Thank goodness for Bogdan! Our unit suddenly stopped cooling- we were advised by a company to replace the entire unit which is super expensive- so we decided to get a second opinion and so glad we found Bogdan. He was clear and quick in his communication. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue and saved us a huge expense to replace the unit. Highly recommend Kassa Kool!

I got Kassa Kool AC Service through word of mouth and called them for a quote to have one of my old AC unit replaced. After I compared multiple quotes from several companies, I decided to replace both of my 20 year old units instead of just the one that failed because the options I was quoted by Kassa Kool was very reasonable price. In fact, I had replaced the two units for less than the quote of one unit from one company. But what impressed me even more was the owner of the Kass Kool AC service named Bogdan who is an engineer by trade. He is very passionate and knowledgeable of his work. He took the time to explain the problem and gave me multiple options to choose from models of the AC units with their prices. He also offered me a free one year maintenance and two years extended warranty beyond the 10 year manufacturing warranty. During the installation, when his crew complete replacing one unit and try to start the second one, he stopped them and started electrical test on the completed unit. Sure enough though the unit was working and cooling the house the electrical test was showing him that something was not in order. So he told his crew that he is not going to leave the customer with out one working AC. In case the completed unit has a problem later and leave my family and I without working AC unit for the day, He took his time to iron out the potential future problem with the completed unit before starting the second one and explain every detail to inform me the process. He is so meticulous and a perfectionist in his work he gave me a confidence. It was a great experience doing business with this company. I had serviced my units twice before and the difference of quality of work and service comparing with other companies is like day and night. After all day hard work, instead of grabbing his check and go home to rest, he west home and registered the units with the manufacturer on my behalf to make sure I get the 10 year manufacturing warranty and brought me the hard copy. Only then he accepted his payment and went home to rest. This is a service to another level. I am glad I was recommended Kassa Kool LLC and very satisfied with the service and price charge.

I have absolutely loved working with Kassa Kool. Bogdan is an engineer and it shows in his attention to detail and dedication to service. I signed up for his bi-annual service package. Ive had other HVAC companies come out before to do this, and now Im left wondering what they even did? I had clogs, things that werent up to code. He spent nearly two full days diagnosing and addressing, disassembling my outdoor units to clear them of tons of leaves. He even worked until 8PM one night to make sure a very tricky clog was cleared, plus he came up with solutions to ensure it doesnt get that bad again. Im recommending Kassa Kool to everyone I know. Ive never seen service like it.

They quickly identified the problem was related to the thermostat pulling warm and humid air from between the walls and implemented a quick and effective fix.They are analytical and their engineering background makes them significantly better than competition. Owner is very friendly and can explain in simple words how things work, to anyone.I highly recommend them for any HVAC maintenance, repair, troubleshoot, or new installation.Plus they offer warranties up to 10 years! He diagnosed my problem and had my unit working within an hour even though he needed an additional part which he ordered and installed a couple days later. I highly recommend KASSA KOOL, especially it you need emergency service.

Shout out to Bogdan Oancea at Kassa Kool for quickly and efficiently repairing my outside AC unit on Wednesday. I came home to a downstairs temperature of 85 degrees and based on other emails in this group, I decided to give Bogdan a call. It was 4:50pm so I expected to have to wait till Thursday, but Bogdan came over in 10 minutes.After a few checks on the system, Bogdan determined the AC relay switch was bad. He had one in his truck and the system was repaired and running in 1 hour.Two things impressed me about Bogdan. First was his engineering mindset in looking at the AC system as whole to describe how it works. Second was his attitude to leave it better than he found it. He asked about the AC filters and dressed some messy wires on the compressor unit.

I chose this company because they didnt give me the typical sales pitch or try to scare me into buying something unnecessary. I knew I needed to replace my homes cooling and heating system (even though it was still working), so I took the time to carefully research HVAC shops. Im confident I made the right decision!They took meticulous measurements, checked the wiring, and provided the appropriately sized system for my needs. Initially, I was interested in an advanced 2-stage system, which would obviously affect the price. They explained the pros and cons of such a system for a home of my square footage. After considering their advice, I decided a conventional heating and cooling system was more suitable for me.An honest HVAC company—imagine that! They gave me a quote right away, ordered the equipment, and installed it promptly. I couldnt be happier with my decision. In conclusion, I did a lot of the research for you —you cant go wrong here!

Kassa Kool installed a two stage compressor and high efficiency furnace system at my house. They were able to provide great overall value and completed all the work with no issues. They were flexible to allow me to buy some of my own parts but took on all the work that I needed done. One thing that I really appreciated was that they did not charge a premium on labor just because I bought a more high-end system. Everyone else I got a quote from bumped up the labor price a lot for the better systems even though the work involved is EXACTLY the same. They helped me do a heat load analysis and looked at air flow throughout the house which no other company seemed competent enough to do. They are AMAZING with home automation if that’s something you’re considering (like controlling humidity, setting individual room controls etc). I’m very happy with their work and will hire them for the work I need done on my other system soon.

I had Kassa Kool look at my heat that wasn’t working. They were very thorough and didn’t rush and ran multiple tests. In the end they saved me thousands of dollars with a simple repair rather than replacing our unit (a suggestion from another company). I’ll use them again!
