First cold spell of the year and the heater didn’t work. Everyone was shivering all night long. I couldn’t do anything about it because I work 12 hr night shifts. I contacted my home warranty and got referred to Joes. Tho a worse cold front was coming so waiting the allotted “24 business hour” time frame to contact us given by the home warranty company. I Contacted Joes at 8 am after I worked all night and explained my urgency. I was met by a delightful woman who answered the phone that I later was informed was Joe’s wife. They scheduled an appointment same day. I got a couple hours of sleep and Joe showed up that evening and troubleshot our issues and fixed them. We are nice and cozy. Joe explained everything he was doing and was pleasant and professional. If I couldn’t go through home warranty, I would choose this company again for any HVAC needs.

My ac unit is over 25 years old so I have AHS for this reason. Joe Cool was assigned to me on a service call and have always done a great job. Any time I need service I request them, Joe told me it was just a matter time before I would have to replace the complete unit. That time came this month...Joe and Sherry are great people, professional, honest and worked with me and my crazy work schedule to get my new unit in at a great price and fast. Thanks and would and will recommend this company to all my friends and co workers..

Awesome company! So efficient and easy to work with. Joe came out within two hours of calling AHS diagnosed the problem promptly and set us up on getting a furnace replacement and setting our Trane system up correctly since it wasn’t when we purchased our home. Very knowledgeable and kind team. Sherry on the phone is the absolute sweetest as well! I was so pleased to work with them and was amazed how fast they were able to get out to us in the middle of the ice storm. I would give more stars if i could and will use the company in the future for my ac/heat needs.

We asked our home warranty company to switch our assigned HVAC contractor to Joe Cool’s based on reviews. We were not disappointed. The person who called us was so courteous and helpful. Joe showed up and diagnosed the issue right away. Communication was excellent while we waited for the part to arrive. Joe fixed the problem correctly and we are so happy. Highly recommended!

Joe is a good guy who gives great service! Our 18 year old compressor decided to die over the Labor Day Weekend. Our home warranty company assigned Joe to the job. He called us first thing Tuesday morning, and was out to replace our unit the next day. If you have a problem, he is definitely the guy to call (and if you have a home warranty company, ask them to assign him to the case — you won’t be disappointed).

We requested to have our HVAC system looked at as it stopped coming on. We had one of Home Depots affiliate companies look at it previously and they only wanted to replace the entire unit for $10,000 since its an older unit. Joe Cool replaced a relay on the unit and got it running in about a half an hour with absolutely no pressure of needing to replace the entire unit. However, when I asked, he said they would do it for around $6,000. If want an honest company that will not try to suck every dime they can out of you, call Joe Cools!

My wife and I just purchased our first home. First real warm day in Burleson had the AC unit working a little too hard. Filed a service request with our home warranty, and they scheduled it with Joe Cools. I tried scheduling service for later in the afternoon, and they made it much later. Turns out we were a few pounds of refrigerant light, Joe gave us a complimentary pound for the incovenience. Will definitely be giving them a call back, and recommending them. Great service - even on a Friday night after a long day. Thanks Joe!

I was quoted $4200 - $5600 to replace some heat pump components (handler, coil and circuit board(?)) by a big name company for my rental property. I called Joe Cool for a second opinion and a quote to replace the same components. Technician checked the system and found a component was not installed correctly and so was not working properly. He fixed it and cost me only the service fee for the home warranty program. Trust is very important in my business. Joe Cool earned my trust.

It seems my 17 year old AC system decided to develop multiple leaks in the Condenser and Evap coil areas, warranting a total replacement by multiple installers. Joe gave me a good quote installing current Trane equipment with some upgrades, and whatever I did not ask of Joe, Sherri was able to answer my remaining questions. The install guys were here promptly the following day, and did what appears to be a great job, in less than a day. I will definitely use them in the future, and have no problem recommending them to others!

My experience was great. My heat was not coming on, the motor was just humming but there was no heat. I called my warrantee company and they recommended Joe Cools Colling & Heating service. Joe Lefkoki showed up within the arrival time promised. He quickly found the problem was in the motor and fixed it on site. He was honest and fast. I verified his honesty with a neighbor who also does HVAC service, he was the one that suggested I use the Warrantee company 1st and if was anything outside of what he had discovered to let him know. So I had a second opinion before I took the appointment. 5 stars for sure.

OK lets start off like this. My unit is 15 years old. Im having an issue with my thermostat showing aux heat. I call American Home Shield and Joes is my tech. The Aux Heat symbol is an apparent alert when the defrost cycle isnt operating properly. Joe comes out and cleans the unit and gets the defrost cycle to kick in properly. I start asking about a new unit. Ive got 2100 sq ft with a 3 ton unit and it never has kept the home cool enough or warm enough. He says he can fix me up if I make the decision. He says let the unit run for a couple weeks and if I feel the need recall him and he will have another look at it on his dime. That was cool....no pun intended. Dont forget unit is working still although defrost cycle is starting to Aux Heat occasionally. Check this out though....he is at my house on February 10th the Thursday before our week long winter storm. On the 10th we agree on a new unit of my choice.....a TRANE compressor and a new furnace. 3.5 ton 14 seer unit. His price hit my target....very reasonable by the way.....and I said sure. He also offered up this delicious touch screen thermostat with all the bells and whistles. Dont forget now the storm hits. God bless we didnt lose power and the heater worked fine the whole time until he was able to access the distribution center to get our new unit. A one day job. His crew had this thing operating by like 1 pm. Fully installed. No damage. That delicious touch screen thermostat tells you everything. I never realized what we were missing with this unit installed by the builder. Joes team handled the job extremely professionally and we for one are very happy. The tech referred to it as the tornado and Ill be darned when it starts blowing air...hot or cold....you feel it. You would have to go a long way to convince me anyone is better than Joes cooling, Cheri was very much in touch with us along the way. Thanks all...Our paths crossed at the right time. Take care

I cannot say enough about Joe and Sheri! What special people they are. My mom is 83 and LOVES Joe and he was her hero once again. During 105 plus temps her AC went out. Joe saved the day once again. These guys are terrific! They have been out to our house by Lake Arlington twice. I had water leaking down the air intake to the air handler. I feared the worst. Turns out that the air handler was installed incorrectly. Joe had the guys re-hang the air handler, problem solved! Well done!
