Our experience with Rene and his team at Kool Zone could not have been any better. Our furnace was dangerously malfunctioning and Rene made sure that my home and family were his number one priority. He showed up in less than an hour in just above freezing temperatures. He diagnosed the problem and made sure that he was explaining the issue step by step. His team replaced two furnaces the same day. What was impressive was that Rene specifically built a separate part to make sure that it ran better. He was respectful of our decisions and not at all pushy. I now have someone that I can 100% trust in the future. Thanks Rene!

Im so excited about finding Kool Zone. Im nearly 51 years old, and its taken me until now to find a completely honest, ethical, friendly, and competent A/C repairman. I wont be taking my business anywhere else. Rene is the best of the best. He invited me to watch, so that he could explain everything to me and show me that he wasnt doing anything underhanded. He solved my issue quickly and for an amazingly good price. Like I said, I wont be giving my business to anyone else.

I do not have enough good things to say about this company. Showed up on a SUNDAY to look at our AC unit and prepare an estimate that same day. Renee provided us with 3 estimates with different quality parts (lowest to highest). The crew came out on the scheduled day, on-time. They were considerate by protecting our carpeting with blankets. Their install was professional and clean. This is clearly a professional company that does outstanding work. The owner of the company followed- up after the job (on the same day) to ensure we were satisfied and to inspect the work. The owner of the company followed up the following day confirming that he registered our new Trane equipment with the manufacturer for warranty purposes. We will be using this company for future AC/Heat maintenance and repair. Thank you fellas!

Renee from Kool Zone came out to replace all of our A/C ducts and add a media filter, new return, and new insulation which involved a lot rearranging in our attic. They were very professional during the entire replacement, it was a lot of work to get done and they finished in one day just like they quoted. They were very honest and fairly priced, most of all the work was excellent and within one day the air in our house was so much cleaner!! I would recommend them for any A/C or heating needs!
