I have two homes one 30 miles from Stephenville, Jessieā€™s air has always been there through all the challenges of needing Heating or air conditioning help.     The young man who came to work on my air conditioner today was a real life saver. Nothing is worse than being without AC in the Texas heat. He showed up promptly and was had us up and running within a few hours. He was polite and respectful. I def recommend this business and will use them again.

    I want to give a huge thank you and shout out to Jessieā€™s Air. Last week my 29 year old air conditioning unit, quit. Brian, Roger, Cody and Zoe have taken very good care of me and I now have wonderful, cool air. They were here when they said they would be, they are true to their word and they are perfectionist in getting the job done right, the first time. I highly recommend Jessieā€™s Air, for your air conditioning and heating needs.

    My ac went down yesterday about 2:30. Called Jessies Air Service and they had a tech on site by about 5:00. The blower motor was out and had to be replaced. They had to go to Ft Worth to get the replacement motor and had my ac repaired by 2:30 today (24) hrs . Considering the circumstances, that was a very fast repair. Very professional, great response time. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again if the need arises. They went the extra mile for me .

    Returning home from being one all day, I found my AC not working. I called Jessieā€™s Air and was told he was out on calls in my area and she would relay my message. About 30 minutes later he pulled up and fixed the problem immediately! I am so thankful for service like that.Using Jessieā€™s Air for any AC problems I have is the best! Iā€™m doing a remodel and my outside AC unit needed to be moved. Brian came up with solutions that saved me money and made it so easy. I will not think of using anyone else.

    Roger is friendly and answered all questions to help us make up our mind about proper unit, as well as troubleshooting electrical issue. Beau and Austin were helpful and even with obstacles made sure installation went smoothly. Ivan was quick and made sure to answer any questions to help solve issue to make sure we were happy with air flow. Overall, friendly, helpful, and very responsive staff at Jessieā€™s Air.     Brian came out to check the freon in our upstairs unit. While he was there he noticed the motor on the downstairs unit was going bad so he replaced it and saved us from a night without A/C in the house. They are always friendly and willing to help get any problems resolved. I will always use Jessieā€™s Air Services.

    I have used Jessieā€™s Air for all my HVAC repairs and maintenance on both my houses for the last several years. They are simply the best!!! They respond very quickly when we have an issue even coming out on a holiday!!! They make sure the problem is fixed the first time! Everyone who had came out to work on problems or perform maintenance has been so professional, courteous and cleans up any mess from repair or maintenance. Jessieā€™s Air the only HVAC company I will use so give them a call if you need repair or maintenance you will not be disappointed!!!! 5 Stars
