My Mother Marlys Mason Had Mold issues in her house in Rusk Texas that required removing Central A/C unit so Mold remediation crew could clean out Mold in A/C enclosure space. I was helping out my Mom lining up Mold Crew as she was unable to stay in her house until Mold was gone. She gave me Mr. Ralph Johnstons phone# as she had been using him for years and had nothing but good to say about him and his service. I called Mr Ralph about removing the Unit and we discussed the condition of the old unit as it was rusty and coming apart and agreed it would be best to change out with a new one since it had been installed in late 70s or very early 80s. Mr Ralph showed up on agreed date and time, removed old unit and unit was indeed in very bad shape. Mold crew cleaned out enclosure in a few days and Mr Ralph came back to install new inside and outside Units. The weather at the time was the hottest time of the Summer Late July-Early August but Mr Ralph never once complained, very courteous, very professional and a Very Good Man!!!! Answered any and all questions I had with patience and Courtesy as I was with him through it all. One thing of many I was impressed with was his patience to make sure everything he was installing was right the first time. All went great and A/C worked perfectly with no issues!!!! A Good Man who will take the time to explain the job, answer any questions with patience, professionalism and make sure the job is done right the first time!!! He will make a point to call him if there are any issues as well!!!! Highly recommend to any and all!!! I know I wont hesitate to call him!!!! James Mason
