We had a problem with our heat this week, and got a very fast response after calling JLI. Josh was able to fix the problem with our heat, and I was very impressed with the way they cleaned up after the job was completed, and waited to see if the unit was working properly before leaving our house. Another technician, Carlos, was very professional and courteous. This is not the first time we have used their services, and I would highly recommend for any HVAC issues.

JLI Mechanical provided the best service Ive ever received in Waco and in years from any company!! They are very upfront with their pricing, tech showed up at scheduled time and called before to advise how far away he was. The amount of the service call for our HVAC was applied to the repair charges (unlike other folks in town). They also offer a maintenance membership which allows for a significant discount on your repairs even same day! Carlos was our tech who was very friendly and professional. He explained everything thoroughly, took pictures and showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what needed to be done to have everything running well. I feel at complete peace and have total confidence in JLI MECHANICAL!! It is very refreshing to have people in the service field who actually care! Thank you JLI Mechanical!!

Amazing Service! Called late on a Friday and he not only answered the phone, he was out within 20 minutes. He called with details and options for our air conditioner - yes, options (NOT just replace the unit). He was able to work within our budget and it was up and running in an hour. I’ve been an HVAC Contractor for 6 years and have used Josh and his team at JLI Mechanical for complete system installs the entire time. The 1-2 times I used another HVAC install team, proved to be a mistake. Quality matters, and JLI’s installs are amongst the best quality install work I’ve seen in the industry. I’ll continue to use them for my install work as long as they’re available to do it. Furthermore, Josh has proven to be invaluable in the growth of my own career. Very professional with exceptional customer service. After buying a house I wanted my AC checked. The owner (i cant remember his name) had been to my house just a few weeks earlier to check the system. We had another local ac repair service come out prior and ended up out $700 and (24 hrs later) no working ac. A transformer in our yard was struck by lightening which caused a series of shorts, blown fuses and damaged internal parts to the unit. The repairman worked meticulously from the thermostat throughout the entire system and out to the outside unit repairing each issue until our system was working seamlessly. Fantastic service!!!!
