Jeff went above and beyond to help us with our generator when numerous other Generac dealers either refused or were unavailable.We unfortunately received a defective generator that required a complete engine replacement before it even ran due to a faulty fuel pump. Jeff was the one who accurately diagnosed the problem, enabling us to obtain the necessary replacement.Even after the engine replacement, the generator continued to malfunction, turning on randomly as if there was a power outage. Jeff once again stepped in, diagnosing an electrical short in the lines between the ATS and the generator. We had the issue fixed by the original installer (lesson learned - always use a licensed dealer!).Finally, after two months and countless headaches, we have a fully functional generator, thanks in large part to Jeffs expertise and dedication. We honestly dont know where wed be without his invaluable assistance.If youre searching for a Generac dealer, look no further than Jeff! Hes knowledgeable, persistent, and genuinely committed to helping his customers. We cant recommend him highly enough! -

Owner was friendly and worked with me. Promptly came out and performed service on main AC unit and split unit. Split unit still not performing properly. Called again and came out quickly. Did not do much and was gone quickly. Still not blowing well. My husband finally went in one night and took the entire inside split unit apart. It was dirty and badly clogged at the blower. He cleaned it out thoroughly and now it blows harder and very cold. We had to fix split unit ourselves. Paid good money for service for 2 units. Friendly service just not knowledgeable about split units. -

Tyler came out to look at my minisplit unit, while these units arenβt easy to work on and troubleshoot Tyler was confident he could get me back in service. I was kept informed with what the tech was finding as well as possible fixes. Tyler provided Great service, he was reliable and displayed excellent communication. My unit is functional again. Should the need arise I would definitely give these guys a call for any future service needs. -

Had water overflowing from an air handler due to a plugged up sump discharge pipe which we could not unplug. Was at the house 2 hours after my call on a Saturday and quickly solved the problem and added a chlorine pill to prevent from happening next time. -

Very pleased! While out of town, I had a total breakdown of the outside condenser and Jeff was able to come out the day I had left a message and determine I needed a new unit. Ive used JL Climate Solutions for my last 3-4 HVAC service calls over the past few years. Every time Ive been met with a knowledgeable technician willing to troubleshoot the issues with my old units and help me with cost-effective solutions. My AC and heating units are nearly 20 years old. Many competitors would likely not want to bother with these and would push me to install new units. While I do plan to eventually upgrade, I appreciate JL Climate Solutions helping me achieve longer life out of my existing ones in the meantime. When the time comes for me replace/upgrade the units and for all calls in between, Ill be calling JL Climate Solutions. Highly Recommended, but dont take my word for it. Only took approx. 4 hours for his Team to replace the Outdoor and Indoor units, start the system up and the HVAC has been operating perfectly since installed early September 2021.
