Very fast and dependable. They got my AC running but it will need more work bc they found out it was not wired correctly and not up to code (the unit was not installed by them). I really appreciate the explanation and professional honesty of the potential safety risks that were brought to my attention- which was a possibility of an electrical fire. They try to work with you on cost and I feel like the quote I received for the work that needs to be done is fair and honest.

Johnny was amazing. We had an issue with a radiator replacement where the technician banged around a lot, causing our AC to malfunction. Even though it wasn’t a difficult fix for Johnny, he took extra time to explain how the thermostat works, some basic aspects of the the science and technology of air conditioning and the effect of our extreme Central Texas heat on our cooling system. He was extremely professional yet friendly, on point and quite experienced and knowledgable. He also helped me win a long-standing discussion between my wife and I that I hope is now settled for life. 🤠 5 stars for Johnny!

Johnny replaced our HVAC unit 2 years ago and weve worked with him ever since. Before the new unit, our system broke down every summer when it was the hottest. The unit was old and the home warranty company refused to replace it. All they would approve was patchwork repairs. It was such a pain to deal with. Johnny quoted the right price to upgrade to a new system that was more efficient and would save money. Prior to the new unit our summer electric bill ran upto nearly $500. The past 2 years our bill has not gone over $250 even with stay at home orders on place. Johnny is always very polite and professional. We are very happy with his work! I highly recommend him.

I told him out for what I thought was a major AC problem on the weekend but it actually turned out to be somewhat minor. He was reasonably quick to respond especially considering it was the weekend. He was quick to find the solution to my problem and perform the repair at a very reasonable cost. There are a lot of contractors out there that would try to take advantage of a person when their AC is out especially on the weekend but I think he gave me a very honest price for the work performed and I would definitely recommend him to friends or family and I will be telling him in the future if I need any more repairs.

He was very thorough in explaining what was going on with the system and coordinated with the warranty on the solution.
