    My HVAC unit was coming on and blowing air even when I had it turned off. Weather was warm so I wasn’t using the heater and the house was cool enough I didn’t need A/C so my Carrier system was turned off.AHS scheduled me with Lane Service and I’m so glad they did! Chad contacted me the same Friday I placed my Service Request, and said he’d come out Monday morning.He called Monday morning to make sure we were still on and he arrived as scheduled. I truly appreciate the communication!He followed safety protocols and determined the motor was bad. He didn’t have the correct size motor with him so he left to get one and came back within about 30 minutes. He called to let me know he was headed back. He carried the old motor outside to ensure changing it out wouldn’t get my floors dirty.I’ve never had a Carrier HVAC and Chad explained some things that I might experience and whether they would be a concern or normal operation in below-freezing weather.I’ve saved their number in my contacts and I would definitely recommend them.     Chad just left my home after a call through my home warranty company. Super fast reponse from the company and Chad was brilliant. He did not mind working while educating me on our HVAC system. I am grateful for such kind and caring professionals! I just wish I could always choose Lane Sevice through my warranty company. I look forward to the quote for a new system to replace our 10 year old one which is too small for our home anyways.

    I filed a claim for our Air Conditioner through American Home Shield early Monday morning before 8 am and Jeff called me right away to schedule an appointment He was able to come Tuesday morning early and less than an hour later, he had fixed the issues and got the A/C working again. I read the reviews on Lane Service and am really impressed with the work ethic and professionalism that I myself experienced. I would recommend them any time there are issues. Great company, thank you!!

    I used this company through my American Home shield warranty. Technician Colton was Very professional and very knowledgeable about the A/C system. He came into the house, in 20 mins he found out exactly what was wrong with the system and got it fixed. I didnt had to pay anything out of my pocket. Everything was taken care by the AH. I had other company came in and told me that my whole system is messed up and it will cost me 800 out of pocket to get it fixed. I am luck that i asked for a 2nd opinion through this company. I highly recommend this service company and highly recommend technician Colton!!

    Heater was not coming on so I filed a service request with American Home Shield. Lane Service was assigned and had a technician at our home the same day. Had to order a part then returned to install it the next day. Prompt, professional, and courteous, thats Lane Service.

    We had our unit replaced by Lane Service last week. Chad was very professional, extremely useful and explained our options really well (I would definitely give him a raise if he was my employee, nice people like him dont come around often in that line of business). We felt like he was genuinely trying to help us, and he did! The service was definitely the best HVAC service weve had. Professional, nice people AND extremely efficient. I would not hesitate one minute to seek their services again and will definitely recommend them to people we know.

    They were top notch! Chad called me on Saturday even though they were closed to ask what the issue was and to set the appointment. Chad called Monday to again confirm that the appointment was still good for this afternoon. He called me again to notify me that he was in route. When he arrived he was courteous, professional and prompt. He had my a/c fixed in under 10 maybe 15 minutes. That is the kind of service any business should want to maintain as far as professionalism. I understand not all jobs can be completed so quickly but that was 10 star service from start to finish.

    We’ve been using Lane Services for over two years now. Our very first experience with them we were quoted over $5k for a repair from another vendor. Thankfully we decided to get a second opinion and Lane Service came out and fixed the unit for under $600. Needless to say, we will never use anyone else.     I highly recommend Lane service company!! They came to my home fast and fixed my a/c problem. This is the second time working with Lane service . The first two HVAC Companies before them gave me quote of $4,000 to fix all these problems and the 2nd company gave me a quote of $ 6,000 plus a saying I needing whole new ac unit . Lane service fix my ac unit with some switch and only cost me $175.(last year ) . Then a year later had some issues with my ac not turning off . I called them and they came out the very next day . They fixed my ac unit and was only $57 saved me and my family again. Lane service solved my problem and without needing a new ac unit . These guys are thorough and are a Honest company! I highly recommend them to my family and everyone else!!

    We just got a service appointment done with Chad for a part that needed to be replaced. First, I couldn’t be happier with getting this done quickly as a/c is essential in Texas.     Thank goodness for LANE SERVICE!! Well, OF COURSE my AC went out Saturday evening of Memorial Weekend! The first repairman I called said he wasn’t sure he would have the part, and it would be $300 just for the service call, just for walking in the door (!), and they couldn’t come until sometime on Sunday, but it would be Tuesday if they didn’t have the part. LANE SERVICE had the part, came immediately, postponed dinner with his family to come to me first, and only charged me $193 for the part and the labor!!!!! Hurray for Lane Service !!!!

    I found myself in a bind after 5 days of no AC and TWO no call/no shows from the vendor American Home Shield initially set me up with. After much frustration and some heat induced tears from both me and my 10 month old baby, we finally got set up with Lane Service and it was nothing but professionalism, kindness, communication and amazing service going forward. “They” (Colton) came out within HOURS (vs days) and made sure everything was fixed and in tiptop shape with a friendly smile. I wish there was a way to guarantee any future service requests thru American Home Shield would go straight to them.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Hired Lane service through AHS. We had a bad leak in our air conditioner. Colton was able to come out the next day to fix the issue - a clogged drain pipe. Offered some good tips as well.Definitely would hire Lane service again.

    We had an appointment within 24 hours. Unfortunately my number was wrong, but when I spoke to Chad he rescheduled it the next day with no issues. Colton showed up on time and diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes. He explained the next steps and by Friday he was here installing the unit. He explained everything he was going to do before he started the work. The entire process was addressed timely by professional, knowledgeable, honest, and kind folk. Colton even explained that he couldn’t offer certain services because it would void the current warranty that we have. Thank you Chad and Colton for such a great experience!

    Lane services came to my house as my AC wasnt able to cool my house below 80 in the afternoon. The problem was indentified quickly and resolved and my house feels amazing! I wish I could remember the Techs name as our house was in chaos when he arrived, but he was professional and understanding.     Lane services called us following a home warranty claim. I was extremely impressed that they even called on a Sunday. My husband was able to fix the problem late the evening before, but they took their time talking with us over the phone to make sure what we did was the “fix” and describe to us how to prevent this in the future. Even though we weren’t going to need their services in person, they didn’t hurry off the phone and provided excellent information and peace of mind. What a great company!

    Sent by a home warranty place and was pleasantly surprised they called and came the very day I filed the claim. Gentleman came exactly when he said he would, identified the problem (fan motor), and fixed it within an hour.     These guys stand out. Weve used a few A/C repair people in Waco/central Texas but these guys are honest. They fixed a small problem with wiring on the HVAC in our house in Hewitt when they could have made us replace the unit. Another trusted AC repair service recommended replacing the entire HVAC.     I would like to thank Mr Lane as well as Steve Lane for the fantastic service they provided for us. They seemed to jump through some very large hoops to get our AC back up and working like brand new. Our AC is a few double digit years old and they had a difficult time finding a replacement outside unit compressor. With the July 4th holidays time was getting tight and the forecast coming up was to be in the 100’s plus. I can only Thank them for their professionalism and their responsiveness.     Well we have had issue after issue spending thousands on freeon and were so over it that we put off repairs for over a year.     I cant recommend this company enough. Our AC went out on Friday the 13th of all days. It was hotter than the hinges on the gates of hell when I got home from work.
