I had three air conditioner companies come to my house before Jolly Brothers. The first three did not earn my confidence. The Jolly Brothers came out, were very thorough in the evaluation of my air conditioning problem and gave me a step by step review of their evaluation and what needed to be done. And at the end they gave a price that was half of the cost quoted by the other companies. I am extremely happy with the work performed by the Jolly Brothers. They are now my go to guys for air conditioning repair and maintenance. Thank you Billy and Joe for your service and the professionalism shown during your service call.

Low-cost repair even though they could’ve tried to convince me my old system needed to be replaced. Visit came with the promised “dad jokes”. 😆. HonestI can not say enough good things about Joe and Billy. They came out to take a look at our a/c just as a precaution due to our a/c was running hot before I cleaned our Coils. Had them come out just to do a service to make sure we did not have something else going on . They both were very helpful in educating me on how it all works, definitely leaving it to the professional they know what they are doing. And on top of them really above and beyond to answer all my concerns and look at my home top to bottom. They all will take the service fee of $89 and put it towards repairs if they have to repair. Wow ,I recommend them for anyone have any issues with you unit. Very patient with me as well with all my many questions. I also was given a cute goodie bag as well.

I had a new HVAC installed in a newly purchased house and selected Jolly Brothers as they had such great reviews. I was not let down, they are a great bunch of guys with a meticulous attention to detail, utmost care and pride for the work performed, and very knowledgeable. Over the course of the job, I was informed of what was going on and given updates, the crew left the house spotless, and the end result was excellent. Both Joseph and Bill and their employees were a pleasure to deal with and I would most definitely recommend them to friends and family.

My A/C went out, and I panicked. I tried googling how to fix the situation which lead me to clearing a clog in my drain pipe. I did my best to try to solve the issue myself, but I couldnt figure out which pipe I was supposed to use to attempt the clearing. I was at a loss. I knew with the super hot temperatures that finding an A/C repair company was going to be tough.I put out a Yelp call to find an available company, and within minutes, I had Jolly Brothers Services texting me (along with several others). they had an opening for 8:00 am the next day (luckily). Their quick response drew me in, their Dad jokes made me pick them!This company is owned and operated by the same two guys. They showed up promptly, were nice, funny, and very professional. They know their stuff! They have a very vested interest in getting it right. They dont send out a technician who doesnt have a vested interested in the company brand. they come out themselves.The whole time they were here, they were very transparent every step of the way, explaining each step of what they were doing, explaining the numbers their test equipment was getting, what they did to clear the clog, how to prevent it going forward, and even gave me tips to unclog it in the future should/when required. Before leaving, they cleaned everything up and we thanked them profusely.We signed up for their maintenance program. All very affordable and professional. I highly recommend going straight to this company for your A/C concerns and dont bother calling anyone else.

Jolly Brothers are literally THE BEST people to call for your HVAC needs!!! I made an appointment with them very easily, and they notified me of my appointment time and date, as well as when they were on their way. They arrived on time as scheduled and were exemplary in their customer service. I had someone previously attempt to fix the unit and spent a lot of money for it to still be in need of repair. Within 15 minutes of starting work on the unit, they had corrected the issue with ease! They showed me how everything was properly functioning after they fixed the wiring problem, and I’m so happy to be able to use our smart thermostats again! Thank you IMMENSELY for your prompt and invaluable service!! We will absolutely be using Jolly Brothers again if anything else happens to either unit. They were able to figure out the issue quickly and swap the broken places out all within an hour and got everything up and running again. The wife and I had an exceptional experience with Jolly Brothers. We had a capacitor go out and wanted to have a company assess our current system and give us quotes for a replacement system. Knowing that the refrigerant and system requirements are going to change for 2025, we wanted to see if we can have our system last a year plus so that we could transition to the more efficient 2025+ system.We are a DIY family for most things so we asked to get educated about the new refrigerant and system requirements. Billy and Joseph were exceptionally pleasant and talked us through their understanding of these new standards and how that would impact us as we were wanting to switch from a gas furnace to a heat-pump. We had a few other companies give us quotes and the higher-pressure sales process had already started from some of them. We felt that Jolly Brothers listened to our needs and were great at suggesting several things that we could do to help extend the life of our current system (which was a top-of-the-line Lennox for its time being 12-years old) and to make the current system more efficient.They showed up on schedule, and completed the requested work promptly, then sceduled a follow up appointment the following week to verify that the additional refrigerant/sealant had indeed done its job as our system appeared to have a very small leak. They were also prompt to reply to a few educational emails of ours after their service appointment. We are grateful for their help and look forward to working with them in the future when its time to upgrade our system.

I recently had my A/C go out on a Saturday night and didnt know what to do. I messaged the team around 2am as a hail mary, knowing it was after hours on the weekend. To my surprise, I got a response by 8am asking when I needed them to come out. They arrived at my house at noon on SUNDAY and diagnosed my issue, ran a complete diagnostics check, and made sure I was in working order before leaving. And they did all this at no charge when they found my issue was a relatively simple fix. And of course they left me with one of their dad jokes as always. I cant recommend Jolly Brothers enough!!! They really came through in a pinch!

Not only did we get a heads up about 20 minutes before they arrived, but throughout the entire process, they stopped to explain what they were doing, and what they found, and educate us on what that could be telling us was wrong with our unit. they already have great prices that will give you all of your options so that you’re not being encouraged to do some thing that is outside of your budget . Would highly recommend utilizing them for repairs and will plan on using them for our annual maintenance moving forward.

I could not be more pleased with Jolly Brothers services. To start, they had the best price for Commercial HVAC maintenance. During Covid, our contract with a previous company had expired, and the units needed serious attention. They have now performed maintenance on all of our 18 rooftop units in 100+ degrees of heat. The inspection reports are thorough and very informative. All needed repairs were communicated and addressed, and we are back up and running.Whether it was coming out for the estimate or showing up for the maintenance/service, they were always on time, and I always received SMS updates when they were on their way.On the commercial side, finding good businesses willing to communicate and follow through with promises is harder and harder. As I stated initially, I could not be more pleased, and I will continue to use Jolly Brothers moving forward.

Our system lost its refrigerant because of a leak during the hottest time of the year, many days above 105 deg. Jolly Bros. was quick to answer our call for help and found the leak. Unfortunately the evaporator needed to be replaced. This was done within a few days since it had to be ordered. They minimized the downtime and controlled the costs of replacement. All is fine now, the system is working great.
