We have been customers of Jordens for over 30 years, and in that time every employee that has worked at our home has been wonderful: knowledgable, courteous and prompt. The few times we have had weekend emergencies, they have sent someone out to remedy the situation. I appreciate their organized office, and the efficient way invoices, billing, and service reminders are handled. Juan has been especially thorough, taking time to explain theproblems and offer advice/solutions.I highly recommend this company!

The very first time I called Jordens was May of 2021, actually the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I was amazed that they showed up within two hours. The technician was very knowledgeable and took care of the issue. I now have them service my air conditioner and heating system every spring and fall because I’m very big on preventive maintenance.So today Juan was at my home to get my heating system ready for the hopefully colder weather coming. Just like the other technicians, he is excellent and I am good to go.I’m very thankful to Jordens and I highly recommend them.One more thing, I am having them come back to clean out my ductwork. I absolutely trust Jordens completely!

My Furnace went out in Early January 2025. A family member told me about Jorden. I was told on what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it or replace it. I decided to replace the Old Furnace with a new one. Daniel and his team where very nice, polite and very professional. And just in time for Winter Storm Enzo.

Great service! My AC went out, I called Jordens AC and the Technician Hector came out to diagnose my system, he found the issue pretty fast. My blower motor went out , had to replace it.Thank you Hector and Jordens AC for the great service I will definitely recommend you, very reasonable prices.

I have had Jorden’s come out 3 or 4 times over the past few years, and they are always prompt, polite, and thorough. I have an older AC unit that has needed minor repairs to the system, like fuses replaced. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they do not try to force you to install a new unit. Integrity and good workmanship have been my experience with this company

Haha, reading the once star reviews give me giggles. come on. on a specific one, theres no expecting these workers to do perfectly great with refrigerators. go call a refrigerator/freezer specialtist and have them no choice but to deal with the poor attitude. although theyre the same thing... Jordans has been doing great at it fixing refrigerators. but with uggly attitude, i can assume why anyone would just not want to work with a customer even for money. would be lovely to teach someone about manners too.😄 but i can be wrong about what happened, though my assumption are usually right. ill stop that flame here to go on with my review....Many successful jobs by multiple team members from Jordans who took action to complete a multitude of work throughout the decades. They are related family, yes. Thats not why we do business with them. we do knowing their work is beyond excellent & with trainees being more so through the years to come. We always dial to HA hes the boss. There may be complications from time to time because there always is with hardware, expecially with mistreated units.. though you live and you learn, and i can tell you, their team pulls through and gets the job done in the best timely manner Ive ever known possible. and more so at the satisfactory standards i charish to love. 🙏heres some recent work for a new cooler we use to store herb produce vvvvv great work guys! temperature staying cool👍 a beautiful unit my dad has chosen to replace an old outdated machine. im pleased.

Stellar group of people! My Father began using Jordens in 1976 when we moved to Houston, and I have continued to call on them to this day. Without a doubt, the best in Houston! AJ and the entire crew are responsive, professional, and if you have a critical need, like I did today, they sent Van in the van. Van is a wonderful technician. Ive referred them to many friends and co-workers and will continue to do so forever!

I have been using Jordens for 40 years. I have high respect for H.A. owner. He is always on time, very respectful and professional when checking out my air conditioner or heating systems. I have had new duct work performed by them and replacement of my central air unit and heater system. They do a great job of installing and cleaning up after their work. They always stick to their price quotes because they take pictures of any questionable equipment and discuss the prices before doing any work without your approval.

Spoke with Ha Nguyen about my recurring compressor failures and he sent a tech over right away. There were several major issues with the old unit so I had several companies come by & quote me prices for a complete A/C replacement. Jordens was the best deal for the money and of all the different companies I talked to, I trusted them the most.I gave Ha the green light and he had a 3 man crew out the very next day. Those guys worked non-stop from early morning until sunset with just one break for lunch. They replaced the outdoor unit, the indoor A/C unit, and the furnace. Ran new copper wire out to the unit and removed / replaced some of the duct work.My attic was cramped & difficult to access. When Jordens crew was finished, the attic was cleaned out and the area in front of the furnace and A/C unit was much easier to access.All of the workers were friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything was spotless when they left. The new 4 ton Trane unit runs like a champ.Would definitely do business with Ha again. Jordens earned my highest possible recommendation. I signed on to their customer loyalty program where they check my entire system twice a year.Do yourself a favor and hire Jordens for any A/C issues. Get several quotes and see for yourself. They are a solid, honest company that will treat you right.

I was referred there to buy a capacitor and that didnt fix my problem. H A was very knowledgeable and helpful in my DIY efforts and when the unit still would not start he scheduled a service call, then showed up 2 hours early. He found out that 3 years ago I had installed a thermostat and had reversed the 1st and 2nd stage wires. Service call was $89 and now I am running and much more efficient. He won himself a customer today.

Very professional, responsive and attentive. Went through three repair companies for an issue on a relatively new house and HVAC system until Jordens completely addressed and fixed the problem. Patiently talked through problem history, developed thesis of potential issues and offered thought out solutions with cost estimate of each. After completing agreed to scope of work they came back next day to test system only to find other complications and immediately proceeded to change out additional parts and provide labor for the balance of the day at no additional charge (from the originally quoted job). Bravo!!
