Colton from Kosel AC & Heating served my York AC Compressor Unit they installed in March 2022. Kosel was able to squeeze me in last Friday afternoon when the capacitor failed on the hottest day of the year. Colton quickly identified the issue and made quick work of the repair. As the unit was under warranty, so the replacement parts were covered and I only paid for the service call fee and extra labor. All and all, I was very pleased with their service and professionalism.

I cannot say enough about my entire experience! I relied on a company to come out, never showed, after they finally called me back they told me they could not come out until Monday and this was a Friday. So , needless to say I was frustrated, 2 older dogs, and my husband and I both work construction, there was no way I could imagine being in the heat for 3 days. I called the office at Kosel and treated me soooooo great ! I couldnt believe it. Heather was super kind and compassionate to our dilemma and checked on things and called me right back. Patrick was here within the hour. Lets talk price? Unbelievable! It was really reasonable without us having to worry how we were going to pay our bill! Thank you guys for everything! We will continue to tell all of our friends about you! If your hesitating to call them dont! I highly recommend Kosel A/C & Heating, INC.

Great service. My heat pump was not switching to cool mode. Their technician called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He took his time diagnosing the problem as a faulty thermostats. He made it clear that there would be an additional charge to install a different thermostat before proceeding which I approved. Ill call Kosel AC & Heating for any future HVAC needs.

Kosel said they would be here at 9 am and the technician was here promptly at 9am!!! He was thorough in his explanation and repair of our issue. And also provided (by email) a detailed summary of what services were completed. We will use them again without hesitation and will be telling our family and friends. The price could not be beat. Very impressed with them.

I could not be happier about the service and capability from the team at Kosel. We have had countless companies come out to try and resolve an issue we had been experiencing for more than a decade. Steven came out and identified the problem rather easily and for a very reasonable price. We had other issues that they helped us out with in the past, and when we had a minor hiccup, the owner personally called to make sure the issue would be resolved. They are very prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and answer your needs with concern. Thank you Kosel!

I called Kosel A/C and Heating after receiving 3 prior bids that had a huge range in price depending on the type of system being offered... which was either single stage compressor, 2 stage compressor, or inverter technology compressor with variable flow refrigerant.Steves years of hands-on experience along with his in-depth product knowledge (this I know because I researched the daylights out of everything he told me) allowed him to put together an excellent complete package that included an 18 seer variable flow refrigerant inverter compressor at the same price point similar to bids I had received for single or two stage systems.The guys that did the install were very polite and personable.And my home is likely more comfortable than it has ever been.Thanks buddy!

Mark arrived on time and was very professional and quick with our repair. He also discussed optionsthat were offered by Kosel for preventative maintenance if we decided that was an option for us.He discussed any future repairs that we might need. I have a dual zone system that needed to be rebalanced as well as replacing a coil. It is evidently a pretty complicated system as I had a couple of people not want to work on it. Mr. Kosel gave me a precise analysis of work to be done, completed it on time, and made 3 follow up visits to tweak the balancing to the renters preferences. I am very happy with the work that they did, and I feel as if it was a great value for the money.

My thermostat was completely blank. I changed the batteries and checked the breakers and nothing. They came out within 2 hours and found the oxidized wire! He temporarily fixed until I get the new thermostat. Super friendly, knowledgeable and honest!

These guys are absolute lifesavers! We had our furnace break in the middle of the ice storm, they drove out and got us up and running when no other companies were working, and did it for a beyond reasonable price. Definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.
