    I am completely satisfied with Latour Air Conditioning. I sent him a message on his website and he called me in about 20 min, not to mention it was around 7:30 pm.     Another great review for this guy and his company! I felt bad for calling him so early on a weekend, but it was a scorching day and we couldn’t go without our AC.     Scott responded to my call very quickly. After assessing my AC unit needs, it was determined that I needed parts that would take roughly two weeks to be delivered. He was able to do a quick fix so I could use my AC unit long enough for the parts to be delivered. Once the parts came in, he notified me and was there the next day to fully repair my unit. In addition, a separate situation, my AC unit’s drain backed up and Scott walked me through the fix over the phone. I highly recommend LATOUR AC.

    We were in a bind! Wed just moved and our A/C had stopped working. Called Scott and he worked us in to his schedule, even though it was a weekend. He assessed our unit and determined that the motor would soon stop working. He worked to find us a motor (again, on the weekend!) and came back within two hours and had us up and running in no time. A few days later, he came back to help us install a smart thermostat. Super nice guy and very professional. I highly recommend you call Scott!

    In a post hurricane era, it is not only difficult to find an AC contractor that will schedule a visit but also supply you with a fair price and delivery. Scott installed a new system and working with him was such a pleasure. He stuck to his proposal and suggested options when the manufacturer was ten months out on equipment parts. He remained on top of the schedule and updated me as needed. I look forward to working with him on service and future projects.

He is very pleasant to work with, which I was extremely great full for after dealing with so many contractors that were ridiculously priced, and didn’t show up 1/2 the time. I’ve lived in my house 14 years and replaced inside and outside unit about 12 years ago. My house stayed hot!!! NOT ANYMORE!! This unit heats and cool absolutely wonderful!!!     What everyone else promises is delivered.Fast response. Friendly and will answer honestly what is wrong and offer solutions for you. No bs to replace everything and run a bill. Sometimes it is a simple fix and this guy will provide not only the best solution but let you know if something will lead to trouble later on.So what happened. TldrHe answered and responded to the phone within an hour.Explained what was going on that its not an emergency because the weather was so nice. But he still came the next day and treated it with due respect.Tested everything and I thought I burnt my heater coils and my ac didnt seem like it was blowing hard enough. He checked everything and spent the time to ensure everything was operating properly. Cleaned a couple of things without charging and recommend some DIY maintenance solutions that will ensure it worked properly. Like coil cleaning and adding a simple weatherstripping to stop the dust bypassing the filter.Charged me only for what was necessary. As busy as this guy is. The service was unbelievable
