JM Builders and Roofing is a highly professional and reasonable business to work with. They were able to install stairs inside my garage attic to gain easier access and installed flooring for added storage in attic.They were on time and prepared to work. They answered all questions about the work process and and made additional suggestions to improve the project.Cost was extremely reasonable and competitive to some of those pro services offered by those big box home improvement stores.I will be using them again in the future. Like having insulation added in attic to help to help with these Texas heat.

Donovan and his team took great care of us! And when the city told us we had to have a fence built in 7 days, they took the challenge to heart and got it done! The inspector couldn’t believe we found a contractor to get things done this fast. Donovan is a great builder with a great demeanor. Can’t suggest him highly enough!

Donovan was an extremely helpful consultant when we were considering a remodel. He inspected our property for issues and helped us assess what work needed to be done. He was extremely informative, integrous, and generous with his time. He thought very creatively and came up with solutions to meet our specific needs—no one else wed consulted with had seen or imagined it the way Donovan did. His insights were really valuable as we headed into our project. I highly recommend him and this company as a whole.

Donovan was amazing to work with. We had an estimate for an insurance claim however upon inspecting the house he noticed additional damage that was not on the report. He came out and made notice and got the insurance to cover all of the damage from the storm. My roof was done in a timely & professional manner. I recommend him to all of my friends for all of their roofs & repairs because he is honest and does amazing work.The experience was excellent!

JM Builders have been fantastic in their works for my home. The jobs were well-executed and professional. Donovan knows a lot about homes, roofing, repairs, and has a lot of connections. They have done a lot work on my home. Communication is a big factor for me and they were able to bring updates and questions to me right away. They will make sure you are satisfied with the jobs. HIGHLY recommended!

Donovan and JM Builers are nothing short of amazing! They are personable, professional and extremely meticulous. Couldnt ask for better customer service or quality. Theyve also installed ceiling fans, a wine rack, pot racks, hung outside patio lights and mounted TVs in my home. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing and Honey Do List items. I can always trust that hell give me a fair price and there have been times when Ive asked for something and he has guded me in a different direction to save me money. You cant go wrong with this company & you wont be disappointed.

Donovan the contractor was actually at the neighbors house looking at their roof and my husband asked him to come look at ours because there had been a bad hail storm. He told us it needed replaced worked with our insurance company and got roofers out right away. They started in the morning and were done that evening. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend JM Builders to all.

JM Builders & Roofing Did a FANTASTIC job re-roofing our large house in Waxahachie. They really went out of their way to make sure to cover every detail. They were very knowledgeable working with our insurance and every aspect of our roof. We have since used their services for a minor remodel from a pipe bursting as well as adding lighting to our living room and even replacing a hot water heater.I would recommend their services hands down to any other company in the area. When we found out they also give back to the local community as well as missions abroad we were super impressed. If you need anything for your Roof or repairs at your house, they are the people we would recommend to call.

Had an air conditioning issue several years ago at which a reputable HVAC company came out and diagnosed the issue, which stated I needed to replace the entire condenser unit. I called JM Builders for a second opinion, and it turned out to be a simple $150 fix, and the AC unit worked just fine afterwards. Trustworthy company who takes time to explain and inform.

They came out to help me assess where the leak was from in the water line on Saturday. Him and his crew did a great job to find a solution to fix the water leak. It saved me a ton of money and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them 100%.
