charges were disclosed upfront so I could anticipate a fixed amount upon completion. I am very pleased with Liberty Mechanical and will continue to use them if need be in the future.

Liberty Mechanical saved us last summer when a bad capacitor was replaced. After having a lot of exterior work on the house this year, some things were loose and Cody found the breaker on one of the units was tripped. The two technicians that have come out have been very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. I highly recommend this company and signed up today for their yearly service agreement to keep everything shipshape.

I can’t say enough good things about this team! They have serviced us a few times and their entire team is knowledgeable, professional, and gets the job done at a fair price too. Cody recently went above and beyond in this freeze to make sure we had heat and we are so grateful for his excellent customer service. He made an extra stop to be sure we had heat. If you need repairs, call them. They are the best!

They diagnosed my HVAC as needing the drip line cleaned instead of an entire new system as a nationally known company recommended. I called around to several other AC companies on a Friday afternoon and no one was able to help me out same day and didnt even have the parts available to make the repairs. I called Cody and he was extremely responsive and helpful. He was at my house in less than 30 minutes with parts in hand and was able to get our system back to 100% in less than an hour. The guys at Liberty have been servicing our HVAC for several years. Today, I accidentally punctured the freon line; not good, especially on another 100+ day; system completely shut down. Beau responded immediately and had the system repaired, up and running by mid-afternoon. Cant thank him enough; 5+ stars definitely deserved.

Great experience today. Tech Cody diagnosed 3 problems and fixed all of them within an hour. These included replacing degrading capacitor, reconfiguring DIY rookie setup on Honeywell Pro thermostat, and then enhancing/correcting initial installers miss on dehumidification feature enablement. Very impressed :)

My first call to Liberty was July 2020 when our AC went out in one of our rental properties. They came to check it out within hours and fixed it right. The second time I had the same experience in another one of our properties. The prices are affordable and most importantly the service is top of the line. I just called them and I will have them come back to replace our 25 yr old ac unit that is long overdue at our place of business. They have my business and I highly recommend them anytime someone I know has AC problems.

AC goes out 2pm on a Saturday and they were able to come out first thing Monday morning and had me up and running by 11am. Very fair price and didn’t feel any pressure to replace or upgrade equipment that still in great shape. Had another company come out first and they looked at it for 2 minutes and said the whole thing needed to be replace. Liberty got me all fixed for a fraction of the cost. Will use again if ever needed. Hopefully not though anytime soon.
