My AC broke down and Jose managed to drive to my place as soon as he could. The advice and the service were extremely good with a reasonable price. The service was quick and he offers a free clean up. Jose also managed to come by my place for a second time per my request for an advice on the same day with no charge. I definitely recommend his service and will be back for sure!

I usually do not do reviews. But to not tell people about this company would be a grave mistake on my part. This company was VERY PROFESSIONAL. They arrived in the time frame that was agreed upon. They educated me on my AC/Heating unit. They pointed out a major concern and made great suggestions with no pressure to sell me anything. Customer service was on point.I recommend them 100%

Jose Torres from Key Air Solutions is the best, most honest AC man that I have ever met. He saved me from replacing my still good, just out of warranty 10-year-old Rudd condenser. He pressure tested the entire system and he even removed the condenser coil to inspect and reinforce some copper connections to make sure it will last. He then used the 410a Freon that I have been saving for ten years when it was only $100 a bottle to charge my system and now it cools and works better than ever before. Thank you Jose!Another AC man, my neighbor, who I have been using for years, tried to trick me into replacing my outside coil after he said there were too many leaks to fix it. He even used his leak tester to show me where it was leaking inside the condenser. Of course it was all a lie and thankfully another AC man “Rick Young” who I know from my brother sent Jose Torres to save the day. Rick and Jose used to work together at another company.If someone tells you, you need a new unit, contact Jose Torres, he will give you a fair price and not mislead you!

Jose came as quick as possible when my evaporator coil went out July 4. He even went home and brought me a window unit after he had worked all day. He and his team are very hard workers. His pricing is very fair. You need AC needs call Jose with key solutions ! Second visit Sept 17 2024. I texted him 6:30 am no air came out to my house 8:15 pm fixed it needed capacitor . I had air instantly. He is a very hard worker it’s amazing to see!
