Was referred to them by a neighbor. What a great recommendation! Had a list of multiple items that needed repair. There were two toilet replacement shutoff valves, unclogging sink, and dishwasher plumbing issues. Nick explained everything he found and the why of it. He was very truthful and told me - after testing - the dishwasher was an appliance issue. He showed me how to shut off various plumbing shutoffs in the house. Greatly appreciated his hard work, honesty and professionalism! Try them! You will be glad you did.

Developed a hot water slab leak in my utility room. Water was not leaking into the home but underneath the foundation. I called three plumbing companies for an estimate. Each company was timely with their appointment and estimate. All were similar as to the problem and how to repair the leak. Along with the repair, I chose to replace the hot water heater. Each companies’ price for the hot water heater and installation was about the same. I chose KMP Plumbing because the leak repair was quite a bit less than the others and Roberto López was knowledgeable, patient and gave us confidence that the repairs and installation would go smoothly. All went smoothly and we were not disappointed. Thanks to Roberto, Alex and Dustin…KMP has definitely made a new customer!

If you are looking for a company that cares about their customers and provides great work and expertise then this is your company. Hunter was amazing and so is KMP! KMP had a special, donate a toy for Toys for Tots, and receive a free tune up! Ironically, two days before they were scheduled to come out, I found out my heater wasnt even working! It was my first time of the season for turning it on. Hunter easily was able trouble shoot the system, got me fixed up with a semi-minor part, did the tune up, and made sure everything was working smoothly. Thank you for the great service!

They were pleasant and fast with same-day service, but I always feel like I am getting robbed when I have plumbers do anything. Im not made of money. If money was no object, I would have given 5, but I disagree with the pricing.Update. The repair cost $1185. Replace ball valve $440. Fine, maybe $440 per hour and short notice. $59 service fee, fine. Spot line repair $686 - that doesnt seem fair to me. Explain the rationale, because it feels like gouging to me. He was there for less than 2 hours, so this equates to almost $800 per hour.

Outstanding and professional group of individuals. Water line in front yard broke, they inspected the sewer line and roots were found. Turns out there was a break in the line as well. The Digging Company they contacted to dig the yard and uncover the pipes identified the line leak as well as the cracked pipe. I just had 6 yards of dirt and sod put down about a month ago. They did a great job of digging and filling with care.Highly recommended.

Michael Simpson who visited us for the HVAC service was super good at his job today. Technically very sound, in-depth hands-on knowledge/experience and the best part is, he was able to translate all those technical terms into plain English with appropriate examples so that any non-AC person can understand!He was here much ahead of the original schedule, which helped us and went on with his tasks very thoroughly inspecting every part of the unit! He also was very patient in answering all my doubts and questions, gave us very helpful tips on how to get the optimal and best use of the AC system! He did fix a couple of wiring issues, which could have eventually short the circuit.KMP is very well priced too and we were happy on the overall cost.One mention about Ms. Kally on the phone, the first person I spoke to. This nice person helped schedule an appointment with the technician. She is very professional and listens to our requirements and allotted the next quickly available schedule for us!Overall a very professional group of great people together at the KMP! I would continue to take their help with any AC maintenance/problems in the future too!

Couldn’t have been more pleased after all the plumbers I’ve used only multiple rental properties it seemed asking questions and them to explain it to me was below them or a waste of time?The KMP crew was by far the best I’ve ever dealt with in my 20 yrs of owning up to 11 properties and will not be looking for another plumber moving forward! Even the owner Zane came to the house to meet the crew and assist with some of the diagnosis like who does that anymore? I’ll tell you KMP! Our AC went out in the middle of August. Called KMP Monday at 10:30 am. The woman that answered was extremely polite and professional and said they had an opening before 2 pm same day. A few minutes later I received a text with a picture and information about Douglas the technician. A few minutes later Doug called to say he was on his way. A few minutes later he was at the house, politely introduced himself and examined the unit while explaining what he identified as the problem, repaired it and had our house cooling within 15 minutes of his arrival. From the time I called to the house being cool again was less than 1 hour! The pricing is very reasonable and the house call was less than other companies. Totally impressed!!! KMP will stay in my contacts for the future!

They are very organized, they send a picture of the plumber ahead of time so you know who will show up at your door. They communicate prices and details about the repair prior to moving forward. They send everything via email or text so you have copies of the agreement, photos of the repair, and the invoice. The plumber, Nick was very friendly and took his time explaining eveything and showing me what he was doing to fix the problem. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a plumber. Of course since they are a plumber, and you do receive high level service, expect to pay a little more than usual. I am the type that pays for good service so I highly recommend KMP Plumbing.

Well, the experience with KMP Plumbing has cured my hesitancy. I called them late Wednesday afternoon. Henry, the plumber, was out by 10:00 Thursday morning to review the needed repairs of replacing a kitchen sink and repairing the facet leaks for the kitchen and the master bath sinks. He gave me the quote with a scheduled return of Friday morning to do the work. Henry was back out at 11:00 Friday morning and had all three jobs completed by 1:30 PM. His attention to detail and explanation of everything he did as he worked and the efficiency that he did the work was refreshing; not to mention his pleasant, happy demeanor. KMP did an excellent job putting a gas line in for my fireplace. From the time I called to completion of the job was a very pleasant experience. Duffy was very helpful and explained everything. I can’t say enough about how professional the employees are in the office and in the field. I had to have two propane tanks installed and was worried about the appearance of them. We called KMP today to come look at our AC unit that stopped working. They sent someone out almost within the hour. Billy showed up and quickly got to work diagnosing the problem. He took the time to show me the issue and explain what was going on. Extremely professional. I needed a whole new unit (which I suspected. Mine was from the 90s and other companies have been piecing it together for years of quick fixes) and he discussed cost options with me. He also helped me with financing.
