    KMI showed up diagnosed problem fixed it next day. Good price. we have heat! Trevor drove over in the icy conditions and saved our pipes from freezing. Very knowledgable. Highly recommend! Good guys!!

    KMI came out on a Holiday for us as our Heater had stopped working. Within an hour someone showed up ready to go. They were quick and efficient on diagnosing the issue and solving my issue. They were super polite and generous with their time as well taught me how to check and prevent this issue in the future. They are priced appropriately. This is no bargain bin company, they provide quality and top notch service! I will always use KMI for my AC/Furnace needs!

    Kyle, our service rep., showed up on time and was extremely friendly and professional. We had been using another local company for the last 3 or 4 years and the thoroughness of the checks and inspections provided by KMI were far superior to our old company. Im glad we made the change.

    We had a Leakage issue in our AC system this summer. Cody was the technician came over, gave us a thorough diagnosis. Here is What he did :1. He was 100% transparent about the pricing range upfront.2. Identified the issues and explained it to us the estimated cost for the fix.3. Had us agree to the fix and went ahead fix the problem.The entire service was very smooth and transparent, no hidden fees or upselling parts like some other companies do.This is all it takes to win our business and any in future . I Highly recommended this company .

    My upstairs system was not keeping up. KMI got out to my home within hours. Kyle is a pro, he diagnosed the problem and got my upstairs system back where it should be. He was transparent the whole time, delivering updates as necessary. Great experience.

    KMI - Local company that fixed an issue I’ve had for three years. Had multiple tech visits under the builder warranty, never could figure it out. KMI guys immediately recognized a few different indications of a bad install. Informative, friendly techs and solved the issue. Even showed me where it’s mentioned in the manual, lol. Trevor was my tech. He’s a USMC veteran and a pro. Price was more than reasonable IMO. They are my new go-to HVAC company! Highly recommend

    We had air conditioning quit working over weekend! Called George sent someone out very promptly! Diagnosed as bad compressor! Georges crew removed old unit, cleaned all ductwork and installed new heat pump! Very neat installation!We have used KMI for all our maintenance and repair for many years! George and all of his crews have always been straight up professional!

    Kendrick Mechanical replaced all three HVAC units in our home with high efficiency Trane equipment. They also installed a Trane-Mitsubishi system in the shop building. The crews are polite and professional, and the quality of their work is good. Unfortunately, the Trane and Trane-Mitsubishi units have been unreliable and expensive to repair, despite being under “warranty” (labor not covered). Consequently, we’ve spent several thousand dollars repairing these units since their installation. Five stars for KMI, and three stars for Trane.

    We have used KMI for years. Always being on a tight budget George and his team were great at babysitting our aging AC system for years. But this year when there was no hope of recovery he and his team helped us get a new AC system at a reasonable rate. They didn’t try to over sell us and the install was quick and easy. I would highly recommend KMI to anyone.

    I have used KMI for 20 years. They have maintained the 3 units attached to my home including replacing them when the time came. They always performed top notch work and if something was not perfect they returned immediately. I am an Ex-Naval Aviator and I expect any work done to my home to be done right. George and his team do not dissappoint.

    Our air conditioner went out at about 8 on Friday night. It’s summer so you can bet we called KMI to come out and look at our system. They came that night found the issue and fixed it all. My family is so much happier and cooler now. Thank you so much for coming out at 8:30 on a Friday night!! We will use them whenever we need ac repair again!

    When I came home from work yesterday the house was freezing. The temperatures have recently dropped and it is a bit chilly outside. My husband informed me that he had been running the heater, but it wasnt getting any warmer. We knew the heater was working a week or two ago when we turned it on for the season. I didnt have time to deal with it at the time and decided to address it the following day when I had more time to troubleshoot. The following day also proved to be chilly and our inside temperature was still too cold. The HVAC came on, but only blew cold air. After trying to call our home warranty company and finding out that they were no longer in business and had run off with everyones premiums....I was DREADING trying to find an HVAC provider. We are new to the area and we live in a small town. I know nothing about HVAC systems. How could I be sure that I wouldnt be taken advantage of? What was the service fee going to be? I looked and found two providers in Celina. One provider had a few average reviews. The other provider had none. I decided to call and speak with each and then make a determination. I didnt even make a call to the competitor. As soon as I called Kendrick Mechanical I was greeted by a friendly voice who was sympathetic to my situation. I called at 9:30am and they told me they could have someone over by 10:30am and the service call fee was only $10 more than what it would have been with our home warranty. I decided that was acceptable and made the appointment. The technician (Danny) was able to make it out 1/2 hour earlier than promised. He listened to my concerns and went to trouble shooting immediately. Danny admitted that he was unfamiliar with our particular thermostat. This wasnt much of a surprise as it was a very new model installed by our alarm company. WE arent even sure how to completely operate it and weve had it for three months. Its fancy and has a lot of bells and whistles. I showed him what I knew about it and he headed to the attic to check out our HVAC unit. Within 10 minutes in the attic, the heater kicked on. I was shocked! Danny explained that he believes that the problem lies in the newly installed thermostat (again not surprising since weve had other issues with the installation of our new alarm system). He gave a detailed explanation of his diagnostics and why he had concluded that the problem appears to be the thermostat not talking to the heating unit. I really appreciated that as Im not a big take my word for it kind of person.After his description (which made complete sense to me) I knew he had done a proper job of trying to isolate the cause. We have now contacted our alarm system who may get someone out today to take a look at it. Danny left his card and stated that KMI would stand by their assessment and if for any reason the alarm system company could show us that the thermostat is not the issue (especially since Danny had already shown us that the heating unit works but not when the thermostat asks for heat) then he would happily return. He didnt charge us any more than the service fee we had been quoted and he didnt try to pull anything over on us. He was straightforward, honest and sincere. Im SO glad that we chose to go with this local company and this will most certainly be the company we call on for any future HVAC needs! Thank you KMI!

    Just wanted to thank George and the crew at Kendrick Mechanical. Bought two new Trane air conditioners in the last two years. At the start of the stay at home order we had to turn on the air and it didnt work, within an hour George had someone come out and fix the problem. Also under warrenty so no charge. thanks for all your help.
