    Excellent service. For years I had JJ come out to do repairs. They were always able to come out quickly. Efficient and always on time even on the hottest days. After I realized life support on my AC was no longer possible, I planned to have the system replaced and scheduled them to replace the entire system. Luckily it was just before one of our hottest Summers. Its always best not to wait until Summer.I was amazed to see the efficiency with which they worked. They pulled up with 3 trucks and had an entire crew working for a full day. Very professional. I wanted to wait at least a year before doing the review. They have been great. FYI, I also trusted Joses ability because he is also an electrician.Actually, I forgot to mention, the reason I am so loyal to the company..... on the first visit to my house several years ago, they noticed something was wired incorrectly by a previous repairman. They didnt try to quote me extra to fix it.... they just told me what they saw and did the repair. I am very grateful.

    We had an excellent experience using JJ services to install a new upstairs AC unit and downstairs furnace. They were super responsive, professional, and communicative. They showed us how to go through the financing for the work done. It was a huge two day job - their team showed up on time, set up to do the work and was very friendly. Explained to us all the work that needed to be done, showed us what they did, and took pictures. After the job was complete they did a great job cleaning up and went the extra mile installing new nests for us. Highly recommend JJ Services!

    Thank you to Jose and his fantastic team for helping take care of my Moms HVAC system. We looked for the best option during one of the worst Houston heatwaves. Jose was able to replace her entire system at a good price to meet her needs. They were professional and timely.They have done several of my other relatives homes. Most recently, JJ Services went to my Father-In-Laws house to replace an outside fan motor. Another HVAC company came out previously and quoted him an outrageous price. JJ Services gave him a great price. My Father-In-Law is usually very nitpicky, but JJ Services came through for him. He is also a very satisfied customer. Thank you for all that you do!

    I highly recommend Jose and his team. They are courteous, prompt, and very professional. Jose was able to identify the problem with my AC Unit within minutes. They were very efficient and timely with their service, most importantly clean (they wear shoe covers). This is a 100% reliable service.

    They came recommended by a friend of ours. They replaced both of our HVAC systems at a great price. They were very careful of our property - covered the floors and stairs they had to walk on while they were working (the systems are in the attic over 2nd floor). They came out to check on everything a month later to make sure everything was running optimally.Id highly recommend them.

    Jose and his team go above and beyond to make sure they install your HVAC system with the highest standards. After the installation, they triple checked all the seals were tight and tested all the settings of the HVAC were functional. A good installer is more important than the which brand of AC you choose, so if you value your investment and want your HVAC to work well for a long time, I highly recommend Jose and his team of dedicated installers.

    Fast response to service request! They told me 30 minutes and MR Huagui was in my driveway in 29 minutes!!! He was professional. It took less than 3 minutes to diagnose the issue!! If you have little babies at home with no working a/c, you understand how I felt. JJ SERVICES came through and will be recommending them!
